#1 Though lightly armed, the Gorah base south of El Arish is still active. An IS attack could cause casualties, but would suffer in return. Still the reason for the base being there in the first place no longer exists. The Multinational Force is the subject of joint agreement, and its elimination should receive approval of both Egypt and Israel. But as it serves no actual good, both would likely agree to its denouement.
