#1 Unlike IRAN, whom covertly desires NucWeapons while publicly or overtly supporting Nuclear Energy, NOKOR is the inverse, i.e. publicly or overtly supprting the dev of NucWeapons while covertly knowing that overlord CHINA will NOT allow NOKOR to unilaterally or aysmmetrically control anything beyond benign domestic Nuclear Energy.

Again, CHINA = NO RETURN OF TAIWAN TO MAINLAND CONTROL = NO CHINESE SUPPORT FOR ANYTHING RELATED TO DE FACTO INTER-KOREAN REUNIFICATION. Widout Taiwan, China is far more likely to formally ANNEX NOKOR as a new Chinese province than allow it to reunify wid SOKOR.

NOKOR, THEN, TO EMPOWER ANTI-CHINA INTER-KOREAN REUNIFICATION MUST SOMEHOW COVERTLY DEV OR ACQUIRE NUKES DESPITE CHINA'S OVERSIGHT.

FYI NOKOR is repor demanding the complete withdrawal or pullout of Any + All US Milfors = "US Army forces" from SOKOR proper.

#3 They going to sell this plutonium to Iran. Is this plutonium going to be paid for with the $150 bil+ that Obama is releasing to Iran? Is Congress so nutless that they cannot do anything?

#4 I suspect North Korea will sell working nukes to Iran before long. They'll get big bucks and Iran will get nukes far quicker that way and thus have a defense for their own programs. This will be hushed up the way the Pakistani/North Korean tech exchange was and Iran will be credited with creating the nukes themselves.

All of this will be much easier once that Iran deal goes through and inspections and such start to dry up.

Then Iran will deal with Israel as they've stated. Assuming Israel doesn't do something first.
