#6 He came on a boats after flying in to Indonesia first with his passport and paying thousands of dollars to people smugglers to secure passage. He had money and ID.

He was in detention so long because they have to check he is who he says he is, and half of them throw away their ID and their passports, and make up a name. Don't know if this guy did that or not.

None of these people should be given diddly shit. They should be given a deportation flight back to Jakarta. Jakarta wants to let them fly in, Jakarta can keep them. He is a migrant not a refugee.

The refugees Australia should be taking are the 15,000 West Papuans running away from an Indonesian genocide, sitting over the border in PNG which the Indonesian military regularly crosses, kidnapping independence activists who have fled. Photographing the others and making dossiers. Those people need to come to Australia as the only safe haven. They are also Christians fleeing a Muslim genocide which is increasingly religious in nature with churches burned and children stolen and forced into madrassas.

Has anybody noticed the illegal migrants being sent to Australia by Muslim Indonesia are usually Muslim Afghans, Rohingyas etc? Transmigrassi

#7 so now this man is sucking dry my tax dollars being treated in a public hospital. Should have been sitting in Indonesia 12 hours after making landfall.

However. There is a problem here. The Australian public can no longer believe any accusation of wrongdoing based on what people have on their computers. Our government passed a law in November last year giving bureaucrats, cops and spies the right to hack all computers and plant, alter and delete information.

so nobody can believe what they say anymore. This right was passed in a bill that also gives them the right to break state, territory and commonwealth laws and that forces courts to accept illegally obtained evidence. NSA Bill No.1 did the damage.

So you see we have a problem here.

Because we did not deal with the problem of Islamofascism and the Islamist invasion the direct, right and honest way - declare the Islamofascist enemy and immediately deport illegal migrants -

then we have damaged up the laws of the country so that now you have a horrible case like this

horrible and totally unnecessary

Horrible because it *might* be true

But horrible also because it *might* be all lies and in fact is legal to do so if an SIO is declared, and as that SIO is secret we the public will not know about it.

So we no longer know if this kind of thing is true or not.

Our rulers have destroyed our trust in our security forces by giving them the right to break the law, to lie and plant information and the right to absolute secrecy.

All instead of just facing down the domestic opposition and doing the simple, clean and fair thing: deport.
