#1 if only we had publicly announced it was a War on Theocracy not a war on terror
and properly occupied afghanistan

we had a decade. that is an entire generation of high school students that could have been given a secular education divorced from religion

one decade and you can break the chain

but we missed it, and we failed to educate the women and girls, or include RAWA in the first afghan government

we gave in to the theocrats when we shouldnt, and now the religious ground is fertile for IS
