In US Presidential histoire' or tradition, the policies or actions of one POTUS tends to be carried on by the Successor(s), espec iff the original POTUS' Party threatens to filibuster or shut down the Govt iff it isn't.

IOW, THE BAMMER'S + HIS ADMIN'S DECISIONS + POLICIES, ETC. WILL LIKELY GO ON IN ANY SUCCESSOR GOP-DEM ADMIN UNTIL SUCH TIME THE SAME ARE FORMALLY REPEALED OR AMENDED.
