#1 I recommend Tsai's delegation postpone the trip until the 21st of January. It's a very long journey, a NYC layover would be very prudent. Let me also recommend a hotel.

#4 I've dealt w/2 x visits from Pres of Taiwan here in LA this year. Doing all the advance work w/them is a great. They run a tight ship and sincerely appreciate what we do for them.

The PRC on the other hand ...lets just say they are one of our more high demand clients.
