#3 Great, instead of pursuing real drugs and real trafficers the USPS police created a string of middle-aged mules and generated a batch of arrests. This will clog courts for a while. Can DoJ be sued for creating a criminal enterprise?

#5 Prediction: Everyone on paid leave. All charges eventually dropped. Local Atlanta law firm files class action. Gov't flops for 'out of court' settlement. Everybody walks away with $2.5 million dollars in wrongful arrest damages. Gov't picks up the tab for legal fees.
