#3 Watch any video of someone trying to converse rationally with a Social Justice Wanker and you will see that they are, indeed, Non-Player-Characters who simply parrot what their handlers tell them to say.
Some NPC have very complex conversation trees with thousands of 'lines'. But in the end they end up saying the same few lines over and over again. These are much more complex than the typical SJW. But you do see them in congress or media.
