#3 Sure...just like how 'advanced' the T-72 was. And fully modern and capable....then it's shells bounced of M-1's at 500 meters while the M-1's were getting front side kills at 3500+ meters. Oh and the autoloader grabbing the gunners arm and shoving it up the barrel with the shells, we 'fixed' that.

Here's a question, do your missile silo's still have water in them?

#4 The T-72 - the one nicknamed 'Jack in the Box' 'cuz the turret would blow right the fuck off with a direct hit?

#7 Better? Hard to say.
Newer with newer missiles? Yes.

Russia has definitely put a lot of money into modernizing their nuke force while the US has allowed ours to whither. Modernizing the missile nuke force for the US wouldn't be a waste of money. The problem is we only can run computer simulations on our existing stockpile. We can't test them anymore and unless we constantly build new ones, we can't be sure if they will go off when we deploy them. And we aren't building new ones.
One of the Air Force's fears is that we fire them and only 20% go off and the rest are duds. The US nuclear deterrent is dead at that point.

#8 At this point it's our black boxes versus their black boxes. Throw the Chinese in for good measure.

#11 And he has examined US nukes, has he? Hmmm.

They probably bought the plans from the Chinese.

And do I remember stories of an Abrams destroying an Iraqi tank even though taking a direct short-range hit and having to return fire through the berm it was hiding behind? I don't know if it was a T-72. And I think the Abram's gun is German and armor is British.
