#1 VZ is a black hole for Russia. They are trying to keep the army of an impoverished nation from collapsing. Cuba is reeling from the collapse of VZ. Russia has no affluent friends, only bancrupt liabilities as allies.

If Trump gets a second term to continue to tighten the vice on this alliance we will soon see a second collapse of the "Soviet Union" like we saw during Reagan's second term.
