#6 ...It makes sense if they plan to use them to soak up the Taiwanese air defenses in the opening hour of an invasion. Use these as the opening wave, and the RoCAF isn't going to be able to determine who's a drone and who ain't - they'll have to shoot them all down, and when they turn for home...in go the real strikers. The RoCAF is on the ground rearming/refueling or out of ammo.

If they plan on turning them loose against the USN...well, bluntly, we have targets with better performance.

#8 #6 makes very good sense. Cost effective use of semi-worthless air-frames and it would pinpoint the ADA landscape in the RoC perfectly.
