Given all the crime documentation covering the last 30 years. We know who is committing a vast majority of the shootings and murders by firearm.

So given the recorded facts, the biggest dent in stopping firearm murders, could be a simple as BANNING LSD voters from ever owning a firearm?

In other words, we have a political mentality people problem, not a firearm problem.
