#4 The probability of so many planes in the error must have an industry estimated statistical variable of failures. Anyone know what that is or the rate of failure, which may have gone unpublicised nationally, prior to the door incident?
Seems a little too out of norm, given airbus and other carriers globally must have a significantly larger # of planes in the air. Especially considering maint standards globally.
