Great White North
Canada Wildfires: Biden blames climate change, offers help to Canada
[An Nahar] President Joe The Big Guy Biden
...46th president of the U.S. Sleazy Dem mschine politician, paterfamilias of the Biden Crime Family...
has called the smoke from Canadian wildfires in the eastern U.S. "another stark reminder of the impacts of climate change" and said cabinet officials are monitoring the impact on travel and air quality.

More than 600 firefighters and other personnel from the U.S. have been deployed to Canada to respond to the wildfires there, Biden said in a statement Thursday, adding that he offered additional help to Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau
...hereditary prime minister of the Great White North...
Jeffrey Rupert, director of the Office of Wildland Fire for the Interior Department, told a Senate hearing that the U.S. and Canada have long shared firefighting resources, and that Canada has supported the U.S. "during really difficult times."

The U.S. Forest Service has more than 200 people on the ground in Canada, said John Winn, an agency front man. An additional 170 personnel from other agencies are also deployed, he said. Since the start of the crisis, 648 wildland fire personnel have mobilized, he said, but around half have finished their assignments and returned home.

Democratic Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer
...Senator-for-life from New York, renowned for his love of standing in front of cameras and microphones. Schumer has been a professional politician since 1975, when disco was in flower, which is 47.50915 years. Senate minority leader as of 2017...
, of New York, urged Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack to "double the number" of Forest Service personnel deployed to fight the fires in Canada.

#12  It is likely not much different than a partly cloudy day, except this is dramatic, which presents an excellent opportunity to point out that basing your entire electrical needs on solar "green energy" won't keep those expensive groceries in their fridge cold.

Up their drama. Yesterday's South Africa video is outstanding Intro to Prolonged Energy Rationing, which is what load sharing means and what they have planned for your Summer. If you have your N95 on and still smell smoke, it was useless with Covid. How many firefighters fewer is Canada because of vax mandates?

#15  OK, I'm finally convinced climate change is real. Since we have never, ever had forest fires before, this one must have been caused by climate change. I'm a believer!

Government Corruption
FBI Official In Charge Of Mar-A-Lago Raid Said Feds Breached Protocol In Repeat Russia Collusion Hoax Fashion
[The Federalist] The high-level FBI official tasked with executing the raid on former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home last year said President Joe Biden’s Department of Justice breached protocol to justify the search proving that the FBI learned nothing from their attempts to undermine the Republican leader during the Russian collusion hoax.

Less than one day after Special Counsel Jack Smith charged Trump with 38 counts related to his retention of government documents, House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan unveiled the damning testimony of Steven D’Antuono, the former assistant director of the FBI’s Washington Field Office (WFO), who expressed uneasiness about the manner the Biden regime chose to search Trump’s home.

"The indictment creates, at the minimum, a serious appearance of a double standard and a miscarriage of justice — an impression that is only strengthened by allegations that a Biden Justice Department lawyer ’inappropriately sought to pressure’ a Trump-affiliated lawyer with the prospect of a judgeship," Jordan wrote in a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland on Friday. "Additional information recently obtained by the Committee about the Department’s execution of a search warrant on President Trump’s residence only reinforces our grave concerns that your reported actions are nothing more than a politically motivated prosecution."

#1  Was he uncomfortable that Baron’s room was included on the sand table for the mission? More than likely, he was concerned that his organization’s covert double standard would be unmasked for all to see. Executing the Mar-A-Lago raid while allowing Biden’s lawyers organize his garage CMS storage is not causing Americans to have the false perception the DOJ has an equal justice problem. It is revealing the what is hidden. All rational Americans now believe that the FBI sat on the Biden bribery evidence. Misperception? No, it’s the truth.

Could it possibly mean, they planted evidence ?

#3  If they breached protocol, does that make the “evidence” fruit from a poisoned tree, and therefore inadmissible?

What odds the judge will go along with the Justice Department anyway?

Law professor Jonathan Turley sez indictment could be very bad news for Trump
[MAIL] A renowned law professor has described President Trump's indictment as being a 'different ball game' to Stormy Daniels case - and warns the former president could be in very deep trouble.

Jonathan Turley, a criminal defense attorney and Shapiro Chair of Public Interest Law at George Washington University, had previously branded Manhattan AG Alvin Bragg's Stormy Daniels case as both 'politically popular' but 'legally pathetic'.

But when it comes to the classified documents found at Trump's Mar-a-Lago, Turley has said the charges laid out are 'extremely damning.' He highlighted the sheer level of detail in the 37 felony count case, and suggested it showed the feds had an extremely strong case against Trump.

'It is an extremely damning indictment. There are indictments that are sometimes called narrative or speaking indictments. These are indictments that are really meant to make a point as to the depth of the evidence. There are some indictments that are just bare bones. This is not,' Turley said to Fox News on Friday.

'The special counsel knew that there would be a lot of people who were going to allege that the Department of Justice was acting in a biased or politically motivated way. This is clearly an indictment that was drafted to answer those questions.

Booted from Foreign Affairs, IIhan Omar lands in another powerful House Committee
[Garowe] Minnesota 5th District representative Ilhan Omar
...Somali-American Dem representative from Minnesota. She was apparently married to her brother and may be her own grandmaw on her mother's side...
has yet again landed in a powerful committee, just months after she was hounded out of the Foreign Affairs Committee following the full control of the House of Representatives by the Republicans.

Serving her third term in the House, Ms. Omar, who was born in Somalia, has been a fierce critic of the Republican Party, which she accuses of promoting Islamophobia
...the irrational fear that Moslems will act the way they usually do...
In return, the Grand Old Party claims Ms. Omar is anti-Semitic, allegations she has constantly denied. And now, the House Democrats have recruited her to the House Budget Committee where she will also serve as the Vice Chair according to reports. Ms. Omar is also the deputy chair of the Progressive Caucus, a reformist movement within the Democratic party.

"I am thrilled to be voted in as Vice-Ranking Member of the House Budget Committee by my [Democratic] colleagues," Omar said in a statement. "It is more important than ever to fight for a future budget that invests in universal health care, debt-free higher education, and tackles the climate crisis — and that change starts with the House Budget Committee."

An aide to House Budget ranking member Brendan F. Boyle, D-Pa., confirmed Omar's new assignment. The committee sets spending levels that guide appropriation bills that guide America's fiscal discipline, besides offering oversight.

House Budget Chairman Jodey C. Arrington, R-Texas, has said he intends to write a budget for the coming fiscal year, but he has yet to produce one. And Omar, as part of the minority party, would have little influence over that GOP-crafted blueprint.

Last year's midterms saw the Democrats lose control of the House 218-211 after hotly contested polls. After the reconstitution of the House, Omar was hounded out of the powerful foreign committee which significantly buoyed her exploits in America's politics.

In the four months since her ouster, Omar has gained more clout with foreign embassies, visiting parliamentarians, the Biden administration, and Democratic politicians than she had managed in four years on the Foreign Affairs Committee.

"It’s been actually fascinating," Omar said in a recent interview. "Since I was removed from the committee, I think I’ve had more visits from parliamentarians around the world and visits with ambassadors in the last three months than I would in a year or two while I was on the committee.

While serving in Foreign Relations, Ms. Omar became a major critic of former President Donald Trump
...His ancestors didn't own any slaves...
and would become an integral figure in the US's Foreign Policy. Her removal from the committee was widely condemned by those in government and members of civil society.
