Man with weapons, Nazi armband arrested at Penn Station for making threats to NYC synagogues
[NYPost] An unhinged 22-year-old man has been arrested for making threats to Big Apple synagogues, sources said.

The suspect, Christopher Brown, was collared at the Long Island Rail Road platform at Penn Station late Friday night, carrying weapons and a Nazi armband recovered in his bag, the sources added.

The twisted suspect was wearing a T-shirt that said, "I have a gun and I’m schizophrenic," according to the sources. The phrase on the shirt was written in reverse.
No motive, then, because the man was nuts. All he really has is tags to hang the free-floating need to blame and kill.
The FBI
...Formerly one of the world's premier criminal investigation organizations, something for a nation to be proud of. Now it's a political arm of the Deep State oligarchy that is willing to trump up charges, suppress evidence, or take out insurance policies come election time...
/NYPD Joint Task force had been on the trail of Brown, a "diagnosed schizophrenic" who recently made overtures to family that he was interested in going to New York and buying a gun, the sources said.

Brown, of Aquebogue, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. and charged with making terroristic threats, aggravated harassment and criminal possession of a weapon, the NYPD said.

When Brown was arrested he had the arm band, a ski mask and a large hunting knife, sources said.

The threats — which escalated on Friday — were allegedly made on Twitter, sources said. Cops also recovered a Glock 17 with an extended magazine, the sources said. The weapon was found in a backpack in the Upper West Side home of 22-year-old Matthew Mahrer, the sources added. He was charged with criminal possession of a weapon, the sources said. Brown and Mahrer are believed to have been traveling together, the sources added.

NYPD Commissioner Keechant Sewell praised the "sharp-eyed" law enforcement action in the case.

"The FBI/NYPD Joint Terrorism Task Force, NYPD Counterterrorism and Intelligence Bureau Sherlocks, working with their law enforcement partners, uncovered a developing threat to the Jewish community on Friday and moved swiftly to gather information, identify those behind it, and operationally neutralize their ability to do harm," Sewell said in a statement.

"As a joint investigation now continues to establish a strong prosecution, Police Department commanders are strategically deploying assets at sensitive locations throughout New York City."
The authorities seized a large hunting knife, an illegal Glock 17 handgun and a 30-round magazine, police said. The authority said in a statement the officers had found the knife on the suspects, and that an investigation into one of the individuals following the arrest turned up the other weapons and "several other items."

Following the arrest, police said they were "deploying assets at sensitive locations" in the city.

Brown is from Long Island and Mahrer is from New York City, police said.

Authorities said Brown had a history of mental illness and had recently made threats to synagogues in the area.

The Community Security Service, a Jewish security organization, said it had been in contact with federal and local law enforcement over the past 24 hours over "a specific threat to the New York-area Jewish community."

The group said Jewish groups including the Anti-Defamation League, the Community Security Initiative and the Secure Community Network were also involved in the response.

Evan Bernstein, the head of the CSS, said the Community Security Trust in the UK first picked up on the threat on Twitter and informed its partners in the US. The suspect was identified by his social media posts and Sherlocks were able to determine that he was on his way to Manhattan.

Investigators sent out a security alert, took photos of the suspect from social media, distributed the images to security groups on the ground and the suspect was apprehended around midnight, Bernstein told The Times of Israel. He said he was not aware of a threat against a specific location, but a general threat against Jews.

The ADL’s Center on Extremism said one of the suspects had posted hundreds of tweets in the past week, "including posts marked by antisemitism, misogyny, racism and anti-LGBTQ+ rhetoric."

"His tweets also included veiled threats," the ADL said.

The arrests come amid a wave of threats and attacks against Jews in New York and the US.

"The threat levels just keep going up and up and up," Bernstein said.

"You’re seeing it from the far right, you’re seeing it from the left, and the Jews are the ones that are caught in the middle," he said.

The New York Police Department has confirmed 195 antisemitic hate crimes in the city between the start of the year and September 30, representing an attack every 33 hours. Many more incidents likely go unreported. The attacks range from assaults to racist graffiti, property damage and verbal harassment. Jews are consistently the group most targeted in hate crimes in the city on an annual basis, in per capita and absolute terms.

Last month, the NYPD reported 20 anti-Jewish hate crimes, four times more than against any other group.

A report released by the ADL earlier this year found the highest levels of reported antisemitic events in the US during 2021 since the organization started tracking the issue in the 1970s.

Kanye West’s antisemitic tirades and NBA player Kyrie Irving’s promotion of an antisemitic film have stoked the flames further and sparked a national conversation about antisemitism in the US.

The director of the FBI
...Formerly one of the world's premier criminal investigation organizations, something for a nation to be proud of. Now it's a political arm of the Deep State oligarchy that is willing to trump up charges, suppress evidence, or take out insurance policies come election time...
, Christopher Wray, said Thursday that the US Jewish community was "getting hit from all sides" and "desperately" needs further support from the agency amid an apparent uptick in antisemitic attacks. He said that some 63 percent of religious hate crimes were motivated by antisemitism, "and that’s targeting a group that makes up about 2.4% of the American population."

NYC school principal's wife is accused of scamming teachers recruited from the Dominican Republic by making them pay $1,400-a-month in rent on apartments owned by his mother
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news]
  • Sterling Báez, the wife of a Bronx principal, is accused of helping scam her husband's teachers who are recruited from the Dominican Republic

  • She is the wife of former MS 80 principal and the vice president of the Association of Dominican-American Supervisors and Administrators Emmanuel Polanco

  • Báez, 32, and her husband are under investigation after allegedly forcing the recruited teachers to stay in shared apartments for up to $1,400 per month

  • The teachers are unable to share rooms to split the cost of rent, and supposedly got a list of rules from Báez that they are required to follow or lose their visas

  • Rules include not being allowed to bring their family with them over to NYC for a year, according to one teacher

Pentagon promotes critical race theory, gender identity 'insanity': GOP report
[FoxNews] Defense Department insists it does not teach critical race theory

The Biden administration has launched extensive diversity and equity initiatives in the military that have popularized elements of critical race theory and gender identity and significantly weakened the U.S. armed forces, according to a report obtained exclusively by Fox News Digital.

"Our military’s singular purpose is to ‘provide for the common defense’ of our nation," the report said. "It cannot be turned into a left-wing social experiment. It cannot be used as a cudgel against America itself. And it cannot be paralyzed by fear of offending the sensibilities of Ivy League faculty lounges or progressive pundits.

"The world is a dangerous place, and the Biden administration’s insanity is eroding our greatest source of security in it."

The report from Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., and Rep. Chip Roy, R-Texas, details how the military has allocated resources to root out extremism within its ranks as it promotes predominantly left-wing ideas on race and gender. This includes documentation on how military employees promoted critical race theory and espouse anti-White views.

For example, less than a month after his appointment by President Biden, Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin directed commanding officers and supervisors at all levels to schedule a day to discuss extremism. However, a report from the Biden administration, "Countering Extremist Activity Working Group," later identified fewer than 100 cases of extremism from the 2.1 million active forces, a rate of .005%.

The report finds that instructors at military academies use "antiracist" approaches to education that direct soldiers to center their understanding of American society on an acknowledgment of its racist past and present, the report said. The Department of Defense, however, has emphasized it does not teach critical race theory and is focused on challenging its military students intellectually and rooting out extremism.

Rubio said these race-based initiatives are a distraction and danger to American security.

"Rather than making the case for American greatness and protecting our nation, the military is parroting woke nonsense," Rubio told Fox News Digital. "It’s dumb, it doesn’t work, and it’s dangerous. We need to spend more time thinking about how to counter Chinese aircraft carriers and less time thinking about pronouns."

Some examples of "woke" defense policies have spilled out into the press. Kelisa Wing, the chief diversity equity and inclusivity officer at the Department of Defense, has tweeted she is "exhausted with these White folx" and suggested Black people are incapable of racism, comments that sparked an ongoing probe at the agency. Bishop Garrison, another diversity official at the agency, has promoted elements of critical race theory through his praise of the 1619 Project, a controversial education project that describes slavery at the core of American history.

This focus on diversity, the Republicans' report notes, even extends to the United States Special Operations Command, which oversees special operations conducted for national security. That group’s Diversity and Inclusion Strategic Plan, which all agencies were required to submit in response to an executive order from Biden, stated that "leaders must integrate diversity and inclusion efforts into unit goals, mission objectives, talent management initiatives and operational priorities for a successful implementation."

The report also notes that the military covers the costs of transgender procedures for its members and allows them to serve as transgender and use the bathroom of their preferred gender. Military recruitment videos in recent years have touted the military’s inclusivity to LGBT members with the use of the rainbow pride flag.

A U.S. military base in Germany this year scheduled a drag queen story hour for children at its library but canceled the event after it faced public backlash.

Roy said this broad politicization of the military is a distraction from its focus on national security.

"The Department of Defense's priority should be training the men and women of our Armed Forces to be a united, lethal and battle-ready force primed to defend the United States and her interests at a moment's notice," Roy told Fox News Digital. "Instead, Biden's woke Pentagon is using taxpayer dollars to promote blatant anti-American ideology."

Disney announces ex-CEO Bob Iger to return for 2 years
[10News] Get woke, go broke. DeSantis broke Bob Chapek
The Walt Disney Company announced late Sunday that former CEO Bob Iger will return to head the company for two years in a move that stunned the entertainment industry.

Disney said in a statement that Bob Chapek, who succeeded Iger in 2020, had stepped down from the position. Disney board chair Susan Arnold thanked Chapek for his leadership during "the unprecedented challenges of the pandemic."
Stock's down 40% this year. Great job, Chapek
She said directors believed Iger was "uniquely situated" to guide the entertainment behemoth during "an increasingly complex period of industry transformation." Iger, 71, led Disney for 15 years as it absorbed Pixar, Lucasfilm, Marvel and Fox’s entertainment businesses, then launched its Disney+ streaming service.

Iger said in the statement that he was "thrilled" to return and "extremely optimistic" about Disney’s future.

"I am deeply honored to be asked to again lead this remarkable team, with a clear mission focused on creative excellence to inspire generations through unrivaled, bold storytelling," Iger said.

Hollywood’s creative community had grumbled about Chapek’s cost-cutting measures and sometimes blunt approach to talent, while theme park regulars had been unhappy with price hikes. Earlier this month, Disney posted lower than expected results for its fiscal fourth quarter.

Chapek faced blowback early this year for not using Disney's vast influence in Florida to quash a Republican bill that would prevent teachers from instructing early grades on LGBTQ issues. The bill sparked a spat between Disney and Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis.

#6  Disney stock soars after Bob Iger replaces Bob Chapek as CEO
Shares of Walt Disney Co. were up 10% in pre-market trading early Monday as investors on Wall Street were jubilant over the news that Robert Iger would return to helm the Mouse House in place of ousted CEO Bob Chapek.

Disney stock is expected to flirt with an opening price of $100 a share when the bell rings on the New York Stock Exchange on Monday morning.

The 71-year old Iger was reinstalled as chief executive by the company’s board late Sunday night, replacing his hand-picked successor, Chapek, 62, who departs after a rough two-and-a-half year tenure that saw Disney’s stock plummet some 53% in the last 20 months.

Perhaps Iger's judgement should also be questioned

One person is dead and at least 16 people are injured after SUV plows into Apple store outside Boston at 'high speed' and leaves building on verge of collapse
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news]
  • One person has died and at least 19 people have been injured after a vehicle crashed into an Apple store outside of Boston on Monday morning, with four in critical condition

  • The victim has been identified as 65-year-old Kevin Bradley, of New Jersey

  • Some of the other victims were left with life-threatening injuries and 'mangled limbs'

  • Authorities said they first received 911 calls about the crash at around 10.45am and found 'multiple' people injured when they arrived on the scene of the Hingham, Massachusetts, store

  • District Attorney Tim Cruz said the victims were plowed down by the unidentified male driver

  • Witnesses say the driver was bloodied in the aftermath but survived the crash and is now in police custody

  • As many as four people were trapped inside the building at the time, but authorities say everyone was rescued

Those windows aren't 'load-bearing', Raj. There's most likely an I-Beam or bar-joist roof deck support and a steel lintel that supports that whole storefront window system.

They build 'em cheap, but not that cheap.

Besides, Massachusetts has some fairly strict building codes and, as a newer building, those would have been enforced during construction.

Thanks for the explanation, Mullah. There's an Apple store on Boylston St. in Boston, near one of my clients. It's the same obnoxiously massive windowed storefront as this place is. I walked by the Boylston St. one years ago and was interested in how they did the massive window thing, so I looked at it for all of two seconds. Because Apple is the one company on Earth that I hate with a burning passion, it all of a sudden kicked in and I walked away not wanting to give the pricks the satisfaction.

Area 51 website owner who says armed feds raided his homes speaks out: 'It could be your door next'
Ah'l wager, aliens.
[FoxNews] Arnu says all he knows is that the investigation was related to something he posted online

The owner of a prominent Area 51 website is speaking out after he says federal government agents raided his homes at gunpoint and broke down the doors while investigating a crime he still does not know the details of.

"I discussed the case with an attorney specialized in Federal cases," Joerg Arnu, proprietor of the website Area-51 themed website Dreamland Resort.com, said in a statement to Fox News Digital on Saturday. "What I learned is truly incredible and in my opinion a much bigger story than the raid of my homes. What was done to me and my girlfriend, two unarmed, innocent, cooperating senior citizens, is apparently totally within the law. Truly incredible!"

It was reported earlier this week that Arnu claimed 15-20 armed federal authorities from the U.S. Air Force and FBI raided two Nevada homes belonging to him and his girlfriend including a home he was present in where he says agents busted through his door and yanked the pair outside where they were "detained and treated in the most disrespectful way."

Arnu said on Saturday that he still does not know what specific crime he violated and only knows what an agent told him during the raid that the incident was "related to images posted on my Area 51 website."

Arnu claims that between the damages to his houses, including the broken down door, and the value of the hard drives, cameras, and other equipment, amounts to a dollar value of around $25,000.

"I have not been charged with a crime and all my attempts to reach out to the FBI to at least get my much-needed medical and financial records and passwords stored on the seized computers were in vain," Arnu said. "Crickets from the feds!"

In photos provided to Fox News Digital, doors to Arnu’s homes can be seen bent and damaged where he says agents stormed into his dwelling.

Arnu explained earlier this week that his girlfriend was "led out into the street barefoot and only in her underwear in full view of the neighbors" during the raid and that he was led outside "handcuffed and only in a T-shirt and sweats in sub-freezing temperatures."

"The federal government has the right to harass and traumatize random citizens that are not accused of any crime," Arnu said. "Kick in their doors, manhandle them and take whatever they want from them. Said citizens have no rights whatsoever to reimbursement of their damages, return of their property or compensation for the trauma they were subjected to."

Lt. Col. Bryon McGarry, Nellis Air Force Base spokesperson, confirmed to Fox News Digital that there is currently an open investigation into Arnu but did not provide details as to the specific crime.

Fox News Digital reached out to the Federal Bureau of Investigation multiple times but did not immediately receive a response.

Arnu started Dreamland Resort in 1999 and the site features videos of drone footage from around Area 51, satellite images of the base, discussion forums, and articles on various rumored top-secret projects involving UFOs. The site also features photos of "super secret" aircraft being developed by the U.S. military.
Perhaps it’s the super secret items that the feds object to having revealed. That’s why we stick to open source information here, and occasionally remind y’all that the site is not secure.
Arnu says that he took down some photos from this website following the raid in an attempt to "diffuse" the situation but does not believe he posted anything illegal.

Arnu created a GoFundMe to raise money to replace the items he says that his lawyer told him he is unlikely to get back.

"By the time you get your laptops back they will be obsolete," Arnu says his lawyer told him. "IF you get them back."

Arnu has suggested that he will take legal action in order to recover his property.

#6  They're the enemy, Spike. Plain and simple. I'll bet most of them Agent-in charge on down are just enforcers like you say and the Directors are of course hand picked sons of bitches, party loyalists. There was that article recently about a federal investigator re-tasked now solely with hunting subversives. But at the moment they're afraid of you. It's soft targets they're going for. Just like SS must have gone for the outliers, the wierd ones first, or those it could easily frame. With time, as their thuggery goes unchallenged by the majority, armed or not, they will consolidate total coercive power. Today they've come for this sad guy. Tommorow they'll actually come for everyone who is critical of them.

Arnu is not even a UFO hack. I saw his site. He's more interested in exposing AF black projects for his followers. Not harmless from a security point of view, imagine if the Chinese put him up to it, but also not warranting such treatment. A simple cease and desist thingy would have sufficed but the establishment is geared up for making examples these days. That's what I meant.

Given, he and others have surveil Groom, a Crimson/Top Secret Base's activities. Yes, he should be investigated given his leaks "could" compromise National Security.

But with that said. Any real US enemy already has its own versions of a KH-12+ watching Groom, Johnston Island and a few other better out of sight out of mind hidden R&D sites.

Really, the only people not knowing what is going on at Groom are the typical American Taxpayers, who are paying for it. However, for $40 you can purchase a Spy-Sat pic that views 1km down to 30cm

Keep this is mind - we know the bad guys have reconsats overhead every now and them. And they see exactly what we want them to see.

Mr Arnu may believe he is performing a public service, and let's face it - it's kinda cool. But he may well be seeing/describing things the recon sats haven't seen, and I guarantee that somewhere in China, a PLAAF Airman First Class is chowing down on his mu shu pork and comparing the two - and of such things is good intelligence work made.

USAF and DOD have been - all things considered - remarkably tolerant about the Area 51 fanboys over the years, but the Alphabet agencies have been keeping a perfectly legal eye on them too, and I suspect that they either found or could have exposed something that we really, really wanted kept on the QT. At that point, all bets are off, and Mr Arnu bears the responsibility for what happened next.

#11  What MikeKozlowski says may well be true. If so, the problem is the FBI has squandered it's reputation chasing after Trump for the past six years while ignoring Hillary, Hunter, Jeffery and Joe. So when they work on a case that really matters, we don't believe them.

The mountain of World Cup beer going to waste after Qatari royals' booze ban: Thousands of cans of Budweiser are piled up in warehouse after rulers ordered last-minute U-turn on selling alcohol at stadiums
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news]
  • Beverage giant had been announced as one of the sponsors for the tournament

  • But it is now only able to sell the alcohol-free version of its beer at the stadiums

  • It has left Budweiser with prospect of large amounts of stock now going to waste

  • However, it has offered the cans of beer to the nation that comes out victorious

No Surprise here.

What did Beer Sales VP idiot think?
That Qatar would bend a knee and change itself for a once in a lifetime sporting event, like some USA state would to get the Super Bowl.

#9  That the beer was shipped into a local warehouse is proof of some level of agreement for sales during the event. The very last minute cancellation, after virtually all the tickets for the various events, parties, hotel rooms, etc, are finalzed, is a world-class bait-and-switch. Islamic virtue signaling and ruthless double-cross, brings to mind again the world-famous Kipling quote:
"And the end of the fight is a tombstone white, with the name of the late deceased, And the epitaph drear: A fool lies here who tried to hustle the East." Source: The Naulahka, ch. 5 (1892).

China-Japan-Koreas
‘Enormous Threat': Dem Senator Echoes Trump's Warning About CCP-Linked TikTok
[Daily Caller] Democratic Sen. Mark Warner of Virginia said Sunday that former President Donald Trump correctly labeled TikTok as an "enormous threat."

Trump ordered a review of the Chinese-owned app, which is beholden to the Chinese Community Party (CCP), in July 2020 after the Trump administration declared ZTE and Huawei national-security threats. Employees of TikTok’s parent company, ByteDance, are required to attend monthly meetings where they are required to study the party’s policies, CNN reported in 2018.

"I think Donald Trump was right. I mean, TikTok is an enormous threat. It’s a threat on two levels, one, it is a massive collector of information, oftentimes of our children," Warner, who chairs the Senate Intelligence Committee, told "Fox News Sunday" host Shannon Bream. "They can visualize even down to your keystrokes. So, if you are a parent and have a kid on TikTok, I would be very, very, concerned, all of that data that your child is inputting and receiving is being stored somewhere in Beijing."

Europe
Germans face over 50% energy price hike – media
[NWOReport] A reduction in Russian gas exports and lower nuclear output in France are driving costs higher

Many households in Germany will take another hit from rising energy bills in January, as power and gas suppliers face higher wholesale market prices and soaring grid fees, Reuters reported, citing the Verivox prices portal.

"The price level for energy is historically high and reducing the purchasing power of households," a Verivox energy expert, Thorsten Storck, said in a statement.

The portal has monitored 800 electricity and 700 gas providers and found that 137 regional power operators are set to increase prices by an average of about 61%, while 167 German gas suppliers are planning a price hike of roughly 54%. This could result in an overall increase in energy prices of more than 50% in Europe’s largest economy.

It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. Here's the Air Force's plan to train armed overwatch pilots
[AirForceTimes] Four months after military officials picked a modified crop duster as America’s newest counterterror plane, Air Force Special Operations Command is working to answer a crucial question: How do you fly it?

"We’re going to have to pay a lot of attention to training on this," AFSOC boss Lt. Gen. Jim Slife told reporters in September. "We haven’t operated, at scale, a tail-dragger aircraft in quite some time."

The Air Force and its special operations counterparts have sought a light attack and reconnaissance plane since 2009 but faltered at multiple points along the way. Their latest push began as an Air Force experiment in 2016 and morphed into a smaller procurement program overseen by SOCOM.
