[BitChute] Lt. Gen. McInerney: "Initiate the Insurrection Act, declare Martial Law, suspend Habeas corpus, and set up military tribunals. Those are things that must be done in this emergency. It is a national emergency..."
Let’s wait until all this election nonsense is resolved before proceeding to next steps.

I suspect "this election nonsense" will be 'resolved' by more nonsense. The Republic is almost smoke and vapors now.

The private conversations of the SCOTUS have got to be about the bent four telling the five that they cannot overturn the election and how much damage it would cause if they did. Thomas has the stones and mind to resist this pleading and I suspect Barrett does as well. Not sure a about the others. It comes down to this or the grim alternatives...the theft is that clear! The American people chose Trump and the Democrats think that doesnt matter because they should have won.

We are headed towards tyranny if our votes mean nothing. It is likely that all elections will be rigged in the future forever. Not so sure that ship hasn't already sailed judging from some of the yoyos who are in already office.
"Almost"? How so?
Do we have free and fair elections? No
Freedom of religious worship? Nope
Free speech, free assembly? Not if you want to keep your job or avoid physical attacks
Rule of law? Haha
We had a Republic for 233 years. That was a fair run, but it's over.
This corrupt Soros-bought POS had to go
[10 News] A judge on Thursday disqualified the St. Louis prosecutor from the case involving Mark McCloskey, who along with his wife pointed guns at racial injustice protesters marching on the private street near their home in June.
Circuit Judge Thomas Clark II dismissed Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner, citing two campaign fundraising emails around the time she filed felony gun charges against the couple in July.
Clark said the emails created the appearance of a political motive for the prosecution.
The decision means a special prosecutor will be appointed to take over the case.

Clark said the emails created the appearance of a political motive for the prosecution.
Aside from the actual political prosecution itself. Would it be impolite to mention the prosecutor's office re-assembling one of the handguns, previously used as a courtroom prop, so it would fire?
WASHINGTON (AP) — An emerging $900 billion COVID-19 aid package from a bipartisan group of lawmakers all but collapsed Thursday after Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said Republican senators won’t support $160 billion in state and local funds as part of a potential trade-off in the deal.
McConnell’s staff conveyed to top negotiators that the GOP leader sees no path to an agreement on a key aspect of the lawmakers’ existing proposal — a slimmed-down version of the liability shield he is seeking for companies and organizations facing potential COVID-19 lawsuits — in exchange for the state and local funds that Democrats want.
The GOP leader criticized "controversial state bailouts" during a speech in the Senate, as he insists on a more targeted aid package.
The hardened stance from McConnell, who does not appear to have enough votes from his Republican majority for a far-reaching compromise, creates a new stalemate over the $900-billion-plus package, despite days of toiling by a bipartisan group of lawmakers to strike compromise.
Other legislative pile-ups now threaten Friday’s related business — a must-pass government funding bill. If it doesn’t clear Congress, that would trigger a federal government shutdown on Saturday.
McConnell’s staff conveyed to other negotiators it’s "unlikely" the trade-off proposed by the bipartisan group would be acceptable, as COVID aid talks continue, according to a person granted anonymity to discuss the talks. A senior Democrat first shared the Republican leader’s views after being granted anonymity to discuss the private conversations, which were first reported by Politico.

There is never goodwill in the Dems negotiations. Always a poison pill to swallow. No Congressional relief bill not even a minimal one for months. Congress is worthless. When people lose their jobs and are evicted, there will be a fury unleashed. Some will be directed towards congress, personally. The only happy folks will be CCP members.

Republicans are worthless and democrats are destructive. Mitch and the rest of the Republicans will soon be in their preferred position of lovable losers. Fund raising and campaigning for conservatives ideals only to disappoint their supporters if they ever get a majority position. Paul Ryan, Mitt Romney, John McCain sold this country out to Marxist Socialists. Say hello to 40 million new Americans in 2021 while you turn in your guns.
[Epoch Times] An elections supervisor in Coffee County, Georgia, demonstrated in recent videos posted online how Dominion Voting Systems voting software allows votes to be changed through an “adjudication” process. The process allows the operator to add vote marks to a scanned ballot as well as invalidate vote marks already on the ballot.
Adjudication should only serve to resolve issues of voters marking ballots incorrectly, such as filling the bubbles in a way that doesn’t clearly show who he or she voted for. Yet it appears a substantial number of ballots went through that process, at least in some Georgia counties. As the Coffee County supervisor, Misty Martin, showed, the system can be set to allow adjudication of all scanned ballots, even blank ones, and effectively allow the operator to vote those ballots.
The videos were posted by local news site Douglas Now, whose publisher, Robert Preston, told The Epoch Times they were filmed this week in the local election office.
[ZH] Attorney General William Barr knew about several investigations into Hunter Biden since at least this spring - and "worked to avoid their public disclosure during the heated election campaign," according to the Wall Street Journal.
According to 'a person familiar with the matter,' Barr "staved off pressure from Republicans in Congress for information into the investigations," while President Trump and his allies pressured Barr into pursuing Joe and Hunter Biden.
This week, Hunter Biden revealed the existence of one of the investigations after federal investigators served him with a subpoena seeking detailed financial information in connection with a criminal tax investigation by the Delaware US attorney's office.
The next day, CNN and Politico confirmed that the probe was wider than that, and covered potential money laundering and bribery in probes that date back to 2018, according to 'people familiar with the matter.'
According to the report, none of the investigations implicate Joe Biden.

Just consider - dispassionately - what has transpired. The Middle-aged adult son of an aging presidential candidate traveled overseas with the latter while he was vice-president to meetings with the leadership of America's most dangerous hostile foreign power in their capital.
There, the Vice President's son signed business deals, paying him millions, with a flimsy front organization used by that nation's intelligence services to buy off corrupt politicians and gain control over nation's around the world.
18 months later, the VP's son's foreign business partner is convicted in New York of money laundering and of violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and sentenced to years in prison.
During this period, another business partner of the VP's son is also tried, convicted and sentenced for felony financial crimes.
Also during this time, yet another foreign business partner, also connected to the military of the hostile foreign partner, travels to Moscow and signs a deal with the corrupt officials running Russia's state-owned oil company in clear violation of US and EU sanctions imposed on that company.
Then, 10 months after the conviction in a US court of the first corrupt individual in this ring surrounding the VP's son, his laptop surfaces in a repair shop. He makes no effort to claim that laptop which contains over 27,000 sensitive business and personal emails, messages, documents, photos, and videos -- including pr0nographic videos of himself with prostitutes as part of his live-streamed personal pr0nographic channel hosted on a pr0n website. Additional photos revealed to the public show the VP's son smoking crack and cavorting with prostitutes after doing illegal drugs.
Most importantly, company documents in the form of texts and emails show, beyond the shadow of a doubt, that this corrupt individual's father, the Vice President of the United States, not only was aware of his son's illicit business deals with a front organization for the leadership of America's most dangerous rival but also took a significant (10%) cut of the payments made to the US partners by that hostile power.
Questions:
Have we ever, in the 230-year history of this country, seen such anything close to this degree of actual, documented corruption on the part of a Vice President or President of the USA?
Is it even remotely conceivable that such corruption, in conjunction with a hostile foreign owner that is the nation's deadliest rival on the world stage, could possibly be revealed and NOT lead to, at minimum, indictments of the son and the father?
Could the above story -- the story of not just the week or month or year but the biggest story of at least 100 years --could this horror story possibly go unreported by the nation's major newsmedia companies?
Why do we tolerate this state of affairs?
How did we arrive at this surreal, unthinkable pass?
When future historians analyze the causes of America's second Civil War, the more astute historians will point to the coverup of the story of the China's recruitment of the Biden Crime Family as the proximate cause.
[NEWSONE] Brandon Scott is the latest of a flood of young Black mayors elected to metropolitan cities across America, but it was his afro that became the central focus when he was sworn into office.
Scott, a 36-year-old progressive Democrat, ran on a platform of reform in an effort to divest from previous old-guard politics which left Black and brown Baltimoreans at a disadvantage.
Baltimore is also still healing from the 2015 death and subsequent trial of Freddie Gray’s murder, coupled with the loss of Congressman Elijah Cummings, who represented Maryland’s 7th Congressional District covering portions of Baltimore.
Scott was sworn in Wednesday during a private ceremony and flanked by his family, marking the beginning of what some hope to be a resurgence, where previous city leadership left in a swarm of ethical violations and controversy.
Social media users gave Scott his props on his fully picked afro which represents a sense of pride as well as a diversion from respectability politics hinging on the idea that everyone must conform to white standards of comfort.
Pulitzer-winner Nikole Hannah-Jones pointed out the gloriousness of Scott’s crown on Twitter.
“This gotta be one of the Blackest haircuts in mayoral history. Much respect,” she wrote retweeting a photo of Scott’s official headshot.
Nick Mosby sworn in as Baltimore City Council president; five new members join council
[BALTIMORESUN] Baltimore’s new City Council President Nick Mosby was sworn in Thursday along with five new and nine returning members of the council during a staggered, socially distanced outdoor ceremony.Mosby, who resigned from his post as state delegate just before the inauguration began, aimed to inspire during a 15-minute address — five minutes longer than the new mayor’s speech two days prior — highlighting racist policy decisions of Baltimore’s past and challenging the new council to do better.
"Policy can no longer be the disease of Baltimore," he said. "Policy must be its prescription."
Mosby, a Democrat who served on the council before becoming a state delegate, emphasized his deep roots in the city and shared experiences with its residents.
"You know me. We grew up together. You stood in line with me and my mother at Mondawmin [Mall] waiting for Santa Luke," said Mosby, paying homage to Baltimore’s beloved Black Kriss Kringle.
New to the council this year are Mark Conway in District 4, James Torrence in District 7, Phylicia Porter in District 10, Antonio Glover in District 13 and Odette Ramos in District 14. All are Democrats.
Nick Mosby wants to add a $700,000 team of analysts to his staff. Baltimore’s incoming mayor has other ideas.

[Breitbart] The Supreme Court has been flooded with filings since Texas launched its case against Pennsylvania and three other states on Monday night, increasing the likelihood that the Court will finally hear a challenge to the 2020 presidential election results.
As Breitbart News was first to report, Texas sued Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, arguing that they had made changes to their voting process outside their respective state legislatures, which the Constitution says must control the selection of presidential electors. Texas also argued that there were differences in voting procedures within these states, in violation of the Equal Protection Clause. And it also argued that there were irregularities that resulted from these violations.
In addition to the original filing by the State of Texas, there are other filings, including:
A motion to intervene by President Donald Trump
An amici curiae ("friends of the court") brief by Missouri, on behalf of itself and "Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, and West Virginia" in support of Texas’s case
An amici curiae brief filed by Carter Phillips and other "Never Trump" Republican opponents of the president, supporting Pennsylvania and the defendant states
An amici curiae brief filed by Roy Moore and other "constitutional attorneys" in support of the Texas case.
An amicus curiae brief filed by Arizona, urging the Court to act quickly
Responses to the Texas filing by each of the defendant states
An amici curiae brief filed by the District of Columbia and "States and territories of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Guam, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Washington" in support of Pennsylvania and the defendant states
A motion by Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, and Utah to intervene as plaintiffs
Two amicus curiae motions by members of the Pennsylvania house and senate, respectively, urging the Court to take the Texas case
An amicus curiae motion by the Christian Family Coalition in support of the Texas case
An amici curiae brief by the speaker and majority leader of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in support of the Texas case
A motion by "state legislators and voters" represented by the Justice Foundation and the Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society, seeking to intervene and join the case as plaintiffs; their complaint was also filed
An amici curiae brief by 105 Republican members of the House of Representatives
An amici curiae brief by elected officials from four states in support of the Texas case
An amicus curiae brief by the City of Detroit in support of Pennsylvania and the defendants
An amicus curiae brief by the Justice and Freedom Fund in support of the Texas case
The sheer scale of filings in just three days — including from Democrats and groups on the left — for a case that the Supreme Court has not yet said it will hear may increase the chance that it will do so.
The Pennsylvania filing calls the Texas lawsuit a "seditious abuse of the judicial process," prompting a shocked response from constitutional scholar Jonathan Turley: "Filing with the Supreme Court is the very antithesis of sedition."
Pennsylvania’s attorney general, Josh Shapiro, whose name is on the filing, raised eyebrows and prompted calls for his resignation when he declared in advance of Election Day that Trump did not have the votes to win the state.

Nobody really believes there was massive fraud but Trump.
You might try looking at the evidence. Yes evidence. From secret dumps of ballots in the middle of the night with no observers, ballots run multiple times, the tossing out of legal ballots (all, strangely for Trump), to tally machines designed to defraud elections. Mathematically near-impossible probabilities (1 in (what?) a quadrillion?).
Even if your a democrat you should be very concerned. Because if they can rig the election for you - they can damn well rig it against you as well - and much, much, easier next time. And there won't be anyone to object.

**illegal votes should be dismissed
***Its all fun and games until they find out they have some 10 million+ die-hards less than they thought, and to vote for Biden despite all presented is a die-hard.
****History has no end, only omissions and re-writes.
The USA is not a Democracy, but a Republic, both are voter represented but there is a difference. There is a reason The Constitution, a legally binding contract, has so many steps for the election of President is because it is the only line on the ballot which affects all members. Congress, despite the ability to set budgets, confirm appointees, etc. is still a local matter in which said national affects are decided within its wing.
This case should be argued. This is where election procedures in another state directly affect my personal vote. It is why, back in the formation of this contract, what we call The Constitution, the most resistance to its ratification, was, "We don't want to be ruled by Philadelphia."
If you know your history, that was the powerhouse of the day. And you also know why, to use the current language, an Autonomous Zone was created called District of Columbia.

[FRONTPAGEMAG] "Congress Pays $850,000 to Muslim Aides Targeted in Inquiry Stoked by Trump," reads the November 25 New York Times headline. According to the story, the previously unreported settlement is one of the largest to resolve discrimination or harassment claims, in this case by people who "lost their jobs and endured harassment in part because of their Muslim faith and South Asian origins."
Reporters Noam Scheiber and Nicholas Fandos give no date for settlement and do not explain why it was "previously unreported." Congress reportedly made the payment but the only House member quoted is Florida Democrat Ted Deutch, a leading figure in Democrats' charge that candidate Donald Trump was guilty of collusion with Russia and a vocal proponent of impeaching President Trump.
"It is tragic and outrageous the way right-wing media and Republicans all the way up to President Trump attempted to destroy the lives of an immigrant Muslim-American family based on scurrilous allegations," Deutch told Sheiber and Fandos. As they explain, the settlement was also "an attempt to bring a close to a convoluted saga that led to one of the most durable - and misleading - story lines of the Trump era."

[OAN] New reports highlight the relationship between Georgia’s governor and consuls from China. They show that Gov. Brian Kemp (R-Ga.) may have closer ties to China than just asking for their business.
According to recent reports, Kemp met with China’s consul general from the Houston consulate in Atlanta on July 12, 2019. The Houston consulate was shut down by the U.S. government for being used as a location for spies.
"We’ve terminated special treatment agreements with Hong Kong in response to CCP’s actions to deny freedom to the people of Hong Kong," Secy. of State Mike Pompeo said when he appeared before the Senate in July. "And we closed our consulate in Houston because it was a den of spies."
On July 29 of the same year, Kemp handed Dominion a ten-year contract worth over $100 million. The only good thing I can say about Kemp is he's not that gap-toothed deranged Boxcar
