I've been noodling on this a bit, what will likely happen if sKeery is elected; and my best guess is that the idiot will probably only get a few hundred thousand of us killed. It might happen during his presidency, or it might not happen until his successor takes office.
But either way, the real problem will happen as a result of the lessons drawn from a Kerry victory by our political leadership, the most important of which will be that it proves the American people do not have the attention span or stamina to undertake long, difficult tasks like the nation-building we're doing now in Afghanistan and Iraq.
When the inevitable terrorist attack comes, inspired by Kerry's weakness (think "Jimmy Carter Lite"), whoever is president will know that he has mere months, at most, to deal with it decisively before political lassitude sets in.
And so he'll do the only thing he can: he'll push The Button. And somewhere between a hundred million and a billion people will perish in a flash.
Some would say that sounds like a feature, not a bug; but I'm not there. Not yet.

I hope someone continues to pursue those 100 pages that Kerry will not release from his military record. I believe we will find he was given a LTH discharge, and that Jimmy "Castro" Carter was the instigator of the special board in 1978 that award him an Honorable Discharge. I believe history will ultimately show he's guilty of treason.

And Sod's law dictates he'll probably win, thereby disproving the existence of God once and for all. The world will endure four more years of idiocy, arrogance and unwarranted bloodshed, with no benevolent deity to watch over and save us. Well, wherever they are, they're probably saying: "Why bring us into it? When ol' Lee Harvey decided it was time for JFK to get assassinated, he didn't sit around whining, 'John Wilkes Booth, where are you now that I need you?' Get off your butt and do it yourself, you big Euro-pussy."
