[NYPOST] A Manhattan judge became the latest victim of senseless city violence when she was cold-cocked by an apparent stranger on a Citi Bike while walking to work Monday, officials and law enforcement sources told The Post.
Criminal court Judge Phyllis Chu, 56, had just gotten off the Staten Island Ferry and was headed to her job at the downtown courthouse at 100 Centre St. around 9:40 a.m. when she was suddenly slugged in the jaw by a male cyclist at the corner of Wall and Water streets.
"With no words exchanged, a bicyclist riding in the opposite direction as the one she was walking in just punched her in the face and kept going,’’ Lucian Chalfen, front man for the city’s Office of Court Administration, told The Post.
The judge called the cops, and then canvassed the area with responding officers hunting for her attacker, to no avail, the courts rep said.
"The individual who may have been emotionally disturbed was nowhere to be found,’’ Chalfen said — noting that the attack occurred "in broad daylight.’’
The suspect was described by sources as heavy-set and wearing a blue and green shirt. He was riding a Citi Bike, sources said.
The judge, who suffered a swollen lip, refused medical attention at the scene, sources said.
She eventually went to work, told her colleagues what happened and was taken to the hospital, Chalfen said.
Chu was treated in the emergency room at Beekman Downtown Hospital and released in the afternoon.
She declined comment to The Post.
The Police Benevolent Association tweeted out The Post’s story on Chu’s attack, noting that it came a month after the City Council voted to slash $1 billion from the NYPD’s budget.
Chu’s recent court cases have included that of accused sex assaulter and actor Cuba Gooding Jr.
The judge, who was appointed to the bench by Mayor Comrade Bill de Blasio ...cryptocommie mayor of New York and for some reason a Dem candidate for president in 2020. Corrupt and incompetent, his qualifications for office seem to consist of being married to a black woman, with whom he honeymooned in Cuba. He has a preppy-looking son named Dante, whose Divine Comedy involved getting his back hair up when a police car drove past him slowly. New Yorkers voted for him, so they deserve him... in 2017, has also presided over cases involving the ex-husband of former TV reality show star-turned-entrepreneur Bethenny Frankel, as well as plastic surgery-obsessed socialite Jocelyn Wildenstein, whom The Post famously dubbed the "Bride of Wildenstein’’ because she went under the knife so many times to try to look more like her beloved pet big cats.

We always did have a 'ballgame'. Polls are the star of 'fake news'. It's always BS. To retain some credibility they know that as closer it gets to 'the day', they have to start throwing aside the priority of giving the buyer what he want's so you can keep the checks coming for the big con game. Ignore the man behind the curtain.

As I have said, when Trump wins handily, we will get the "America is ungovernable" wailing. There will probably be earnest discussions at the UN and in Brussels about what to do. Jimmuah Cahtah will intone that the electoral system is hopelessly broken. And life will go on - for those who have a life - and we'll get more of what's happening right now from those who have no life outside their "up the revolution" posing.

[EpochTimes] An Iowa judge ordered a local county auditor to invalidate 50,000 absentee ballot requests, agreeing with a Trump campaign argument that a local elections commissioner broke the law by pre-filling the applications with voters’ personal information.
Judge Ian Thornhill ordered Linn County Auditor Joel Miller, a Democrat, to notify the affected voters in writing that their absentee ballot requests can’t be processed because they shouldn’t have been pre-filled with their personal information. The affected voters would have to fill out new requests or vote in person on Election Day; Miller said he would comply with the order and send new blank forms to the voters in September.
The Trump campaign has filed similar challenges in other counties in Iowa.

[FOXNEWS] President Trump told Fox News' Laura Ingraham in an exclusive interview airing Monday night that if he wasn't president, "you would have riots like you've never seen" in response to Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Candidate for president in 2020. I had the great honor of being arrested with our UN Ambassador on the streets of Soweto, trying to get to see him on Robbens Island... 's assertion that rioting and violence in cities across America is a hallmark of "Donald Trump ...Oh, noze! Not him!... 's America."
"So if it weren't 'Donald Trump's America,' to just use the expression, as I'm president, you would have riots like you've never seen. The Democrats have lost control of the radical left ..." Trump said in the interview, which airs at 10 p.m. ET. "Don't forget, Biden wasn't going to come out of his basement until the election. Now, he had to because the polls are so good for me. Now, he had to because the polls are different."

The president also slammed Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler ...the incompetent but trendy leftist mayor of Portland... as "incompetent" after the Democrat blamed Trump for the violent mostly peaceful confrontation that led to the killing of a Patriot Prayer supporter in the Oregon city over the weekend.
"Well, these are terrible and very incompetent people ... I've offered to send in the National Guard. I've offered to send in anybody they want," Trump said.
"I could put that [unrest] out in 45 minutes and it would stop. And I think the people of Portland and the people of Oregon, I know it's a liberal state -- considered liberal -- they're tired of it. They're tired of having of living with this curse."
The president added that he does not want his supporters to get involved in confrontations with left-wing protesters, but would rather they "leave it to law enforcement.
"But my supporters are wonderful, hardworking, tremendous people," Trump added. "And they turn on the television set and they look at a Portland or they look at a Kenosha before I got involved and stopped it."
Trump also responded to Wisconsin Democratic Gov. Tony Evers, who called on the president to scrap his planned trip to Kenosha to inspect the damage from rioting that followed the Aug. 23 police shooting of Jacob Blake.

You can almost... almost, feel sorry for the old fool. He's been running for President for decades and when he finally gets his party's nomination he can't string a sentence together without a number of 'takes' and a teleprompter.
But yes, Joe Biden, you look like a radical socialist with a soft spit for terrorists.
[MSN] Democratic presidential nominee Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Candidate for president in 2020. When the stock market crashed, Franklin Roosevelt got on the television and didn't just talk about the princes of greed. He said, 'Look, here's what happened.'... is forcefully condemning the violent mostly peaceful protests that took one life in Portland, Oregon, on Saturday evening, calling on President Donald Trump ...His ancestors didn't own any slaves... to do the same.
"The deadly violence we saw overnight in Portland is unacceptable," Biden said in a statement on Sunday. "I condemn this violence unequivocally. I condemn violence of every kind by anyone, whether on the left or the right. And I challenge Donald Trump to do the same." What's he been doing for the past three or four months?
Biden is expected to travel to southwestern Pennsylvania on Monday to deliver remarks intended to contrast his vision of leadership with Trump's, where, according to a statement from his campaign, he'll ask voters to consider whether they are "safe in Donald Trump's America."
Campaign aides had been considering the possibility of Biden traveling to Kenosha, Wisconsin, following the police shooting of Jacob Blake to condemn the violent mostly peaceful protests occurring in the state in person, but ultimately decided against it. Some local officials have raised concerns about Trump's scheduled visit to the city Tuesday, and a Biden campaign official said staff did not want to cause an unnecessary burden or be knocked off course by Trump's taunting criticism.
His trip to Pennsylvania comes after a person was shot and killed in downtown Portland Saturday night after an evening of violent mostly peacefulfestivities between Trump supporters and protesters denouncing police brutality. Authorities have not yet provided any details about the suspect or the victim.
For more than 90 consecutive nights, protesters in Portland have denounced police brutality and racial injustice. The protests were spurred by the killing of George Floyd in May and gained steam after last weekend's police shooting of Blake in Wisconsin.
Trump tweeted in encouragement of the caravan of his supporters Sunday morning, calling them "GREAT PATRIOTS!" but has yet to condemn the violence in the city outright besides a litany of tweets and retweets disparaging the city's Democratic mayor, Ted Wheeler ...the incompetent but trendy leftist mayor of Portland... "We must not become a country at war with ourselves," Biden warned in his lengthy statement, arguing that the country is less safe because Trump is president.
"Donald Trump has been President for almost four years. The temperature in the country is higher, tensions run stronger, divisions run deeper. And all of us are less safe because Donald Trump can't do the job of the American president," the former vice president said.
Democratic Oregon Gov. Kate Brown similarly blamed Trump. "For the last several years, and escalating in recent months, President Trump has encouraged division and stoked violence. It happened in Charlottesville. It happened in Kenosha. And now, unfortunately, it is happening in Portland, Oregon," she said in a statement Sunday.

It doesn't matter if the viewer only watches MSLSD or CNN.
[BREITBART] CLAIM: Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Candidate for president in 2020. Old, boring, a plagiarist, fond of hair sniffing and grabbing the protruding parts of women, and not whatcha call brilliant... claimed in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania: "I am not banning fracking."
VERDICT: MOSTLY FALSE. Biden has promised to ban fracking — repeatedly — as has his running mate.
Biden said Monday — during a speech supposedly on violence: "I am not banning fracking. Let me say again: I am not banning fracking. No matter how many times Donald Trump ...The man who was so stupid he beat fourteen professional politicians, a former tech CEO, and a brain surgeon for the Republican nomination in 2016, then beat The Smartest Woman in the World in the general election... lies about me."
The problem, for Biden, is that he explicitly promised to ban fracking during the second Democratic Party ...every time you hear the phrase white people, white supremacy, white anything but paint, you're listening to a Democrat. Ask him/her/it to reimagine something for you; they do that a lot, though not well. They can hear a dog whistle a mile or two away. They invented the spoils system and Tammany Hall, and inspired the addition of the word (Thomas) Nasty to the English language. They want to stop continental drift and repeal the law of unintended side effects... presidential primary debate on July 31, 2019, in bankrupt, increasingly impoverished, reliably Democrat, Detroit ... ruled by Democrats since 1962. A city whose Golden Age included the Purple Gang... , Michigan.
CNN ...formerly the Cable News Network, now who know what it might stand for... ’s Dana Bash asked him the question directly:
Bash: Thank you, Mr. Vice President. Just to clarify, would there be any place for fossil fuels, including coal and fracking, in a Biden administration?
Biden: No, we would — we would work it out. We would make sure it’s eliminated and no more subsidies for either one of those, either — any fossil fuel.

Black Support for Trump Surges After Convention
[PJMedia] President Donald Trump ...Oh, noze! Not him!... received an astonishing surge in black support during the Republican National Convention, a new poll has found.
The latest Hill-HarrisX poll, conducted August 22-25, shows 24 percent of registered black voters approve of President Trump, a jump of 9 points from the previous survey taken August 8-11.
Trump’s support from Hispanic voters also increased to 32 points, up from 30 points in the previous survey.
In 2016, Trump won the election with 8 percent of the black vote and 29 percent of the Hispanic vote.
The Republican National Convention prominently featured minority speakers challenging the narrative that minorities are "supposed to vote" for the Democrats. The positive economic impact of Trump’s policies on minorities was a common theme, as was criminal justice reform. Biden’s recent racist remarks, like his claim that black voters who didn’t support him "ain’t black" and that black voters don’t have a diversity of thought, were also brought up several times, as were his policies.
The GOP Convention Had Better Viewership Than the Democrat Convention
[PJMedia] Across television and online streaming, the Republican National Convention got 147.9 million total viewers from Monday through Thursday, while Democratic National Convention got 122 million total viewers, according to figures released by both campaigns.
The Trump campaign also raised $76 million during its convention, compared to the $70 million the Biden campaign raised during its convention.
Trump’s post-convention bounce is about average. A bounce of two to four points is standard. But what has to have Biden sweating is that he got a dead-cat bounce from his convention while Trump is surging.

People in war zones have to keep their heads down. If there are black Trump supporters quietly biding their time until election day, their voices will certainly be heard loud and clear then.

Beware MSM headlines that tout Biden having "Higher Ratings" - because those reference ONLY the TV Broadcasts. They exclude CSPAN, and online views. Its how the MSM, like ABC News, lies and distorts.

Does anyone recall that many "ethnic" people speaking so highly of the Dem candidate as the ones did for Trump?
That old Cuban guy was especially poignant. He's heard the promises and seen the payoff in blood. He knows batter. And he knows we have no place left if this nation goes the way of Cuba or Venezuala via BLM and Antifa
[LegalInsurrection] ... the Petition for a writ of mandamus is denied. As the underlying criminal case resumes in the District Court, we trust and expect the District Court to proceed with appropriate dispatch.

These left-leaning courts are trying to kick the can down the road past the election in order to shut up Flynn. They are hoping Biden will win and all this will go away in this last ditch effort.
[WashingtonExaminer] Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe revealed he is coordinating with U.S. Attorney John Durham in the federal prosecutor’s inquiry into the Russia investigation and expects to make further declassifications public soon.
Ratcliffe, who has overseen the nation’s 17 intelligence agencies since taking over the role in May, shed a bit of light on how the Office of the Director of National Intelligence is assisting in the "investigation of the Sherlocks" investigation during an interview with Maria Bartiromo on Sunday Morning Futures on Fox News and insisted he is working to ensure that any intelligence documents he releases don’t "prejudice" Durham’s inquiry.
"We’ve actually, for several months, been coordinating with his team of folks to make sure that he has access to all of the intelligence community documents that he needs," Ratcliffe said of Durham. "He’s looking at the same, some of the same documents that I am, and so our work is running on parallel paths. Now, his is a criminal investigation, and he’s not sharing his findings or the work that he’s doing, but I’m coordinating with him to make sure that he has the intelligence documents that he needs to do his work, and what I don’t want to do is declassify something that might prejudice his work, so we’re going to have to coordinate as we go forward the completion of his work with my ability to declassify documents, and so we’ve communicated along those lines."

[WashingtonExaminer] Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe says he has made multiple "crimes reports" related to leaks of classified information.
Ratcliffe, a former Texas congressman who has overseen the nation’s 17 intelligence agencies since May, also defended his decision to shift election security briefings from in-person to in writing over concerns about leaks and politicization during an interview with Maria Bartiromo on Sunday Morning Futures on Fox News.
"There are investigations" into potentially illegal leaks and that "I know that because I’ve made a number of what are called crimes reports in connection since I’ve been the DNI," Ratcliffe said. "When I become aware of intelligence community information that is disclosed unlawfully, I do what’s called a crimes report — I’ve done that now on a number of occasions, and so those investigations are moving forward."

Lets see some actual public charges, and arrests. Then we might actually believe something is being done.
The swamp leaked like mad to cripple Trump, people need to be kicked out of intelligence, their clearances revoked, and put in jail. Until that is done to not only the higher ranks like McCabe but large numbers of the worker bees like Strzok and Page, nothing will change.
