[NYPOST] Prosecutors in Wisconsin have dropped sexual assault charges against Jacob Blake — the black man who was left paralyzed in a police shooting that sparked protests across the nation over the summer. Kenosha police were trying to arrest Blake in connection with the sex assault case on Aug. 23 — when a cop shot him seven times in the back as he tried to duck into his SUV.
Blake had been accused of breaking into a woman’s home and sexually assaulting her in May. The case had been scheduled to go to trial on Monday.
As part of a plea deal, the 29-year-old copped to two misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct, for which he was sentenced to two years of probation at a hearing over Zoom on Friday.
In exchange, prosecutors dropped the felony third-degree sexual assault charge and a misdemeanor criminal trespass charge against him.
During the hearing, prosecutors said that the alleged victim — who is the mother of Blake’s three sons — was not cooperating with the investigation and had walked back her claims, according to the Kenosha News.
"This was an agreement reached partly because the victim in this matter was not responsive to the subpoena to appear in court," Walworth County District Attorney Zeke Wiedenfeld said of the plea deal.

More about the mosques seen in this story from two days ago.
[Breitbart] Following the terrorist attack in Vienna earlier this week, the Austrian government has raided and dissolved two radical mosques linked to radical Islam.
Culture Minister Susanne Raab and Interior Minister Karl Nehammer announced the closure of the mosques on Friday, one of which is said to have contributed to the radicalisation of the Vienna gunman who killed four people on Monday.
Minister Raab defended the closures stating, "It is not an attack against the members of a religious community, but it is a common fight against the abuse of a religion by radicals."
According to a report from newspaper Kronen Zeitung, the gunman was active in two mosques in the Austrian capital.
The first, the Tewhid Mosque located in the district of Meidling, was raided Friday morning by police and the Vienna special police unit WEGA but so far no information has been released regarding possible arrests made during the raid.
The mosque was under the jurisdiction of the Islamic Religious Community (IGGÖ), the largest Islamic community organisation in Austria. The group has been criticised int he past for its connections to Turkey and alleged connections to the Muslim Brotherhood.
Oh? How very useful to know.
The IGGÖ, meanwhile, have condemned the Vienna terrorist attack, and its president, Ümit Vural stated: “This is an ideology that approves of violence, that dehumanises and which we deeply reject.”
No doubt. The taqqiya is deep in this one.
The Melit Ibrahim Mosque, located in the district of Ottakring, was also dissolved, according to Raab, and is believed to have played a part in the radicalisation of the Vienna terrorist.
According to Kronen Zeitung, the mosque was also attended regularly by Albanian-born Lorzenz K., who was sentenced to nine years in prison after his arrest in 2017 for plotting a terrorist attack and being a member of the Islamic State terrorist group.
Lorenz K. was back in court in September of this year after he had threatened to behead a fellow inmate who he stated was not a real Muslim.

When Qaddafi seized power in Libya in 1969 investor Yusuf Nada fled Austria where he soon made a fortune wholesaling building materials, and there became interested in banking -- a business in which Muslims played little part. He formed a relationship with the CA Bankverein of Vienna, and as a banker employed strict Islamist principles -- one of the first Muslims to do so in Europe. In 1970 Nada approached wealthy principles in Saudi Arabia, and with the help of Egyptian Muslim brothers his Austrian firm opened an outlet in Riyadh. Nada then remained active in Arab banking, and in Egypt he helped open one of that nation's first Islamic banks. And the history of Islamic banking continues from there.

First, a federal judge in the Southern District of New York (SDNY) refused to dismiss an indictment accusing Halkbank, majority-owned by the Turkish government, of helping Iran bust sanctions. Less than three weeks later, another SDNY judge ruled to move forward with a landmark case against Turkey’s Kuveyt Turk Bank for aiding and abetting the Palestinian terrorist group Hamas.
[BLOOMBERG] Berat Albayrak, the son-in-law of Ottoman Turkish President His Enormity, Sultan Recep Tayyip Erdogan the First ...Turkey's version of Mohammed Morsi but they voted him back in so they deserve him. It's a sin, a shame, and a felony to insult the president of Turkey. In Anatolia did Recep Bey a stately Presidential Palace decree, that has 1100 rooms. That's 968 more than in the White House, 400 more than in Versailles, and 325 more than Buckingham Palace, so you know who's really more important... , unexpectedly resigned as the country’s economy czar a day after the central bank governor was fired, igniting fresh political and economic turmoil in a nation already facing a currency meltdown.
Berat Albayrak, son-in-law of the President and Finance Minister of Turkey, has resigned, citing health problems.
Not only that, he appears to have deleted his Twitter account.
Albayrak, 42, cited unspecified health reasons for his decision to step down as finance and treasury minister, according to a statement posted on his verified Instagram account on Sunday. The announcement came a day after Erdogan replaced central bank Governor Murat Uysal with former Finance Minister Naci Agbal, a critic of Albayrak’s economic management.
If Erdogan accepts the resignation of his son-in-law, it could pave the way for a dramatic shift in economic policy, as well as a political realignment in the ruling party. Albayrak was widely viewed as being groomed to be a potential successor for Erdogan, who’s led The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...the only place on the face of the earth that misses the Ottoman Empire... as prime minister or president since 2003.
The lira surged as much as 1.7% against the dollar in early trading on Monday, indicating investor optimism that the changes might presage a return to economic orthodoxy. Albayrak’s term was characterized by mostly-futile efforts to control the value of the currency without resorting to raising interest rates, in line with Erdogan’s widely discredited view that higher interest rates lead to higher inflation. Most economists think the opposite is true.
FAMILY TIES
Albayrak’s assertive management and family ties to the president had won him gravitas in the ruling party, but also many critics, both in the political system and among investors, who came to see Turkey less as a free-market economy and more as a hybrid, managed economy under his stewardship.
Albayrak previously served as minister of energy for three years until he took over the treasury and finance portfolios in 2018. He has been married to Erdogan’s older daughter Esra since 2004.
The weekend’s first bombshell -- the decision to fire the central bank chief -- was driven by Erdogan’s frustration with the use of tens of billions of dollar reserves in a failed effort to prop up the lira, according to numerous officials familiar with the matter. That policy was executed by the central bank with strong backing from Albayrak’s ministry, the people said.

There is a word for that, let me think for a moment... Ahah! Fascism.
[Rudaw] Kurdistan Region’s oil exports have fully resumed about a week after the pipeline to The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...Qatar's satrapy in Asia Minor... was damaged in an attack claimed by the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK).
"The Kurdistan Regional Government resumed oil exportation with the same capacity as before," tweeted spokesperson Jotiar Adil.
Rudaw understands that the resumption began on Wednesday.
On October 30, the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) announced a "terrorist attack" on its oil exportation pipeline that brings crude to Turkey’s Ceyhan port. A day earlier, the PKK claimed it carried out a "successful sabotage action" on the Botas oil pipeline in Turkey’s Mardin province on October 28.
Based on 2019 figures for the KRG’s oil exports, it roughly lost over $86 million in net cash during the week the pipeline was under repairs.
Oil is the main source of livelihood for the KRG and the loss of a week of oil exports will likely have an impact on its finances. Erbil, under a financial crisis, is unable to pay public sector salaries without assistance from Baghdad.
Even if he does, it’s too late. Nobody cares about the Palestinians any more except for posturing First World leftists displaying their Jew-hatred for one another’s approval. And even they don’t care about the Palestinians, they just need a fig leaf for old-fashioned antisemitism.
