Despite lack of information and no access to the intel services, we all know exactly who did it - depending on our personal biases and prior beliefs, of course.
I've been doing a bit of background reading on Dugin and while he has some interesting ideas, he does not seem to be Putin's right hand Rasputin as portrayed in the Western media. Significant perhaps, but not critical.
Given that the alleged assassin seemed to be stalking the daughter, I'm wondering if Dugina was the actual target with the goal of either shutting down her reportage on sensitive subjects or sending a message to Dad. The name "bellingcat" has been mentioned.
