Separate images showed the battery components on a dock at Tartus between Aug. 12 and 17. By Aug. 20 they had gone, and ISI concluded they had been transferred to a Russian vessel, the Sparta II, which left Tartus for the Russian port of Novorossiysk.
Data from Refinitiv Eikon show the Sparta II is currently in Novorossiysk, having arrived via The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...the occupiers of Greek Asia Minor... 's Dardanelles Strait.
The Russian defense ministry declined to comment.
ISI images showed the radar component of the S-300 battery had been moved separately from the same Masyaf base to the Khmeimim air base on the Syrian coast, north of Tartus.
The company's analysts said they assessed that the size and weight of the radar made it unsuitable for shipment by sea, and may require an airlift by an Ilyushin-76 aircraft from Khmeimim back to Russia.

↑↑↑ The above incredible video is of Ukrainian and Russian soldiers within inches of each other in close quarter combat fighting for control of a bridge area using automtic weapons and granades.
The Russians troops are in the upper area of the video and the Ukrainians are in the lower area of the video and under the bridge.
Despite being just feet from each other all the bullets seems to be missing thier targets. The Russian soldier even seems to be waving for more of his comrades to join him.

Weird. Why does Putin care how Russians spend their money? Shouldn't he be trying to improve the lives of all Russians? Encouraging them all to work hard and do well?
Sounds like his attitude is indistinguishable from the Davos crowd -- it's good for him to live high, but the rest of us better know our place.
