Speaking at a gathering in Kabul on the occasion of International Migrants Day, Abbas Stanekzai said the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan is committed to its general amnesty and all Afghans can live in peace.

He said that the Afghan specialists should come back and do their part in the development of Afghanistan.

The Deputy Foreign Minister further added that they have inherited an ongoing fragile economic situation from the previous Afghan government.

Taliban intends to mend Nasir Khisrow Balkhi's tomb
[Khaama] "Those Bamiyan Bhuddas? They're fooked"
Provincial officials of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in the northern Badakhshan province have said that they will fundamentally mend the historic tomb of the Persian poet and writer Nasir Khisrow Balkhi.

A team of cultural officials of the province along with the Taliban officials has visited the tomb and decided to repair the historic monument based on its history.

Head of the cultural directorate of Badakhshan province Maazudin Ahmadi who was leading the team said protection of the country’s historic monuments is vital for the history of a nation and asked the residents to make efforts in this regard.

In the meantime, a Taliban member of the directorate said the Mafia of historic monuments wanted to destroy the tomb of Nasir Khisrow Balkhi and loot it but did not succeed.

The tomb of the Afghan prominent poet and writer who lived in 1000 AD is now located in the Yamgan district of Badakhshan province.

The tomb that is located in the beautiful greenery of the province is damaged by natural factors during history and there are fears of its complete collapse.

Nasir Khisrow Balkhi’s tomb is reportedly 400 years old and is situated on a hilltop from where the beautiful scenery of Yamgan district is vividly visible.

The history of the tomb is carved on the woods of the tomb.

One can easily see the beautiful and skillful verses of the Holy Quran carved both on the woods of walls and pillars of the tomb.

The Taliban protects and repair the tomb and other monuments including Bodas in Bamyan province as they would destroy these places in 90s.

Islamic Emirate Must 'Ensure Inclusiveness': Kabulov
[Tolo News] Quit laughing
Russian special envoy for Afghanistan Zamir Kabulov warned that the "Taliban" will risk losing power in Afghanistan if an inclusive government is not formed.

He made the remarks to the Russian news agency Sputnik on Friday.

"Ethnic political inclusiveness is needed. They might lose power in the near future if they keep acting like that. They will have to ensure inclusiveness. By the way, we say this without ultimatums, calmly - just do it. They will have to do it," Kabulov said.

He put the blame for the Afghanistan humanitarian crisis on the Western nations. While asked if Moscow was willing to provide a loan to Afghanistan, the Russian envoy responded that his country’s priority is to provide humanitarian assistance to the Afghans.

"We can, of course, if (Russian) President (Vladimir Putin) decides. But you understand, have we got some extra money? Let us be careful with this. Our priority is the provision of humanitarian aid, food supplies, the provision of specific products and other essentials. Things due to what the Afghan people can survive this winter," Kabulov said

The Islamic Emirate reacted to the Russian envoy’s remarks regarding Afghanistan and said that the Afghan government was inclusive.

"The Islamic Emirate has an inclusive policy. You know that the government is in a process of being completed, we are trying to fill the vacuums and have a government complete in all aspects," said Bilal Karimi, deputy spokesman for the Islamic Emirate.

Political analysts said that the government’s leadership needs to be inclusive.

"All Afghans have the right to be part of the government and serve their country. Afghanistan is not a country limited to one certain tribe or aspect," said Hussien Haqyar, a political analyst.

"An inclusive government that is formed of expert and loyal people is needed in Afghanistan," said Omran Afghan, a political analyst.

Islamic Emirate Blames US for Current Afghan Crisis
[Tolo} "Give Us Money™"
Precisely.
Deputy Foreign Minister Sher Mohammad Abbas Stanikzai said the US is responsible for the existing crisis in Afghanistan and that the US should play an active role in the Afghan economy because Afghanistan’s economy was damaged over the past 20 years.

He made the remarks at a ceremony held to mark International Migrants Day in Kabul, where Khalil Rahman Haqqani, Refugees and Repatriation minister, and other top officials participated.

"It is the duty of the world, especially the US, to play an active role in the construction of Afghanistan; as it damaged our economy in the past 20 years, now it is their responsibility to come and rebuild the Afghan economy," Stanikzai said.

According to Stanikzai, the US pledged during the Doha talks that it would recognize the next Islamic system in the country and keep its (US) embassy open in Kabul.

"In the Doha agreement, the US pledged that after the withdrawal of its troops it would recognize the next system and keep its embassy open," he said.

Acting Refugees and Repatriation Minister Haqqani called on the regional countries to treat the Afghan refugees with humanity, and in accordance with Islamic values and international norms.

The deputy minister of information and culture, Zabiullah Mujahid, thanked the regional countries for hosting the Afghan migrants.

"We call on the world to be patient, so we can facilitate jobs and create a good economy and Afghans can return to their homes," he said.

When the Islamic Emirate came to power, thousands of Afghans left the country due to economic and security issues.

Iran recalls envoy to Yemen's Houthis after catching COVID-19
[JPost] Jooo Plague/Spy squirrels, no doubt
Iran is evacuating its envoy to Yemen's rebel Houthi movement after he contracted COVID-19, Iran's Foreign Ministry said on Saturday, and a Houthi spokesman said Saudi Arabia and Iraq helped in the transfer of envoy Hasan Irlu.

Saudi Arabia and Iran, the region's Sunni Muslim and Shi'ite powerhouses, launched direct talks this year at a time when global powers are trying to salvage a nuclear pact with Tehran and as UN-led efforts to end the Yemen war stall.

"In order to transfer him (Irlu) to our country for treatment, the Foreign Ministry conducted consultations with some regional countries to prepare for his transfer, which is currently under way," ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh told state media.

Houthi spokesman Mohammed Abdulsalam said on Twitter: "Under an Iranian-Saudi agreement reached through contacts with Iraq, the Iranian ambassador in Sanaa was transferred on an Iraqi plane due to his health condition."

A Saudi-led coalition intervened in Yemen in 2015 against the Houthis after the movement ousted the internationally recognized government from Sanaa, the capital. The coalition has imposed a sea and air blockade on areas the group controls.

Alleged border smuggler reveals how much he can make getting illegal immigrants into US
[FoxNews] Border crossers will pay up to five figures to enter the United States illegally, according to the smuggler.

Fox News' Griff Jenkins speaks to a human smuggler who says working with cartels makes the process more safe

How much are migrants trying to enter the United States illegally willing to pay?

An alleged border smuggler gave Fox News an idea of just how much the risky operation is worth. The Reynosa, Mexico, man revealed a few quotes through a translator.

"If you want to go to Houston … it depends on if you can walk or take a trailer for a vehicle. Trailer is between $5,000 and $7,000 for a person," he told Fox News' Griff Jenkins after estimating the lower cost of getting just over the border — up to $1,500 per person. "Trailer is much better and more secure because it's a long way to walk."

It can take around eight hours per walk if someone opts to walk over three days, so the trailer is the safer option, he added.

"We make a lot of money. I don't understand how people sell their houses and everything to get to the American Dream," he continued. "I do it mostly to help people, but yes, we earn a lot of money."

Mexican drug cartels contribute to the smuggling business and are even an integral component, he said.

"The cartels ask us for money, and they give us a code, and they take care of us, and that's how we take care of people here," he added. "Actually, Ramos is very safe because we work with cartels and nothing happens to people."

He even said cartels "take care" of the migrants as they make their way across the southern border.

"The cartels work like a guide that goes on the way with the migrants and I keep an eye that the police isn't around [sic], and in case there's danger, we return and don't let anything happen to the immigrating people," he said.

He estimated that on the high end, "some people spend even $15,000 to $20,000 to get into the United States."

The smuggling business will not stop any time soon, he said, and those on the southern side of the Rio Grande have certain advantages.

#5  An air campaign developed as the WWII offspring of the mass bombardment destruction and denial of critical services and resources really didn't work in a country and culture that is accustomed to doing without.

The evolved surgical drone strike preserved resources and persons from collateral damage but was little more than mechanical assassination that did not alter a culture's behavior, only local actors identified thru their cellphones.

We have the Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS) as the next stage in approaching a SKYNET strategy which will be equally ineffective in nation building by killing farmers in a barter society.

Consider how effective ABMS would be when never used against inner city gang controlled neighborhoods or border defense.

Crushing defeat and massive collateral damage is the only purpose for an air armada designed but no longer used to deliver payloads of death.

Denial of access and protecting the FLOT remain viable air defense initiatives until orbital capabilities mature.

Of course it wouldn't. Why would it? Murdering innocent civilians is expected. They're gonna have a few oopsies, you know! It's not like it's a matter of life and death or anything. Or that every dead baby inspires a dozen enraged relatives to pick up a rifle and start shooting at US troops. See, if we actually won the wars, they'd be over! Israel already gets the most aid from the US for some baffling reason(minus Afghanistan) but it's actually much worse than this. After we consider the intelligence, weapons sharing etc. The value of US foreign aid to Israel is definitely far greater than any other country. Also when Israel gets military secrets, assets, or tech from the US they often then just turn around and sell them to China

launched Operation Lone Star in March. It utilizes the Texas Department of Public Safety and the Texas National Guard to prevent migrants colonists from crossing the U.S.-Mexico border.

Bush believes the program is "a clear-cut criminal trespassing statute program — at least in terms of arresting folks."

and Gov. Greg Abbott recently signed a $1.8 billion bill allocating additional state funding to border security initiatives.
The Daily Wire has photos of the start of construction and more details.
