Florida warns of new drug called Isotonitazene, much more powerful than fentanyl
[FOX] TAMPA — A new drug 20-100 times stronger than fentanyl is now making its way into common street drugs across the United States.

Isotonitazene, referred to as ISO, is creating problems for spring breakers in Florida and even leading to second-hand overdoses.

Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody issued a warning on ISO earlier this month, as law enforcement agencies warned the drug could be driving the recent increase in overdose deaths.

"For years, we have been warning about the dangers of fentanyl and how just one pill laced with this synthetic opioid can kill. Now, there is a new, deadlier drug being found in Florida. Isotonitazene ... is so strong that it can kill just by coming in contact with someone’s skin or being accidentally inhaled. ISO has already been linked to overdose deaths in Florida, so please, never take any illicit drug and know that using just one time could cost you your life," Moody said.

Southern Poverty Law Center Is Racist, Employees Say
[WashingtonFreeBeacon] The Southern Poverty Law Center, which is best known for its extensive list of hate groups, is racist, according to its employees.

SPLC Union members protested outside of their employer's office Monday in opposition to the legal advocacy group's plan to require certain employees to return to in-person work. The union, in a statement, claimed the move targets black women because it primarily requires workers in low-level positions to return to the office.

"Staff in more highly regarded job classifications and who are higher-paid employees are being given the flexibility to work remotely, while women, Black, brown, and lower-paid employees are forced back into the office regardless of our work, our needs, and our advocacy for more inclusive treatment," Lisa Wright, a union bargaining committee member, said. "Forcing employees back into the office isn't about collaboration or cooperation—this is about policing and surveillance of SPLC's lowest-paid employees."

Having quickly looked over the SPLC Hate Group list.
I initially noted that ANTI-FA and BLM are not listed??????

Also, I have to wonder what their own racial diversity in staffing is? Having noted it was not listed on any of the sites I checked that were doing audits of their $$$ handling and etc...

Elon Musk reveals 3 biggest existential threats to humanity's survival
[NYPOST] Tesla founder Elon Musk has identified what he views as the three most significant existential threats facing humans — with falling global birthrates at the top of the list.
He can claim to have done his bit: Mr. Musk has five surviving children with his first wife and two with the recent girlfriend. Most of the children were carried by surrogate mothers.
The billionaire, who has spoken extensively about his belief that humans aren’t having enough children, reiterated his concern when asked to reveal his "biggest fear." Musk said humanity’s falling birth rate has been "troubling [him] for many years," adding that he drives his friends "crazy" by bringing it up so often.

"I spent a lot of time talking about the birthrate thing," Musk said in an interview with the Axel Springer CEO Mathias Döpfner published over the weekend. "That might be the single biggest threat to the future of human civilization."

Musk identified two other leading existential threats: his fears of "artificial intelligence going wrong" and the rise of what he called "religious extremism."

Musk’s fear was reflected in recent data from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The US birth rate declined by 4% from 2019 to 2020, marking the sixth consecutive year of declines and the lowest number of births since 1979.

Ukraine's Military Says Russia Now Partially Withdrawn From Kiev; Pentagon Calls It Deceptive ‘Repositioning’
[ZERO] Update (1510ET): Ukraine's The Kyiv Independent English language news portal is citing the country's military who say Russian forces have partially withdrawn from Kyiv and Chernihiv, after the Kremlin said coming off "constructive" negotiations in Istanbul that the military would drastically reduce operations near the two major cities.

"According to Ukraine’s military, the Russian army is regrouping in the east to concentrate its military power in the area. In the south, Russia is preparing to resume offensive operations," the Kyiv-based outlet wrote.

#2  Kiev was never the focus. The base that matters is Sevastopol. Securing it by creating a cordon across the Black Sea coast and the Sea of Azov was the essential goal for Russia, along with ending the torture and slaughter of Russian speakers in the East. The Russians are very closed to finally securing all of their goals and are just toying with Zelensky now. Putin isn't even bothering to make plans to come to Istanbul.

#6  could have fooled me
Yes, you were fooled. Zelensky is now desperate and dying for peace. Putin is playing with him like a cat with a wounded mouse.

Russia has achieved all its war aims in the south and is nearly finished in the east. Biden has disgraced himself on the world stage. People are calling for his removal, while Putin's grip on power is strong as ever.

Russia is dictating terms to his German and other western customers. The rouble has already made up all of its losses and hit 79 today. The resistance mark is around 85 which means that readers expect it to continue making gains.

The OPEC nations are solidly behind Russia and China refuse to join the West in punishing Russia. China, India and all the non western nations are avoiding or busting the sanctions, which are actually punishing the West. Germany announced today it will begin to ration gas to its citizens. The US policy is a total failure.

#7  EPIC FAIL:
Germany braces for GAS RATIONING as Putin’s rouble payment deadline approaches

Russia’s top lawmaker suggested that Russia should also switch to rouble payments for other commodities. Vyacheslav Volodin, the speaker of Russia’s lower house of parliament, said in a post on Telegram: “If you want gas, find roubles,” before suggesting that rouble payments should be extended to oil, grains, metals, fertiliser, coal and timber for roubles on global markets

#8  China refuses to join the West in punishing Russia

China's foreign ministry is joining the West in denouncing Biden's dangerous fantasies of regime change:

"Far from backing away from an anti-Western position, top Chinese diplomats are pressing their case. Foreign Minister Wang Yi and Vice Foreign Minister Le Yucheng have made statements since the invasion blaming the U.S. for not considering Russia’s security concerns and denouncing the North Atlantic Treaty Organization’s eastward expansion.

In China’s telling, the world should have sympathy for Ukraine not because it was attacked by Russia, but because it is the victim of a reckless U.S. bid to maintain geopolitical dominance.

According to Beijing, the lesson for small countries is don’t be used as a pawn. The U.S. will manipulate them into fighting proxy wars against its adversaries.

#9  Germany announced today it will begin to ration gas to its citizens. The US policy is a total failure.

German rationing is a German failure. President Trump’s observation a few years ago that focussing on energy contracts with Russia would leave Germany at Russia’s mercy when diplomatic winds changed, while his offer to significantly increase shipments of American liquified natural gas was scornfully rejected. And somehow nothing came of Israeli proposals for a pipeline as well.

And of course all those wind power windmills were not able to take up the slack when Germany’s coal-powered and nuclear power plants were decommissioned. So Germany must ration while reversing course. Again, all German policies — nothing to do with America.

#10  According to Beijing, the lesson for small countries is don’t be used as a pawn. The U.S. will manipulate them into fighting proxy wars against its adversaries.

Whereas China historically has financed Maoist terror groups to overthrow the governments of small countries including India, and in recent years has been fomenting BLM actions in the U.S.

Don’t listen to China, “small” countries! China is asshole.

#11  Failing with India, too:

"While most of the world’s major democracies have rallied to Ukraine’s cause, the world’s largest democracy has conspicuously declined to publicly take sides in the conflict.

Earlier this month, India joined with 34 other countries that abstained from the United Nations’ motion condemning Russia’s attack, and it has continued to abstain from U.N. General Assembly motions taking stances against Moscow’s aggression. India’s [Western] allies have firmly, yet fruitlessly, urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government to reconsider its stance.

Shortly after India’s first U.N. vote abstention, the U.S. State Department dispatched, then retracted, a diplomatic cable referring to the subcontinent as being “in Russia’s camp.” The European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, and Japan later held multiple mostly hopeless discussions with New Delhi to persuade it to fully divest from Russia. Last week, U.S. President Joe Biden claimed in a public address that the United States and its allies “presented a united front” against Russian President Vladimir Putin—then called out India, exclusively, for “being somewhat shaky” on the issue.

Russia's ruble rebound raises questions of sanctions' impact

"The ruble’s recovery could be a sign that the sanctions in their current form are not working as powerfully as Ukraine's allies counted on when it comes to pressuring Putin to pull his troops from Ukraine.

😂😂😂😂 "not working as powerfully as counted upon"

"It also could be a sign that Russia's efforts to artificially prop up its currency are working by leveraging its oil and gas sector. The ruble was trading at roughly 85 to the U.S. dollar, roughly where it was before Russia started its invasion a month ago."

#14  Singapore's PM dismisses USA as a "supplicant" begging and pleading humbly for assistance from China

"Richard Haass, who heads the Council on Foreign Relations, interviewed Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong of Singapore about the impact of the war in Ukraine on the U.S. and its allies' relationships with China.

"I'm not a Beijing whisperer," the Prime Minister of Singapore noted. "We cannot [help you with China]. We are not part of the family. We are an ethnic Chinese-majority country in Southeast Asia. Multiracial, multireligious, with independent national interest and priorities, and they treat us as such and we remind them that is so."

This is a failure for them," the adviser to the head of the Presidential Office added.

As it means, at a minimum, the return of the topic of Crimea to the negotiating agenda. Before that, the Russians categorically refused this. "And besides, it allows us to preserve the current legal interpretations of Crimea, since for us Crimea is, of course, part of Ukraine. Refusal of mutual military escalation on the Crimean issue is the key to a general cessation of the war."

Kyiv also receives guarantees of mandatory entry into the single market of the European Union as a full member. "What is extremely important - both in terms of financing large-scale programs for the modernization of the economy, and in terms of abandoning excessive bureaucratic procedures on the way to join the EU," he specified.

The adviser to the head of the Presidential Office also explained that the presence of Russia, along with the United States, Great Britain, Turkey, Germany and other countries, as a signatory of the multilateral agreement "imposes many additional burdens on the Russians and allows us not to go for a complicated bilateral format."

  • refusal to enter into military-political alliances;

  • military exercises on the territory of Ukraine can be carried out only with the consent of the guarantor countries;

  • the doors to the EU are open for Ukraine, and the guarantor countries will have to support this and undertake not to interfere.

As a member of the Ukrainian delegation, Alexander Chaly, explained, guarantees should be similar to Article 5 of the NATO Charter: “If Ukraine becomes an object of aggression, after three days of consultations, the guarantors must provide Ukraine with weapons, military assistance and close its skies. If we manage to consolidate these key provisions , then Ukraine will be in a position to fix its current status of a non-bloc and non-nuclear power in the form of permanent neutrality."

Ukraine invasion Day 34 - MilitaryLand sitrep (w great maps)
little change in territory held by either side
Russia has announced units will be withdrawn from N and NE Ukraine but no withdrawal observed. Presumably these units would, if they were still functional, be redeployed in the Donbass.

Ukrainian mom 'repeatedly raped' by drunken Russian troops as son sobbed nearby
[NYPOST] A Ukrainian woman has said she was repeatedly raped at gunpoint for hours by drunken Russian troops who shot her husband dead — and as her terrified 4-year-old son sobbed nearby.Using the pseudonym Natalya, the 33-year-old mom told the Times of London that troops stormed her rural home in the suburbs of the capital, Kyiv, on March 9 — even though she had a white sheet on her gate "to show there is just a family here and no one wants any harm."

Natalya — whose rape Ukraine’s prosecutor-general Iryna Venediktova had announced was the subject of an official investigation — said they were forced to leave their home with their hands raised after invading soldiers first rubbed out their dog.

She said the unit’s commander, who introduced himself as Mikhail Romanov, seemed drunk — and deliberately crashed her car so that she would not be able to flee.

#1  A Ukrainian woman has said she was repeatedly raped at gunpoint for hours by drunken Russian troops who shot her husband dead — and as her terrified 4-year-old son sobbed nearby

A perfectly believable event. It was also a plot point in a recent TV series, "Billions" IIRC.

President Biden appears to reveal US troops training Ukrainian forces in Poland
[NYPOST] President Biden appeared to let slip Monday that US troops are training Ukrainian forces in Poland — contradicting his national security adviser and creating more confusion about the 82nd Airborne’s mission in Eastern Europa
...the land mass occupying the space between the English Channel and the Urals, also known as Moslem Lebensraum...
during the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

Biden was trying to clarify remarks he made on Friday, when he told American forces in Poland: "You’re going to see when you’re there, and some of you have been there, you’re gonna see — you’re gonna see women, young people standing in the middle — in front of a damned tank just saying, ’I’m not leaving, I’m holding my ground.'"

A White House official quickly told The Post that "the president has been clear we are not sending US troops to Ukraine and there is no change in that position."

On Monday, under questioning from Fox News correspondent Peter Doocy, Biden insisted he had been misunderstood.

"I was talking to the troops. We were talking about helping train the troops in — that are — the Ukrainian troops that are in Poland," he said. "That’s what the context [was]. I sat there with those guys for a couple hours. That’s what we talked about."

#4  It doesn't matter.

Of course it matters. Biden said, "You're gonna see when you're there" -- in Ukraine.

So the US President just told US troops that they will soon be fighting at the front, engaged in combat with Russian troops. Combine this with the shithead's "regime change@ comment and the picture is obvious. He and his government are bristling for war with Russia.

Russian commander kills himself after most of unit's tanks dismantled, Ukraine claims
[NYPOST] A Russian commander killed himself after finding all but one of his unit’s tanks were completely stripped of crucial parts, according to Ukraine’s military.

The Land Forces of Ukraine said that invading forces have suffered such heavy losses that their units have been forced to get new military equipment from long-term storage at an airport just 21 miles from the border.

"The condition of this equipment is mostly extremely unsatisfactory, which makes its full use impossible," the Ukrainian force said on Telegram.

Russian 4th Tank Division "found out that out of 10 ’canned’ tanks, only one is in a more or less operational condition. The rest are completely dismantled. Some of them don’t even have engines!" the Ukrainian forces claimed.

"According to available information, the commander of the 13th Tank Regiment of the Russian 4th Tank Division of the Russian Federation shot himself," the message said.

Ukraine’s Defense Ministry shared the same report, quipping that "the number 13 of the regiment" had indeed proven to be unlucky.

It said the apparent suicide was part of the "consequences of the liberation of Trostyanets in the Sumy region by the Ukrainian military and the defeat of the Kantemirov tank division."

Lt. Gen. Serhiy Kisel, the commander of another unit, the Russian 1st Tank Army, was also "removed from office" because of "huge losses and the failure of the Russian invasion of Ukraine," the ministry claimed.

"It was impossible for the Russian leadership to turn a blind eye to poor command of the troops," the ministry said.

Ukraine’s military claimed Tuesday that more than 17,000 Russian troops have been killed — and nearly 600 tanks and 1,710 other armored vehicles destroyed.

Ukraine awards medal to sailor who told Russian ship 'Go f—k yourself'
[NYPOST] The Ukrainian sailor who told a Russian warship to "go f—k yourself" as he helped try to defend Snake Island was awarded a government medal in a video posted by Ukraine on Tuesday.

Hero seaman Roman Hrybov received the award "For Merits to Cherkasy Region" from Regional Gov. Ihor Taburets.

Hrybov was one of a handful of sailors manning the defenses of Snake Island in the Black Sea during the early hours of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine last month.

When Russia’s military craft the Valisy Bykov ordered Hrybov and his comrades to surrender, the brave sailor reportedly replied by radio, "Russian warship, go f—k yourself."

The reply prompted the Valisy Bykov to bombard the island.

Hrybov and the other Snake Island defenders were initially declared dead, until it became clear they’d been captured by Russian forces. His retort became a rallying cry in the early days of the Ukrainian resistance.

The Valisy Bykov was reportedly destroyed two weeks later by Ukrainian forces defending Odessa.

The captured Ukrainian sailors were freed last week in a prisoner swap, and Hrybov’s award ceremony was held soon after.

In an interview with Ukrainian outlet Today, Hrybov’s mother said her son had never bowed to anyone.

"By the way, I have never in my life heard my son swear at me," Tatiana Hrybov added.

"Friends, the city of Mariupol daily receives liberators represented by the Russian armed forces. Today, I decided to pay an unexpected visit there together with my dear nephews," Kadyrov said Monday on Telegram, where he cited a group of Chechen officials with him, the Washington Examiner reported.

"At the moment, most of the city is under the control of the Russian armed forces," added Kadyrov, who recently taunted Elon Musk over the Tesla founder’s tongue-in-cheek suggestion to engage in "single combat" with Putin.

Shortly after Russia launched its invasion of Ukraine last month, Kadyrov delivered a speech in which he mocked Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and demanded that the leader beg for Putin’s forgiveness, the outlet reported.

It reportedly emerged later that Kadyrov had worn a pair of $1,500 Prada boots while delivering his address.

Russia pledges to drastically reduce fighting around Kyiv during latest peace talks
[NYPOST] Russia on Tuesday claimed it would "radically" reduce its attacks around Kyiv and Chernihiv as a good-will gesture amid peace talks — but critics contended the move was just a retreat after Kremlin losses."Given that the talks on the preparation of an agreement on the neutrality and non-nuclear status of Ukraine have moved into a practical field ... a decision has been made to radically, by several times, reduce the military activity in the areas of Kyiv and Chernihiv," said Russian Deputy Defense Minister Alexander Fomin.

He added that the pledge was meant "to increase trust" in talks aimed at ending the fighting, as negotiators met again after several failed rounds of discussions.

But some military analysts described the move as a relatively empty gesture, given that Russia has yet failed to take the Ukrainian capital of Kyiv, which it had reportedly expected to swiftly do after invading its eastern neighbor in late February.

"Reportedly" means, "We just pulled that out of our arse."
Russia never wanted to "take Kyiv." The political objective was always to partition the country in order to secure the rights of Russian speakers in the east and consolidate control of the coastline and Crimea in the south.

Video posted online from two local Belgorod news outlets appeared to show ammunition blowing up, but the source of the earth-shattering kaboom could not be immediately confirmed outside of Tass.

If verified, the strike would apparently be the first that struck a military target inside Russia and maimed soldiers. Last week, Tass said two men were hurt when a shell from Ukraine went kaboom! in the same area.

#2  A concept from the 60s which you could also get for your train set. Not that engines or cars derail, or on occasion run into something sitting on the tracks.

Government Corruption
Ketanji Brown Jackson Disagreed with Expert Witness's Definition of Pedophilia
[Breitbart] Ketanji Brown Jackson disagreed with her expert witness’s definition of pedophilia during a hearing while serving as Vice-Chair of the U.S. Sentencing Commission.

At a February 2012 sentencing commission hearing, Jackson debated the definition of pedophilia with expert witnesses Gerald Grant, a digital forensics investigator; James Fottrell, a U.S. Department of Justice criminal child exploitation expert; and Dr. Gene Abel, founder of a medical group that works to identify pedophiles.

During a 2012 sentencing hearing, Jackson said:

#3  but she is free to redefine what a child is?

It depends on what the meaning of "is" is. And also perversion.

#4  Sounds like if she isn't an outright perv, she is definitely an enabler of pervs.

#5  50 elected officials are going to confirm this enabler of pedophiles, and 40 more are going to sit on their hands rather than doing everything they can to swing the vote the other direction. My thanks to the 10 senators who actually give a damn about doing their jobs.

Russia's Nightmare: The SR-72 Could Fly At Mach Six And Bomb Anything
[1945] Meet the SR-72 Son of Blackbird — The Future of the US Military and Russia or China’s nightmare? : Imagine a future crisis somewhere in Europe or Asia and the United States getting an intelligence-gathering aircraft overhead of the site in an hour and a half. It could become a reality in very short order as the US’ premier aeronautics engineers are making it happen.

The Lockheed Martin SR-72 — also known as the "Son of Blackbird", is the United States’ hypersonic unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) concept that is expected to have the capability to perform high-speed intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR), as well as strike operations.

The aircraft is being developed under Lockheed Martin’s Skunk Works or Advanced Development Programs. About 85 percent of the work done there is classified by the government.

#1  [clap clap clapitty claps] for the science, the engineering, the sheer dedication to produce something deadly-ish.

Now put an AI in it and tell it to seek out enemies of the USA and kill kill kill 'em dead. I guarantee you it'll bomb Washington DC.

#3  Presumably, you're not doing Mach 6 when you open the bomb bay.... So then is there some vulnerability?

#4

I seem to remember a USSR defense scenario against the Black Bird to protect key sites and locations.

Called something like the "Wall of Death"

Where the USSR exploded 5 x 100kt nukes at 36k ft. in front of the flight path Black Bird. (yes like in Dr. Strange Love)

Yep! The Reds were willing to radiate/kill 10's of 1000's of their own people to protect certain key locations and win a Nuke War.

Should we think much has changed with Putin (A LTC USSR-KGB) at the helm?

#6  *Yawn* Remember the redesign of the B-1 Lancer from supersonic to low altitude and stealthy? Unless someone has figured a way to change aerodynamics this weapon system is only as lethal as the flying aerial tanker fleet that gets it in range. Basically an IRBM that flies really, really low.

#7  Remember the days when we didn't hear about a 'new' weapons system until after it had been deployed for a while?
Posted by: Mullah Richard || 03/30/2022 15:37 Comments || Top||

#8  Remember the days when individual Soviet military officers PREVENTED WW III? E.g. Vasily Arkhipov Soviet naval officer 1962, Lt. Col Stanislav Petrov 1983. Had the Russians never opened their archives after the USSR dissolved, we would never had known of these men.

Will the DoD have to twist this to comport with noun standards at time of roll-out?

Oh, and like Mullah Richard sez...
