Let's remember that in 1960 Nixon decided not to challenge Kennedy's blatant electoral rigging in order due to the damage it would have done to America and the comfort it would have given to its ennemies. So while he was not without hios sahedes of grey and even of black at the depth Nixon was a aptriot and a realtiavley hponorable man. I doubt this can be said from Obama

Nixon seemed to understand world politics a bit better than champ. He was given a bad war to deal with and got us out with a strong South Vietnam capable of defending itself with minimal support (mostly financial). Of course the Dem congress screwed that up but that's not on Nixon.
Obama inherited a war that was winding down nicely and basically pulled the carpet out from everyone and let the whole place fall apart while blaming Bush. Sort of pathetic.
