-Lurid Crime Tales-
Why Hillary should not be president and can be blackmailed
WHAT NOBODY IS TALKING ABOUT BUT WHAT EVERYONE NEEDS TO WORRY ABOUT
An anonymous journalist comes to the same conclusion Rantburg readers wrote about six months ago...
Hillary will be totally blackmail-able if elected. Here's the logic:

1. It's safe to say that there were things on that server which could cause Hillary tremendous harm politically – which is why she destroyed the evidence that would have been exculpatory if you believed her explanation. In my mind, it's also why she used a private server to begin with.

2. She is lying about what was on that server, potentially to include while under oath in her upcoming congressional testimony.

3. If someone had all the copies of her emails and those of her staff, they could readily blackmail her because of the above. They'd have proof of her wrongdoing and her lying about it.

4. Hillary Clinton, as both a future Presidential candidate and a sitting Sec. of State would have been one of the Top 100 intelligence targets in the world and probably one of the top 10.

5. It's thus certain that the Chinese and Russians would each have had a team focused on accessing her communications.

6. Every security expert I know of has said it's a virtual certainty the Chinese and Russians both gained access to her server and all her emails. From what I know about their capabilities, I'd agree.

There are probably a bunch of folks in China and Russia who are praying (even if they're atheists) for Hillary to be elected. If she wins, they own the President of the United States. I can just imagine in a meeting with Putin, Hillary being told to back off supporting Ukraine or he'll release her emails (as he hands her a folder containing the most damaging ones for her to peruse). Put in that position, would Hillary fall on her sword or sacrifice a country like Ukraine? I don't know, but I wouldn't want to be living in Ukraine…

Someone with that kind of vulnerability to blackmail shouldn't be allowed to sweep the floors of the NSA, much less run our country.
She needs to be at least put in prison for violating the law and leaving our country vulnerable for the rest of her worthless life. I would prefer her to be tried for treason and shot on CSPAN, but life in prison would work too.

#4  Not to mention the game of black/gray/white propaganda that can be played by Russian/Chinese/hacker community. Who can really vouch for the authenticity or lack there of any email attributed to this fiasco. The act of cover up is as damaging if not more so because it opens that entire avenue of exploitation. There can be no trust.

#6  Blackmailed? Hah.

This assumes that the political and media establishments would react in a vigorously negative way should it all come to light.

This also assumes that one can "shame the shameless."

#7  Shame? The Clintons don't know the meaning of the word.

We could hope that Champ's DoJ would prosecute but only Champ (er, ValJar) knows if it will. Maybe he'd like to clear the way for Biden.

But I'm afraid it's gotten down to Bernie Sanders.

So what if we have a 2016 election that pits avowed socialist Bernie Sanders against capitalist Donald Trump? At least that way the American people would finally have a clear choice.

Obama, Clinton Foundation Donors Sold 'Green' Fuel to Military for $149 per Gallon
[FREEBEACON] The CEO and Board of Directors of Solazyme, a company the military paid $149 per gallon for "alternative" fuel, have donated more than $300,000 to Democratic candidates and committees, according to a Washington Free Beacon analysis.

Recipients of significant donations included the Obama Victory Fund and the Democratic National Committee. Additionally, Solazyme donated between $100,000 and $250,000 to the Bill, Hillary, and Princess Chelsea Clinton Foundation.

A Congressional Research Service (CRS) report found that the Department of Defense (DOD) paid Solazyme $149 per gallon for fuel made of algal oil, costing taxpayers a total of $223,500 in 2009. The group also received a $21 million stimulus grant from Department of Energy in 2009.

"Based in South the Socialist paradise of San Francisco
...where God struck dead Anton LaVey, home of the Sydney Ducks, ruled by Vigilance Committee from 1859 through 1867, reliably and volubly Democrat since 1964...
, Solazyme's mission is to improve our lives and our planet by producing sustainable, high-performance oils and ingredients derived from microalgae," the company states. Solazyme claims that their process serves as a better alternative to limited resources such as petroleum, vegetable oils, and animal fats.

Three members of Solazyme's Board of Directors have donated hundreds of thousands to Dems, which include more than $50,000 in donations that benefited President B.O..

Solazyme's co-founders, Jonathan Wolfson and Harrison Dillon, have together donated more than $7,000 to Democratic candidates and committees.

A member of Solazyme's management team, Peter Licari, donated to both Republicans and Democrats before he was employed by Solazyme. Licari donated $16,000 to Republicans and more than $25,000 to Democrats while he was employed by Complete Healthcare Resources.

Posted by: JFM || 08/14/2015 5:06 Comments || Top||

#6  Talking of fuel: if by the end of the war Soviet pilots were kicking German pilots' a..es it was not only because they had better planes than in or because they were better trained than tin 1941, it was also because high octane fuel (about 90% of it provided by the Allies according to Marshal Zhukov) gave them the extra mph who made the difference between victory or being shot down.

Now the US military is voluntarily using inferior fuel. This amounts to treason.

#8  The actual problem is not the fuel or the cost, but that the DoD was required to buy it. As I recall, at the time of the Request for Purchase, the fuel didn't even physically exist, but DoD was legally required to buy it anyway. (Read about it at the time.)

#11  This is a situation also exacerbated by linguistic problems.

Judge to Hillary: preserve all records
One federal judge has now ordered former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton and her top aides to preserve all of records from their time in the administration, while another judge is trying to get to the bottom of how the government is deciding what classified information was included in those messages.

A flurry of court filings over the last week have only heightened the political perils to Mrs. Clinton’s presidential campaign, and the practical problems President Obama’s team faces as it tries to grapple with the mess Mrs. Clinton’s unique email arrangement left behind.

Responding to a judge’s order, the State Department instructed Mrs. Clinton and aides Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills to save all “federal documents, electronic or otherwise, in her possession or control,” and to assure the government that none of them will be deleted.
Oops! Too late!
Those instructions were sent Aug. 10 — a day before Mrs. Clinton announced through her campaign that she would turn the server she used for email during her time as secretary over to federal investigators, who were already looking into whether classified information was being stored in an insecure manner on the server or a flash drive held by her personal lawyer.

Lawyers for both Ms. Abedin and Ms. Mills responded with assurances, but David E. Kendall, Mrs. Clinton’s lawyer, had not responded to the State Department by a Wednesday deadline.
"WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE, PEASANT!!"
Judge Emmet G. Sullivan also prodded the State Department to make sure it’s working with the FBI to see if any of Mrs. Clinton’s emails can still be obtained from the server.

“Further, in light of the State Department’s August 12, 2015 status report, the August 14, 2015 report shall indicate the extent to which the State Department is working with other government agencies, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Department of Justice, to search Mrs. Clinton’s private email server for information relevant to this lawsuit,” the judge said in an order Thursday afternoon.

The communications came as part of open-records cases filed by Judicial Watch, a conservative public interest law firm that has been trying to get a peek at Mrs. Clintons’s communications for years, but was unknowingly foiled by her email situation, in which she illegally issued herself her own illegal account on a illegal server she kept illegally at her home in New York, rather than using the State Department’s usual system.

Prodded by the Benghazi review panel, the State Department belatedly admitted Mrs. Clinton had illegally never allowed her records to be part of the usual record-keeping system, and so they were illegally never checked when Congress or others were trying to peruse her communications.

Nearly two years after she left office, Mrs. Clinton returned the records to the department,
...all on paper, not electronically...
which has now spent eight months trying to process them, and has released several thousand pages out of 55,000 total pages.

Those 55,000 pages, comprising about 30,000 emails, were the ones Mrs. Clinton deemed to be government business and returned to the department. She said there were about 32,000 other messages that were entirely personal, which she didn’t turn over. She said she has since illegally expunged all of the messages from the server, so it’s not clear what records are able to be retrieved by the FBI and State Department.

Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, said they are asking the courts to insist that the State Department play a more active role in seeing whether Mrs. Clinton made the right calls in deciding which records she deemed government business and which she deemed private.

“It’s not clear they’ve turned over all of Mrs. Clinton’s records,” he said.

#1  The four emails, which have not been released through the State FOIA process, did not contain classification markings and/or dissemination controls.

Those who are lawyering-up will seize upon this statement as a defense. If the classification markings were stripped, who would have stripped them? And why? Hillary will probably fall back on" "What difference does it make?" (If they were not marked, how were we responsible?) As the Chinese say, interesting times we live in.

MORESO SINCE CAROLINE IS BEING LOOKED UPON AS THE HOPE/SALVATION TO REVITALIZE THE KENNEDY CLAN AS A US POLITICAL POWER IN THE NEW CENTURY.

This is where Caroline's ability as US Ambassador to Japan comes in i.e. her role in preventing any MAJOR CHINA-JAPAN WAR, + BY EXTENSION ANY POSSIBLE US-CHINA WAR.

OTOH, mighty heroine Caroline at best can likely only DELAY A CHINA-JAPAN WAR IN NE ASIA, NOT PREVENT ONE IFF CHINA STILL DESIRES TO PROCEED WID ITS "POST-US", OWG CO-SUPERPOWER, FUTURE ASIA + WORLD #1 GEOPOL AGENDA.
