Yup. And trainable enough for Donkey Baseball and Donkey Basketball. Saw a basketball game, the donkeys each had a little quirk which would be performed when the MCs called the command, usually at a fun-embarrassing time.
.[NYPost] They are the supposed nonpartisan group of top spies looking out for the best interest of the nation.
But the 51 former “intelligence” officials who cast doubt on The Post’s Hunter Biden laptop stories in a public letter really were just desperate to get Joe Biden elected president. And more than a year later, even after their Deep State sabotage has been shown again and again to be a lie, they refuse to own up to how they undermined an election.
The officials, including CNN pundit and professional fabricator James Clapper — a man who was nearly charged for perjury for lying to Congress — signed a letter saying that the laptop “has the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation.”
What proof did they have? By their own admission, none. “We do not know if the emails . . . are genuine or not,” the letter said. They’re just “suspicious.” Why? Because they hurt Biden’s campaign, that’s evidence enough.
Keep in mind this was written Oct. 19, 2020, five days after The Post published its first story. Neither Joe Biden nor Hunter Biden had denied the story, they simply deflected questions. Didn’t these security experts think that if this was disinformation, the Biden campaign would have yelled to the heavens that the story was false?
The Post contacted all fifty-one of the original signers to get their reaction to the fact of the New York Times’ story, and publishes their responses.

I have installed a new filter in my brain. I always mentally insert the word "garbage" before the word "expert" whenever I come across it. This improves my speed of processing the information.

Yes, there was an actual conspiracy to spike this damning story 3 weeks before the election.
They lied. They suppressed the truth of Biden and his son and brother's corruption and years of influence-peddling while receiving payoffs from our enemies.
#9
For most it was at least a future career decision, for many also a political statement. I suspect many had no actual direct information and were accepting the consensus. Hayden surprised me, but the CNN gig recently has dimmed that surprise a bit. One guy was honest and I think at least thoughtful:
Russ Travers, former National Counterterrorism Center acting director: “The letter explicitly stated that we didn’t know if the emails were genuine, but that we were concerned about Russian disinformation efforts. I spent 25 years as a Soviet/Russian analyst. Given the context of what the Russians were doing at the time (and continue to do — Ukraine being just the latest example), I considered the cautionary warning to be prudent.”

/\ Yes, Hayden surprised me as well. I was shocked to see him come out against Mike Flynn. Kept waiting for Keith Alexander to be thrown into the briar patch with Flynn, but he survived it. \
Hayden went with 'the team' (IC community) against the Orange Man. They knew better, but refused to do better, followed Brennan and Clapper like a pack of honds.

Certainly if their goal was to enhance American security, lending their professional credibility to facilitate a Biden presidency has not worked out well. Rather than asking them to apologize, wouldn't it better to ask them how they were fooled by Hunter Biden? How is it that a punk crackhead took millions from the CCP under the noses of all these intelligence experts? Surely, they would have done something to stop this if they knew about it. Hunter Biden had them fooled, so why should we value any of the intelligence products that they provide at the cost of our tax dollars?

[Yahoo via MyNewsLink] WASHINGTON — Launched by Moscow in 1999, the second Chechen war elevated the stature of Russia’s new and then little-known prime minister, a former intelligence officer named Vladimir Putin. Intended to bring the mountainous Islamic region back under the Kremlin’s control, the exceptionally brutal campaign endeared Putin to Russians nostalgic for a show of strength from what was considered by much of the world to be a fading nuclear superpower.
"The bandits will be destroyed," Putin said at the time, in an echo of how he would talk of the "Nazis" he now claims to be purging from Ukraine’s government and military. "We must go through the mountain caves and scatter and destroy all those who are armed."
So when Chechen warlord Ramzan Kadyrov announced earlier this week that he was in Ukraine to support Putin’s invasion, it seemed as if the past had caught up with the present. Even though Kadyrov’s journey to the front — he claimed on social media to have nearly reached the capital, Kyiv, which is still under Ukrainian control — may have been fictitious, amounting to little more than a publicity stunt, some say his involvement could lead to an even bloodier conflict.

The first Chechen unit to venture into the Ukraine during the current excitement appears to have been wiped out. But it would be wise to prepare for viciousness.
[Tampa Bay Times - Robert Adolf] There has been an enormous sea change within the European Union, the United States and around the globe sparked by Russian President Vladimir Putin’s unwarranted and illegal invasion of Ukraine. There is a massive wave of support for the resistance. Suddenly, it is in vogue to speak of freedom, sovereignty and what the West stands for. Putin’s unprovoked assault is rightly taken as an attack on democracy.
Although perhaps more symbolic than actual, diplomats in Strasbourg are considering accelerating the timetable for Kyiv’s accession into the E.U., something that was unthinkable only a short time ago. European and American politicians are sounding more combative, more supportive of those under siege and more engaged with their fellow democracies with every passing day. Even famously independent Finland and Sweden are now seriously considering NATO membership.
Vladimir Putin has unintentionally re-injected long-dead clarity into the conduct of international affairs on the continent. It is clear who the aggressor is, and who is in the right. All Europe agrees for the first time in decades. We have not seen this kind unanimity since the Cold War.
A pugnacious Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy speaks to the U.S. Congress and European Parliament via video-link from the front lines. His speeches meet with thunderous applause, not necessarily because of his eloquence, but because of his courage in refusing to depart his embattled nation — to share the danger and fight with his army. That’s leadership.
The economic implications are startling and mounting. The Nord Stream 2 pipeline project is — literally — dead in the water. The European democracies may soon wean themselves off their dependence on Russian gas and oil. Major Western petroleum companies have extracted themselves from their commitments to former Russian partners, as have multiple other major business interests.
Sanctions and the confiscation of luxury yachts and mansions are hammering the fortunes of Russian oligarchs. The common people of Russia suffer too, and worse. The ruble’s devaluation is tanking the savings and buying power of the populace. Crippling economic and financial sanctions are pushing Russia into recession. Putin miscalculated.
Subtitled "this data is still badly wrong, but i have some real concerns about who we are allowing to "fix" it and how unsupervised they will be as they do so."
[BORIQUAGATO] of all the insanity around covid that took what would literally have been a baddish flu year would have passed with little comment or historical import and turned it into a mass hallucination of apocalypse, defining "covid death" as a death not "from covid as a proximate cause" but rather as "death from any cause if you had had a positive PCR test for covid in the previous 28-30 days" carries a special pride of place.
many of us stood up and screamed about this right from the beginning.
it made zero sense. nothing else is counted this way (for a reason) and the confluence of doing so with the staggeringly unprecedented mass testing of healthy people with overclocked PCR tests run at a 40 or higher Ct that was so over-amplified that it lacked any clinical relevance whatsoever and was probably kicking out 70-90% rates of non-clinical positivity was madness.
once this disastrous definition was put in place, apocalypse was assured. Combine the high false positive rate with remdesivir, which causes kidney failure in 25% of patients, and then you get to the problem I want to see more details on.
the same people who overstated this situation so aggressively are going to be the ones "fixing" the data to make sure it’s correct.
the same people who pushed and mandated draconian responses that have failed so spectacularly are going to be the ones "adjusting" the data that allows us to assess those outcomes.
we’re already caught them lying who knows how many times.
it is not a conspiracy theory to expect them to lie again.
it is a conspiracy theory to claim they’ll be honest this time. "We found 5 possible deaths."

overclocked PCR tests run at a 40 or higher Ct
I have read quite a few laboratory-issued COVID PCR test reports over the past 2 years. None has mentioned the "Ct". Forget about asking the lab for that value...

Saw one article say near Poland, this says near Romania. Both said something about a supply depot.
That is a long shot. Long enough to be detected and the site prepared for defense or/and evacuated even with a Mach 3 cruise missile.
This would cut reaction time; especially if deployed by an aircraft which just looked like it was doing normal stuff just a second ago. Cut your shot distance in half while tripling speed.
That is, of course, if any of this is to be believed, we know DM isn't above peddling agenda.

Russians are crushing Ukraine now, everywhere. South, north and west. Almost over. Looks like we got punked again by our garbage media with their lies about the heroic Ukrainian resistance
[UnderstandingWar] Ukrainian forces conducted a major successful counterattack around Mykolayiv in the past several days, and Russian forces continued to secure territorial gains only around Mariupol on March 18. Russian forces face growing morale and supply problems, including growing reports of self-mutilation among Russian troops to avoid deployment to Ukraine and shortages of key guided munitions.
The Ukrainian General Staff continued to report on March 18 that Russia has failed to achieve its strategic objectives in Ukraine, including destroying the Ukrainian Armed Forces, capturing Kyiv, and establishing control over Ukraine to the east bank of the Dnipro River—the first time the Ukrainian General Staff included this territorial conquest as an explicit Russian objective.[1] The Ukrainian General Staff additionally stated that Ukrainian forces “continue step by step to liberate the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine in all directions” on March 18, the first Ukrainian mention of conducting counterattacks “in all directions.”[2] Read the rest at the link
[CBS] The Norwegian military said Friday that a U.S. military aircraft with four people on board crashed in the northern part of the country. The V-22 Osprey aircraft went down in bad weather in an area with rough terrain and narrow valleys, according to the Norwegian military.
The Marines confirmed "an incident has occurred involving a Marine Corps MV-22B Osprey aircraft," and that an investigation is underway.

The V-22 Ospreys have been involved in a number of deadly crashes in recent years. In 2017, three U.S. Marines were killed when a MV-22 Osprey tilt-rotor aircraft crashed off the coast of Australia.

I believe the White Houses uses a few for baggage hauling from Andrews, AFB. They may be assighed to the AV Det at Quantico. Don't believe any have landed on the White House lawn or hauled administration people. Can't imagine why.
[American Thinker] With friends like liberal media, who needs enemies? Their virtue signaling and political spin over Ukraine is so revolting that if I didn't know better, I'd turn against Ukraine like so many conservative commentators already have. But having lived in both Russia and Ukraine, I know better.
Just as revolting is seeing previously trusted conservative sites and TV hosts defending Russia and tarring Ukraine. Children act like that when adults apply reverse psychology. What's their excuse? I'm not naming names because I'd like to believe they are acting in good faith and are simply misguided by crafty spinners.
Reading Russian and Ukrainian sources in the original, I know exactly who in this war is spinning lies and who is fighting for truth and freedom. Believe me, not every enemy of the liberal media is our ally or deserves sympathy. Sometimes the enemy of our enemy is an even bigger enemy.
I'm familiar with Russian propaganda well enough to recognize a scripted narrative. Some conservative hosts may not praise Putin's ideas directly, but they favor guests and authors who deliver the influence operation script, blaming the victims and diminishing their suffering. This looks just as bad as pointing a camera at the scene of a violent rape while mocking the victim's screaming, making fun of her clothes, saying that she deserves it, and suggesting that she stop faking pain and enjoy the inevitable.
With the media presenting such irreconcilable viewpoints, American consumers of news have split in two warring factions. But the accusations and arguments with which they hit each other over the head are false on either side.
False argument #1: Anyone who supports Ukraine wants American soldiers to die in foreign lands or is clamoring for WW3.
I support Ukraine but I never called for Americans to risk their lives in Ukraine. There are many ways of supporting an ally without sending an army. The three weeks of fighting have shown Ukraine is quite capable of defending itself, given enough guns and ammo.
False argument #2: Anyone who questions the Democrats' motives as related to this war is a Putin troll and a traitor.
I'll be the first to point out that Biden and the rest of the Obama team had turned Ukraine into a feeding trough with their corrupt schemes. But that has little to do with Putin's paranoia and his megalomaniacal motives to invade Ukraine and the rest of the former Soviet territories, redefining established borders, encouraging other known bad actors, and setting a precedent that may indeed start WW3.
It's time we asked, cui bono? Who benefits from a divided America fighting over Putin's Russia? The answer is Putin's Russia.
Russian influence operations, or "active measures," have been targeting the U.S. for decades, aiming to demoralize Americans and make them hate one another. Judging by the state of affairs today, Russian operations have been quite effective.
The KGB was dissolved in the early 1990s, followed by a short respite. Then Putin, a former KGB colonel, restarted the influence game and enhanced it with digital gadgets. This time, in addition to the traditional leftist radicals, he started targeting conservatives as potential agents of influence.
Russian propaganda is deeply embedded and is sophisticated enough to appear as honest opinions of concerned citizens. But what often betrays it is the narcissistic desire of making everything about Russia.
We are either fuming over Russian election interference, or over Russia setting up fake BLM pages on Facebook, or we are being dragged into sympathizing with Russia over its bogus fears of NATO expansion, its "national interests," its "religiosity and spirituality," and so on. In the Soviet days of communist propaganda, any American influencer could get away with it by claiming he was simply a selfless Marxist. But today, when Russia's ideology is chauvinistic nationalism, it's a bit odd for a regular American to be simply a selfless defender of Russia's national interests.
While Russia's defenders point out the existence of Ukrainian nationalism, they somehow neglect to mention the unhinged Russian nationalism. The two are not equal. The nationalism of a dominant ethnicity in an empire which aims to subjugate other ethnicities as inferior to the main one, is called chauvinism or supremacism. The nationalism of a smaller ethnicity trying to free its neck from under its "big brother's" boot is called a movement for dignity, freedom, and independence — something American conservatives have always identified with.
Contrary to what a section of conservative media claims, Putin is not a Christian knight in shining armor fighting the New World Order. He has his own New World Order in mind, which is spiritually closer to Mordor. One look at Russian society today with its brutal suppression of dissent, government corruption, and state-sponsored brainwashing should give an idea of what he has in store for the rest of the conquered world.
Russia may have different faces at different times, but the one we are staring at today -- obsessed with the cult of Putin and conspiracy theories -- is not Lara from Doctor Zhivago, who never existed, but a manipulative drama queen dragging others into its alcohol-fueled problems and then using the suckers as tools to achieve its soulless goals.
Americans shouldn't be codependent in this abusive behavior.
A top-level Russian propagandist once bragged that if his agency's methods of psychological manipulation were open and legal, they could easily get a Nobel for inventing it. If I were to guess, at least one of those methods rely in part on the Drama Triangle principle.
[IsraelTimes] Prosecutors accuse Sur Baher man of contact with terror group officials, conducting weapons training in The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...the only place on the face of the earth that misses the Ottoman Empire... ; orphan charity allegedly funneled money for terror purposes
Four residents of East Jerusalem were indicted Friday over alleged ties to Hamas, a regional Iranian catspaw,, with police prosecutors charging some to have planned attacks in the coming month after conducting weapons training and meetings with terror group officials in Turkey.
Following a lengthy joint investigation with the Shin Bet security agency, police said three of the suspects — a family from Sur Baher — were detained upon their entry to Israel last month.
A fourth suspect — a resident of Beit Hanina — was also arrested, with 500,000 NIS (approximately $155,000) in cash, vehicles, and other assets seized, as well as the freezing of bank accounts belonging to a charitable organization.
The charity, Lajnat Zakat al-Quds, which has offices in the Temple Mount complex in Jerusalem’s Old City, was accused of funneling money for Hamas, tax offenses, and money laundering.
According to the indictment, one of the accused, Khaled Sabah, was appointed in 2019 by senior Hamas officials in Turkey as the terror group’s treasurer in Jerusalem. He assisted in transferring Hamas funds from Turkey to Jerusalem, and distributing them to Hamas operatives and their families, under the guise of the charity, prosecutors charged.
The charity advertised itself as assisting orphans, but much of the funding went to families of Hamas members killed while committing terror attacks or in festivities with Israeli forces, prosecutors charged.
Between 2007 and 2020, Lajnat Zakat al-Quds had a total income of nearly NIS 28 million ($8.6 million), the indictment read.
In late January this year, Sabah traveled to Turkey to meet with Hamas officials, during which they discussed the terror group’s preparations for the holy Moslem month of Ramadan, in the event of festivities with Israeli forces.
"During the meeting, the defendant agreed he would purchase a weapon for this purpose, if necessary," the indictment read.
Sabah, and his now arrested sons, Musab and Munib Sabah, conducted firearms training in Turkey in preparation for a potential attack, prosecutors said.
According to the indictment, Sabah was also ordered to recruit members for the terror group in Jerusalem, and "lay the groundwork" for activities during Ramadan.
They see you when you’re sleeping,
They know when you’re awake,
They know if you’ve been bad or good...
The January meeting in Turkey came as negotiations were underway for President Isaac Herzog to hold a meeting with his Ottoman Turkish counterpart, His Enormity, Sultan Recep Tayyip Erdogan the First ...Turkey's version of Mohammed Morsi but they voted him back in so they deserve him. It's a sin, a shame, and a felony to insult the president of Turkey. In Anatolia did Recep Bey a stately Presidential Palace decree, that has 1100 rooms. That's 968 more than there are in the White House, 400 more than in Versailles, and 325 more than Buckingham Palace, so you know who's really most important... . That meeting eventually took place earlier this month.
According to a report by Channel 12 news, Herzog and Erdogan discussed Turkey’s relationship with the Hamas terror group, and specifically recent visits by Hamas leaders to Ankara — long a sore point for Israel’s leaders.
[IsraelTimes] The Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps threatens "Zionist bases" in Iraq.
Spokesman Ramezan Sharif says, "If Iraqi officials do not take action to remove other bases of the Zionists in that country while our security continues to be threatened from this region, we will respond without hesitation," according to the semi-official Fars news agency.
"It is our natural right to destroy any base from which any attack is carried out against the security of Iran ...The nation is noted for spontaneously taking over other countries' embassies, maintaining whorehouses run by clergymen, involvement in international drug trafficking, and financing sock puppet militias to extend the regime's influence... and this is a redline for us," Sharif says, claiming Israeli drones flew out of Iraq into Iranian airspace.
Earlier this week, around 12 Iranian missiles hit targets in Irbil, the capital of Iraq Kurdistan. Some landed near the US consulate.
Iran claimed it hit Israeli bases in the attack, calling it retaliation for an Israeli strike in Syria that killed two members of its Revolutionary Guard the previous week.
No injuries were reported in the attack but it marked a significant escalation between Iran and the US, and upset Iraq’s leadership.
[IsraelTimes] The exchange of missile strikes by Iran ...a theocratic Shiite state divided among the Medes, the Persians, and the (Arab) Elamites.... and Israel in Iraq and Syria puts US forces at risk, the top US commander for the Middle East says, just days after an Iranian missile barrage struck near the US consulate complex in northern Iraq.
Marine General Frank McKenzie tells Pentagon news hounds that over the past six months Iran has attacked US forces and facilities a number of times, but "very good action on the part of commanders on the ground" has thwarted any US casualties.
"Had US casualties occurred, I think we might be in a very different place right now," says McKenzie.
Did Iran attack before six months ago? What about when Donald Trump was president? Some perspective would be useful here.
McKenzie and other US officials said this week the missile strikes on Sunday that hit close to the consulate were not aimed at the US. And Iran’s powerful Revolutionary Guard said on its website that it had attacked what it described as an Israeli spy center in Irbil.
US and Israeli officials declined to publicly comment or describe the target. But the attack came several days after Iran said it would retaliate for an Israeli strike near Damascus, Syria, that killed two members of its Revolutionary Guard.
"I think it’s obvious that Israel is going to take steps to defend itself when it’s confronted with with Iranian actions. And of course, Iran is dedicated to the destruction of Israel," McKenzie says. "I do worry about these exchanges between Iran and Israel, because many times our forces are at risk, whether in Iraq or in Syria. So that, in fact, does concern me."
McKenzie, who is retiring after about three years as head of US Central Command, speaks at what is expected to be his final press briefing. He says that as he prepares to turn over the job to incoming Army General Erik Kurilla, his message to his successor is that Iran continues to be his biggest challenge.
"My central problem in my three years of command was Iran," says McKenzie, who also oversaw the chaotic withdrawal from Afghanistan and commando raids to kill Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems.... leaders. "There were other problems, other huge problems, but the headquarters as a whole... focused on the Iranian problem and everything attendant to that."
But Iran won’t be a problem once they’re freed from American sanctions, right? So your successor won’t need to worry.
The US presence in Iraq has long been a flash point for Tehran, but tensions spiked after a January 2020 US dronezap near the Baghdad airport killed top Iranian general Qassem Soleimani . In retaliation, Iran launched a barrage of missiles at al-Asad airbase, where US troops were stationed. More than 100 service members suffered traumatic brain injuries in the blasts.
More recently, Iranian proxies are believed responsible for an liquidation attempt late last year on Iraq’s Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kadhimi. And officials have said they believe Iran was behind the October drone attack at the military outpost in southern Syria where American troops are based. No US personnel were killed or injured in the attack.
Last year, US forces in Iraq shifted to a non-combat role, but Iran and its proxies still want all American troops to leave the country. McKenzie says the Iranian leaders believe that they can launch a certain level of attacks against the US without affecting the ongoing negotiations over Tehran’s nuclear program.
Diplomats trying to salvage the 2015 Iran nuclear deal appear to be near the cusp of an agreement that would bring the US back into the accord and bring Iran back into compliance with limits on its nuclear program.
McKenzie says the US has gotten better at countering potential strikes by Iranian drones and other defensive measures, which contributed to the lack of American casualties. But he and others have noted that the Iranian ballistic missile strikes have gotten more precise.
"We don’t want Iran to have a nuclear weapon, and the best way to get to that is probably through a negotiated solution," he says, adding that such a deal won’t likely solve other problems, such as Iranian conventional attacks in the region.
"I don’t think anybody in the United States government is blind to that fact, but... if you can take nuclear weapons off the table, that’s a powerful capability that you don’t have to worry about."
Once that is done, he says, then the US could move on and deal with other problems, including Iran’s increasing ballistic missile and drone threats.
[IsraelTimes] Don Young, a blunt-speaking Republican who was the longest-serving current member of Congress, has died. He was 88.
His office announces Young’s death in a statement.
"It’s with heavy hearts and deep sadness that we announce Congressman Don Young (R-AK), the Dean of the House and revered champion for Alaska, passed away today while traveling home to Alaska to be with the state and people that he loved. His beloved wife Anne was by his side," says the statement from Young’s congressional office.
A cause of death was not provided. Young’s office says details about plans for a celebration of Young’s life were expected in the coming days.
Young, who was first elected to the US House in 1973, was known for his brusque style. In his later years in office, his off-color comments and gaffes sometimes overshadowed his work. During his 2014 reelection bid, he described himself as intense and less-than-perfect but said he wouldn’t stop fighting for Alaska. Alaska has just one House member.

[Yahoo] The deputy chief of Russian’s National Guard was reportedly detained Thursday amid news that Russian President Vladimir Putin ...President-for-Life of Russia. He gets along well with other presidents for life. He is credited with bringing political stability and re-establishing something like the rule of law, which occasionally results in somebody dropping dead from poisoning by polonium or other interesting substance. Under Putin, a new group of business magnates controlling significant swathes of Russia's economy has emerged, all of whom have close personal ties to him. The old bunch, without close personal ties to Putin, are in jail or in exile or dead from poisoning by polonium or other interesting substances... is cracking down on disloyalty within his ranks following the invasion of Ukraine.
Russian Gen. Roman Gavrilov, of Rosgvardia, the internal military force of the Russian Federation that reports directly to the president of the Russian Federation, was detained by the Russian security and counterintelligence agency, Federal Security Service ... the successor to the KGB... (FSB), according to Christo Grozev, CEO of the Netherlands-based investigative journalism group Bellingcat.
The reason for Gavrilov's detention wasn’t immediately clear. Grozev said one of his sources told him that Gavrilov was detained by the FSB's military counter-intelligence department over "leaks of military info that led to loss of life," while two other sources said the reason was for "wasteful squandering of fuel."
Rosgvardia is a unit of the Russian Federation’s internal army that reportedly suffered heavy losses in Ukraine during the three weeks since the invasion began on Feb. 24.
Gavrilov previously worked for the Federal Protective Service (FSO) tasked with Putin’s security.
Russian state-run media reported on Thursday that Gavrilov had been fired.
In a message to Telegram, senior United Russia official Alexander Khinshtein said despite his dismissal, reports that Gavrilov had been arrested were "totally untrue."
This comes as Putin said in an address on Wednesday that his country will undergo a "self-purification" of "traitors" as Russian troops continue to bombard Ukrainian civilians and advance toward Kyiv.
After the speech, flight trackers purportedly detected a mass exodus of private jets flying out of Moscow and toward Dubai, suggesting that Russian oligarchs may have fled anticipating Putin’s crackdown.
At least 14,980 people have been detained across Russia since the war in Ukraine began on Feb. 24, according to OVD Info, an independent organization monitoring political persecutions.
The deployment of the Kinzhal to strike a Ukrainian target ,added to this and other Stalin-esque behaviors, suggests Putin is pulling out all the stops to get this over. It also signals to the West he is intransigent and determined, and increasingly provoked by Western support to Ukraine.
[AlAhram] Egypt and Israel have agreed to expand direct flights between the two countries, launching next month a direct flight route between Tel Aviv and Sharm El-Sheikh during the Jewish holiday Passover, Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett’s office announced on Wednesday.
According to the Israeli PM’s office, the new agreement was formulated over the last few days and was finalised on Tuesday in Egypt by an Israeli delegation led by the Israeli Security Agency (ISA) and the Egyptian government.

Bennett’s visit was the first visit by an Israeli prime minister to Egypt since 2011.
Following the visit, Egypt’s state-owned airline EgyptAir announced that it would operate four direct flights weekly from Cairo to Tel Aviv for the first time in decades.
In October, the first EgyptAir flight arrived at Israel’s Ben-Gurion airport.
[TaskAndPurpose] Every war has its own dynamics which can be equally lethal to veterans and beginners if not properly understood.
The initial crop of applicants has been a mixed bag – with a swarm of Fantasists for every one candidate with experience in combat. And even combat experience means little in this war – because trading shots with the Taliban or al Qaeda is quite different from crouching in a freezing foxhole being pummeled by artillery fire.
Recruits for the Ukrainian Foreign Legion are invited to apply via the Ukrainian embassy in their country of residence. After a cursory initial interview, they are told to head for Ukraine via Warsaw and overland to Lviv in western Ukraine. The route is so well known that it is heavily monitored by the Russians, according to a Ukrainian special forces officer I spoke with. He was worried that they would soon begin targeting recruits before they reached their destination. After Lviv, the recruits are sent to a camp near the Polish border for selection and training. Selection apparently follows no discernable process other than separating those that don’t have military experience from those that do. The former are put through a 4-week training course — the latter are given a weapon and sent to the front in ad-hoc units with a Ukrainian officer. Some candidates are inexplicably rejected while others – regarded as being eminently unsuitable by their peers, are retained. In any case, the process has some fatal flaws – no one becomes a competent soldier in just 4 weeks, and even experienced soldiers require assimilation training. Every war has its own dynamics which can be equally lethal to veterans and beginners if not properly understood.
In their first trial by fire earlier this month, the volunteers were put into a hasty defense north of Kyiv, as the Russians began their onslaught on the towns lying north of the city. After the initial volley of Ukrainian anti-tank missiles had stopped the attackers in their tracks, enemy soldiers spilled out of their armored fighting vehicles about a quarter-mile in front of the volunteers, and into a withering storm of fire that halted the assault. “Shoot the ones in black uniforms,” a Ukrainian platoon commander is said to have told his foreign charges. “They are Belarusians.” Ukrainians are particularly incensed (but not surprised) at the perfidious complicity of Belarusian autocrat Alexander Lukashenko in taking his stance as a sycophantic second to President Vladimir Putin. Sadly, as with Putin, it is Lukashenko’s soldiers who are paying the price.
Although the Legionnaires helped to halt the attack, their performance that day was uneven — an observation that led the Ukrainians to discharge the surviving members of the initial intake, without any ceremony or official notification. Worse was to come. An unknown number of new recruits were training at a camp near the border when, a strike by Tupolev bombers, carrying Kh 101 cruise missiles, destroyed the camp. The death toll is not yet clear, but Ukrainian officers have told me that it will likely be more than 100.
“We should only take experienced combat veterans — that is the lesson that we are learning,” a Ukrainian general told Task & Purpose on condition of anonymity. “The others don’t know what they are getting themselves into – and when they find out, they want to go home. We need specialized skills – especially snipers.”

stupid games, stupid prizes. How many of those misfits and degenerates were fried in the missile strike? Bet it's a lot more than "thirty-five". There's so much propaganda about this war it's impossible to believe the news

Unit cohesion is very important. The Band of Brothers trained for years before D Day. The French Foreign Legion has been wearing their butcher aprons and parading a wooden arm for a century. Amalgamating a group of people for fighting from different countries with different experience levels in theater with no unit training was always a PR release headed for a Darwin Award.

Baghdad Operations Command posted on its official page on telegram that "outlaw elements or terrorist groups intend to target Baghdad International Airport or the Heavily-fortified Green Zone."
The Command recommended intensifying sending patrols, particularly in areas where the attack could be carried out.
The Green Zone is a 10-square-kilometer area in the Karkh district of central Baghdad that was the governmental center of the Coalition Provisional Authority during the occupation of Iraq after the American-led 2003 invasion and remained the center of the international presence in the city.
I thought the Ukrainian Nazis were Putin's disinformation? And that anyone who tried to publicize the concept was a Putinbot and a troll. What changed?
#3
No no no no. There are no more Nazis don't you see? Only the Germans under Hitler could have been evil enough to be Nazis. They stopped existing as soon as the Jews were salvaged out of their predicament. In fact, the ones who went to work for American and European armament firms and banks too were just 'misguided people'. And Jews which got richer and became world citizens invested in the same imperialist mores of the Nazi. A paradox, but history is full of them. Jews selling out Jews to Nazis was not unheard of then, so why not today? A 'jewish' president, supported by another 'jew' philanthropist, commanding battallions of self professed Nazis sporting swastikas. All fighting to expand the control of the same german bankers further and further. How can it be true?!
So close your eyes, forget it all. Adopt the belief that these Ukranian paramilitary outfits are just using the militaria of a bye gone era to play 'dress up'. And go to sleep. Tell this to the orphaned children in the Donbass and they might throw a rock at you though.

Nazis in the Donbas have killed thousands of people in the last 8 years. People in the West haven't been paying attention but the real war started in 2014 after the coup. Azov and others are the shock troops in that war

Azov was founded by Andriy Biletsky, an ultra-nationalist political figure who had had run-ins with the law and had been involved in various groups that toyed with Nazi symbols.
A native Russian speaker born in the predominantly Russian-speaking city of Kharkiv, Mr Biletsky refused to identify himself as a neo-Nazi instead preferring to call himself a Ukrainian nationalist - but some of his public statements speak for themselves.
In his arguably most quoted interview Biletsky spoke about Ukraine’s “historic mission in this century to lead white peoples of the world on their last Crusade against Jew-led Untermensch”.
In recent years Azov has produced perfect content for Russian state television, putting a face to the Kremlin’s claims about the rise of the far-right in Ukraine, where recent presidents and prime ministers have all been regular centrist politicians.
Azov fighters in the east happily rolled back their sleeves to show Nazi tattoos to foreign correspondents while Mr Biletsky’s team were announcing the creation of local militia forces to deal with issues in big cities.

Hallelujah! I've seen the light, comrades, and I for one am now profoundly shocked (x2) that among a people you brutalised and starved and brutalised some more and left prostrate for your Nazi allies to brutalise before you brutalised the survivors yet again... and now again... that among such a people might lurk a few ungrateful monsters who harbor an unhealthy grudge against you... well, shit, it just don't get much more shocking than that! It's a veritable donkeyful of electric eels! Snore.
On [state TV show The Evening With Vladimir Soloviev] Soloviev’s show, political scientist and professor of history Elena Ponomareva asserted: “We’re fighting not only against NATO, but also against the Nazi European Union.”
Two days earlier, on a state TV show 60 Minutes, journalist Andrei Sidorchik rode the concept all the way down the hill when he exclaimed: “Joe Biden is a Nazi. The U.S. congressmen—Democrat and Republican—are Nazis... German chancellor is a Nazi... EU leaders are Nazis... because their sanctions are attempting to preserve neo-Nazism in Ukraine.”
[Breitbart] Hollywood has put its wishful thinking on full display by casting Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams (D) in a cameo role as the president of Earth in the season four finale of Star Trek: Discovery on Paramount+.
Stacey Abrams appears in the episode’s climactic scene as the president of United Earth, the borderless government that rules over the entire planet. In the episode, she declares Earth as part of the interplanetary Federation.
"United Earth is ready right now to rejoin the Federation, and nothing could make me happier than to say those words," Abram’s character said, according to a report from Deadline. "There’s a lot of work to do, are you ready for that?"
For The Globalization Worshipers To Chew On .
It won't be a peaceful transition, because there are too many Type A's in or wanting power.
It will require a massive global war.
Initially, it will be between the Big 5 nations and 3 main religions over a 20+ year duration.
Thus, to create a UNITED EARTH will likely result in about 1.7 to 2.5 Billion deaths, over a 3 to 4 generation duration. Plus a 20 to 25 year rebuilding period, after the main war ends. Then there will be guerillas engaged in warfare and terrorist attacks.
Why?
There are too many Putin's, Hitler's, Stalin's Che's Pol Pot's, Mao Tse-tung's and etc... always willing to step in and sacrifice millions of lives to be #1.
BTW: I quit watching the newer Star Trek stuff after it started weaving in more and more current Far Left and liberal and socialist narratives, disgusted as SciFi plots.
[AsiaTimes] From Russia, will US expand economic war to China? New sanctions against China would leave Beijing less reason to forebear in strategic matters including Taiwan
Note: “Observer” columnist Chen Feng points to what he considers fundamental areas of weakness in the US position: The deindustrialization of the US economy, America’s dependence on debt, and an accelerating shift of US dollar trade settlement and reserves following the Russian sanctions. China exercises forbearance in strategic matters, including Taiwan, because of the mutual benefits of US-China trade; if the United States applies new sanctions to China, it will have less reason to do so.

"Saudi Arabia and China may not shift oil transactions to the yuan all of a sudden. There is no need for this. China’s large reserve of dollars can’t be left to get moldy in its hands. They have to flow to be of value. But the yuan is gradually becoming the settlement currency of international trade, which has more significance than 1,000 nuclear bombs. This is a huge event.
The massive shift of Russian oil to China due to the European and US embargoes, coupled with Saudi Arabia’s switch to RMB settlement, may force more and more countries exporting oil to China to switch to RMB settlement. The situation brings to mind the old saying, “I don’t have to run faster than the bear – I just have to run faster than the next fellow.”
#4
As others have pointed out, the yuan is not yet ready to displace the dollar as the international currency. But we are seeing death by a thousand cuts: Saudi taking yuan, India paying Russia in rupees/rubles, etc. Eventually the dollar will wither away to irrelevance, and international payments will be as chaotic as international tax is not. Every man for himself.

Russia has an excellent opportunity to move to the gold standard. They have 74 million troy oz. in gold reserves which are worth (@$1,922/oz. spot price) $142 billion. Even with the ruble's fall, the Russian Central Bank has more than adequate coverage for a monetary base of about $150 billion. Russia has very little reliance on global capital inflows, so Russia can shift to a gold ruble fairly easily.
If Russia moves to a gold ruble, the ruble will rise relative to the US dollar, which will fall relative to the value of gold.
Also, Russia would then be free of the volatility that comes from floating-rate currency pricing. A gold-backed ruble would allow China and India and other major trading partners to increase trade with Russia, which would be another source of strength for the ruble and stable growth for the Russian economy.

[ZH] The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has removed tens of thousands of deaths linked to COVID-19, including nearly a quarter of deaths it had listed in those under 18 years old.
The health agency quietly made the change on its data tracker website on March 15.
"Data on deaths were adjusted after resolving a coding logic error. This resulted in decreased death counts across all demographic categories," the CDC says on the site.
The CDC relies on states and other jurisdictions to report COVID-19 deaths and acknowledges on its website that the data is not complete.
But the statistics are often cited by doctors and others when pushing for COVID-19 vaccination, including figures who believe virtually all children should be vaccinated. Dr. Rochelle Walensky, the CDC’s director, cited the tracker’s death total in November 2021 while pushing for an expert panel to advise her agency to recommend vaccination for all children 5- to 11-years-old.
Before the change, the CDC listed 1,755 children as dying from COVID-19 along with approximately 851,000 others, according to Kelley Krohnert, a Georgia resident who has been tracking the updates.
The update saw the CDC cut 416 deaths among children and over 71,000 elsewhere, arriving at a total of just under 780,000.
The agency declined to provide a comment by deadline.
The CDC previously adjusted its death count in August 2021 "after the identification of a data discrepancy."

Thus any real data and actual working solutions will be suspect on even a greater level causing even greater deaths.

I couldn't access the data linked by Zerohedge, so I went here:
https://data.cdc.gov/NCHS/Provisional-COVID-19-Deaths-Focus-on-Ages-0-18-Yea/nr4s-juj3
and found that in the 18 and under demographic, 1,078 have died of COVID from 1/4/2020 to 3/12/2022. Doing simple math on Zero's reported figures, 1,339 in that same demographic have died of COVID.

[MEForum] In a widely shared essay published on Muslim Matters, Islamist commentator Mobeen Vaid has laid out what appears to be the most comprehensive Islamist argument yet for why Muslims should oppose LGBT rights.
Progressivist Muslim groups are also under attack. Vaid reserves particular ire for Muslim Advocates, which he claims has "supported a wide range of LGBT rights," even "praising a Muslim drag queen as 'living her [sic] truth'" [sic inserted by Vaid].
High profile Muslim organizations with Islamist histories are in Vaid's sights. He points out that the annual conference of the Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC) featured lesbian TV actress and producer Fawzia Mirza. The fact that these organizations supporting LGBT rights, for the most part, claim to be zakat-eligible, has further angered Islamists.
Vaid's argument has four main points: Muslim political advocacy for LGBT rights is "fundamentally immoral" and "inimical" to Islamic ethics; the political rationales for such activism offered by his ideological opponents are unconvincing; the Muslim community's ambivalence is making it easier for the "LGBT" persons to prey on young Muslims already struggling to negotiate their identity; and not taking a firm stance against issues such as homosexuality will "only deepen" the theological crises within the Muslim community.

Yes! Pine. Yearn for release! Debate and lobby and ululate and scream for the right to dress in skirts and legally get your buttocks plowed by your brothers!
Sodomy and sexual deviance are prevalent in nearly every religion that peddles maximal guilt and penitence over the sex act. It is the machismo obsessed core of islam that makes it hard to infuse their society with such tropes, create disruptions in the family and masculinity archetypes. The scripture just has tooo much hold on the society. But chaos always wins. Sin is stronger than virtue. Ultimately there's black and all that.
But good people are trying. We have a huge ongoing experiment in the west to learn from and yes, the rainbow flags will fly in moslem nations one day.
The globalists and their LGBTQ+er wards will inadvertently play their role too, in liberating all off the pansies and fags and dykes they can reach on social media and empowering them. In time, the 'patriarchy' of islam will come to be challenged, inshallah, and the average moslem will proudly come out as a fag of one kind or another, only to be slain by the takfiris.
[DailyCaller] Florida Gunmaker KelTec Donates Hundreds Of Rifles To Help Fight The Russians.
A Florida gunmaker called KelTec is sending 400 semi-automatic rifles to Ukraine to arm resistance fighters after a longtime customer to the American company in the country has gone AWOL.
A Ukrainian client who typically buys guns from KelTec reportedly placed the order for the semi-automatic rifles, but the gunmaker cannot get in touch with the long-time client. KelTec decided that those guns from the MIA client’s order should be put to use and has sent the $200,000 worth of KelTec rifles to the Ukraine Ministry of Defense, according to the Associated Press.
The Ukrainian Ministry will be responsible for distributing the guns to resistance forces fighting for the country under siege by the Russian military, according to the AP.
“The American people want to do something… We enjoy our freedoms, we cherish those things. And when we see a group of people out there getting hammered like this, it’s heartbreaking,” KelTec Director and former U.S. Navy pilot Adrian Kellgren reported to the news outlet.
This gesture comes after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky told the Ukrainian people that anyone aged 16 to 60 cannot leave the country and that all who are able should take up arms.
Shafaq News/ On Friday, Iraqi security and intelligence forces launched an operation on the banks of the Tigris River on the borders with Saladin, in Khalis district and the surrounded villages and agricultural areas searching for the sites where missile attacks launched on Balad Airbase.
A source told Shafaq News Agency that Balad was attacked with more than 25 missiles, in 2021 and about six missile attacks in 2022.
On Thursday, at least four rockets targeted Balad Air Base in Saladin, southern Iraq. The Security Media Cell said.
The Cell pledged to hold those "terrorist criminal gangs" accountable.
A source told our Agency that the rockets were launched from villages on the banks of the Tigris River of Khalis district and landed in the northern part of Balad Base.
The Cell said the rockets landed in open areas in the Base.
According to our source, the rockets targeted the headquarters of the US company, "Sallyport," which houses foreign contractors affiliated with Lockheed Martin (American aerospace, arms, defense, information security, and technology corporation company)."
The attack caused only material damage.
Balad Air Base is an Iraqi Air Force base located about 64 kilometers north of Baghdad; it houses foreign contractors who train the Iraqi forces and provide consultancy.
The Base contains F-16 fighter jets.
Last January, the Iraqi forces thwarted an attack by three drones on the Airbase.
According to the Security Media Cell, three drones approached the southern part of the Balad Air Base, some 90 km north of Baghdad, prompting the Iraqi forces to open fire on the drones and forcing them to flee the scene.
No one claimed responsibility for the attacks, and the Iraqi Forces never arrested any involved.
Unknown attackers fired at an individual in the southern governorate of #Syria's #Daraa killing him though he had his conditions settled in 2018.https://t.co/FIbZw3Dp7B
— NORTH PRESS AGENCY - ENGLISH (@NPA_English) March 18, 2022
DARAA, Syria (North Press) – On Friday evening, unknown armed attackers fired at an individual of the eastern countryside of Daraa, south Syria, killing him.
“The young man Muhammad Fayez al-Khalifa was killed after being shot directly by unknown attackers, who were riding a motorbike in al-Karak town in the eastern countryside of Daraa,” local sources told North Press.
“Before joining the settlement agreement in 2018, al-Khalifa operated in ranks of the Syrian opposition factions,” the sources added.
“After he had his condition settled he did not join ranks of any military factions and worked as a daily worker in the town,” the sources noted.
Yesterday, the head of Jasim city municipality, Taysir Hamdi al-Oqla, in the northern countryside of Daraa was killed by unknown attackers.
Shafaq News/ One young man was injured when a landmine exploded on Friday near the center of Serqala district of Kifri in Diyala. The Mine Action Agency of Kurdistan Regional Government reported.
In a statement, the Agency said that the health condition of the 14-year-old boy is stable.
The Directorate of Mine Action in Garmyan arrived to investigate the incident. It also dismantled two other mines in the exact location. The statement added.
Iraq is littered with an estimated ten million landmines; many were placed by the former Iraqi regime and in areas bordering Iran and Kuwait.
Mines claimed 14,000 victims in Iraq between 1991 and 2007, the United Nations Development Program says. More than half died from their wounds.
According to the UN estimates, there are more than 10 million landmines and a large quantity of UXO in Iraqi Kurdistan.
Of these landmines, eight million are estimated to be antipersonnel and two million antitank. It is possible to find almost every variety of landmine in Iraq.
[NYPOST] An off-duty city corrections officer smeared feces all over his Brooklyn tenant’s apartment — and then illegally evicted her less than two weeks later, cops said.
The officer, Nigel Escalona, was inside the apartment where a 52-year-old woman rents out a room from him on East 83rd Street near Avenue K in Canarsie around 9:40 p.m. March 4, police said.
When the tenant walked into the bedroom, Escalona ran out of the apartment, authorities said.
The victim found feces smeared all over the bedroom door and door handle — as well as on the doormats, doorknob and faucets in the bathroom, cops said.
Less than two weeks later, Escalona illegally evicted the woman, cops said.
The victim told police she went to work on Wednesday and returned Thursday to find that the locks were changed and Escalona did not issue an eviction notice, police said.
The victim found feces smeared all over the bedroom door and door handle, according to reports.

[NYPOST] Two people were caught on surveillance video rummaging through the pockets of a Philadelphia man who was dying on a sidewalk after being shot, police said.
The 38-year-old victim took three bullets to his chest after getting into a fight with a man in the city’s Hunting Park neighborhood Wednesday evening.
During the fight, a third man whipped out a rod from his waistband and shot the victim, Chief Inspector Scott Small told news hounds.
The two men involved in the shooting then fled in a dark Dodge Charger as the victim collapsed on the sidewalk.
Just moments later, a man and woman walking by could be seen on CCTV cameras rifling through the pockets of the gravely injured victim, Small said.

[NYPOST] Looks like Gov. Kathy Hochul has gotten the message on crime. Good for her — and good for New York, too.
Hochul, as this newspaper first reported exclusively Thursday, has abandoned her puzzling timidity on public safety and is pushing legislation that would tighten New York’s notorious no-bail laws, target both young gunslingers and subway crime generally and beef up the state’s power to detain and treat the mentally ill — against their will, if necessary.
And there’s the key word: necessary.
It is necessary for Hochul to do this — just as it is necessary that Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie and Senate Majority Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins face down their lunatic-fringe progressive caucuses and not only take up Hochul’s 10-point public safety plan, but not gut it in the process.
That is, it is necessary that New York confront and defeat crime and serious civic disorder, just as it did a generation ago, and for the most fundamental of reasons: A society that will not do its best to protect its citizens from predation has no moral claim on their loyalty, their industry or their resources.
Eventually, it will wither and fade — which is precisely where New York was in 1993. Hochul, up for a full term in the June primary, now seems to want no part of that.
But why the change?

Once again: 'The polling must be absolutely brutal"
#3
The NYC prosecutor is Soros-backed and has been put in place specifically to destroy the city so that the proles will accept The Reset. Hochul is not getting in the way of that as she is on the same team. She’ll orchestrate a pantomime of activity but accomplish nothing and blame somebody – probably conservatives. Biden will do the same thing regarding increasing American energy production. There will be a puppet show, but some vital element will remain blocked.

I’ve read that the Republican candidate for governor actually has a real chance, but I know nothing more — not even his name.
#5
A plumber with no campaign budget knocked out a top Dem in NJ. The national environment is heavily in favor of GOP candidates. African American and Latino voters are giving the GOP a look. Hochul may still win, but the easiest path would be for her to remove the DA in NYC. That is the only way to restore order in the city. It is within the governor's power and only within the governor's power to remove the DA. I don't think she will do it. I expect the GOP candidate to pound the issue.

[NYPOST] The $1.5 trillion omnibus spending bill President Joe The Big Guy Biden ...46th president of the U.S. S You're a lyin' dog-faced pony soldier... signed this week — the first since he took office — has the biggest hike in domestic spending in four years. But not all programs are equal. Climate-change boondoggles get billions while border-security funding is slashed by nearly a half-billion — even as illegal crossings continue to spike.
It’s a recipe for disaster as officials expect an overwhelming flood of migrants colonists within weeks as Biden prepares to lift the COVID-deportation measure.
The package boosts domestic spending by $46 billion, a nearly 7% hike. But it gives US Customs and Border Protection just $14.8 billion, a $428 million decrease from fiscal year 2021. (Factor in inflation, and the cuts are even deeper.)
The nosedive comes as illegal-immigrant apprehensions along the southwestern border skyrocketed in February to nearly 165,000, a 6.6% increase over January — and a 350% increase over February 2020, just after Biden took office and threw open America’s doors.
Heartbreaking images of massive numbers of migrants colonists huddled under a bridge at the Rio Grande made headlines last year. This year’s crisis is likely to look even uglier. Authorities are bracing for a colossal crush of up to 170,000 people once the administration lifts the Title 42 public-health authority allowing (but not mandating) quick expulsion. President Donald Trump ...The tack in the backside of the Democratic Party... instituted Title 42 at the pandemic’s start, and it’s been upheld in court under Biden.

Jail? This is going to end up like CHAZ but without the organization.
Don't watch the movie, it is an absolute trope of current movie industry typecasting, "plot twists", and latent racism, but the story for The First Purge looks to be spot on - Federal Government instigates violence by declaring an area police free and any crime up to and including murder will not be prosecuted. Leave now, or stay and the government will give you all the money you need to live.
The difference will be the when. Unlike the movie where there is a set date, this will be some singular event nobody knows about until its all going off.
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited. Ukrainian punishers killed three civilians in the LPR
[REGNUM] At least three civilians were killed as a result of shelling by Ukrainian punitive forces on the settlement of Irmino in the Lugansk People's Republic, the press service of the LPR representative office in the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of the ceasefire regime reports on the official Telegram channel.
"As a result of artillery shelling, Irmino village, three civilians were killed and two were injured , ”the representative office said.
Earlier, the Prosecutor General's Office of the LPR reported one dead and three wounded during the shelling of Irmin by Ukrainian militants. It was noted that the shell hit a residential building, which completely collapsed from the explosion.
As REGNUM reported , earlier LPR units broke into the eastern part of the city of Severodonetsk. Now the fighters of the People's Militia of the Republic are fighting for the liberation of the city from the Kiev invaders.
Ukrainian militants fired "Grads" near the village in the DPR
[REGNUM] A rocket attack on the village of Yelenovka (DPR) was carried out on the evening of March 18 by Ukrainian formations, according to the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of the ceasefire regime.
They opened fire on the Yelenovka area at 22:29 Moscow time from the village of Taramchuk. A total of 40 missiles were fired from the BM-21 Grad.
At 22:30 Moscow time, Yelenovka was fired from artillery pieces of 122 mm caliber. The fire of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was fired from the settlement of Novomikhailovka, firing five shells.
[NYPOST] Andrew Sonny Cuomo on Thursday would not rule out a bid to oust Gov. Kathy Hochul — telling news hounds he was "not going anywhere" during his second public appearance since resigning in disgrace last summer. Asked after his speech at a Bronx church if he would run against Hochul, the ex-governor delivered a meandering response while leaving the door open on a longshot comeback attempt. He moaned about how he went through "a very difficult year," while noting his brother Chris Cuomo was fired from his job at CNN ...formerly the Cable News Network, now who know what it might stand for... , before saying, "I am more committed to fighting and fighting hard to do the right thing, so government works."
"I am not going anywhere," he added, implying a campaign announcement could be in the offing. "I am going to continue to fight the good fight."
The answer on a potential run for office came after he blasted fellow members of the Democratic Party ...every time you hear the phrase white people, white supremacy, white anything but paint, you're listening to a Democrat. Ask him/her/it to reimagine something for you; they do that a lot, though not well. They can hear a dog whistle a mile or two away. They invented the spoils system and Tammany Hall, and inspired the addition of the word (Thomas) Nasty to the English language. They want to stop continental drift and repeal the law of unintended side effects... for their "radical" positions and charged they perpetuate "cancel culture" at a Bronx church where he spoke the invitation of the controversial ex-councilman Ruben Diaz Sr.
The speech was Cuomo’s latest attempt to spin his decison to step down under threat of impeachment amid several scandals — including his documented sexual harassment of 11 women, misuse of government resources to write his $5 million pandemic memoir and misleading the public about COVID-related deaths in nursing homes — as his being a victim of "cancel culture."
Pressed after his remarks if he will launch a bid to reclaim his old post in a primary challenge of Hochul — Cuomo’s lieutenant governor who took over after he resigned, becoming the state’s first woman governor — Cuomo replied, "I am open to all options."
"Look, I have been through a very difficult year and did a lot of soul-searching. I have been blessed. I have three very beautiful daughters and a very beautiful family. I served as your Governor and I am so proud of the way I did it," he told news hounds.
"I have a lot of options. I am open to all of them," he said before joking, "I am hoping for an offer from the New York Jets. I still think I could play wide receiver.
"I am open to all options and I am going to leave it at that."

[ChinaMission] Spokesperson of the Chinese Mission to the EU Speaks on a Question Concerning NATO Leader’s Remarks on China.
Q: According to reports, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said yesterday that any support to Russia, military support or any other type of support, would actually help Russia conduct a brutal war against an independent sovereign nation, Ukraine, and help them to continue to wage war which is causing death, suffering and an enormous amount of destruction. He also claimed that China has an obligation as a member of the UN Security Council to actually support and uphold international law and join the rest of the world condemning Russia’s invasion. What is your comment?
A: We have taken note of relevant remarks. Chinese people can fully relate to the pains and sufferings of other countries because we will never forget who had bombed our embassy in the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. We need no lecture on justice from the abuser of international law. As a Cold War remnant and the world’s largest military alliance, NATO continues to expand its geographical scope and range of operations. What kind of role it has played in world peace and stability? NATO needs to have good reflection.
So you're claiming it's "WE" and you're an american, although to me not a very impressive one.
Maybe the two of you should stop shilling for a totalitarian state that released a virus that killed a million Americans in order to help their domestic traitorous puppets steal an election?

The virus contains a sequence of DNA that was patented by Moderna 3 years before the pandemic began. Moderna CEO can't explain why. Genetic sequencing is more accurate than fingerprints. Such gene sequences are good enough to get criminal convictions. This is guilty evidence beyond any reasonable doubt.
It's beyond obvious Fauci et al were doing incredibly dangerous bio-weapons research in other countries since it was illegal in America.
Watch the Moderna CEO stammer when confronted with the evidence.

Well, I mentioned the treasonous quislings China used against us. They would be negligent to not have another half-truth lined up so they could pretend they're fighting the quislings they installed when they help Russia murder women and children in Mariupol from the air.

The Chinese and Russians definitely remember how we bombed the shit out of Serbia. On behalf of the "Kosovo Liberation Army", a Muslim terrorist outfit.
[WASHINGTONTIMES] Democratic candidate for governor Beto O’Rourke; ...Kennedyeque businessman, musician, skateboard artiste, and politician who represented Texas' 16th congressional district in the United States House of Representatives from 2013 to 2019. Beto is a Latino nickname for people whose names end in "erto," like "Roberto" or "Alberto." He is seeking the Dem nomination for President in 2020 because he has nice hair and lots of teeth. He was born into a local political family in El Paso, Texas and is a graduate of a prep school and Columbia University, which is not in Texas. In 2005, he was elected to the El Paso City Council. He was elected to Congress in 2012 after defeating eight-term incumbent Silvestre Reyes in the Democratic primary. He declined to seek re-election in 2018, instead running for the Senate against Republican Ted Cruz, running a campaign that drew national attention because of his skateboarding skills. A few months after he lost, he announced his campaign for President... is looking for ways to close a persistent gap in the polls with Republican Gov. Greg Abbott ... governor of Texas. Abbott is a Republican. His 2014 Dem opponent, state senatrix Wendy Davis, thought the absolute, most pressing, most important issue facing the state was abortion. Abbott beat the pantyhose off her. His 2018 opponent, Lupe Valdez didn't dwell too heavily on abortion, but she lost too... , backing off his far-left stance on border security, gun ownership and other hot-button issues.
The O’Rourke pivot is a glaring bid to turn out the party’s more moderate base and win over independent voters in the conservative state.
Mr. O’Rourke, who ran unsuccessfully for U.S. Senate in 2018 and made a failed bid for the Democratic presidential nomination a year later, has been campaigning nearly nonstop to unseat Mr. Abbott after easily winning the Democratic primary on March 1.
Polling shows Mr. O’Rourke consistently lagging behind Mr. Abbott, though only by single digits, leading some analysts to predict a close race.
Since announcing his candidacy in November, Mr. O’Rourke has shifted his position on key issues, including gun rights, border security and school curricula. "I challenge Mr. Abbott to a skate-off!"
The Abbott team says the shift, which appears to be aimed at attracting the state’s more moderate Democrats and independents, is a sign that Mr. O’Rourke’s campaign is struggling.
"He’s been all over the place on all the issues," said Mark Miner, an Abbott campaign front man. "He’s on this extreme Texas makeover tour where every stop he comes up with a new position."
Democratic strategists say Mr. O’Rourke has not flip-flopped but has refined his positions on some issues, including gun control.

There's always a fringe candidate ready to sweep up the disgruntled far-left votes. Beetle just doesn't have that much maneuvering room.

The best comment on him still comes from that cover story (was it GQ?) showing him in jeans with a pickup and his hands in his rear pockets. The caption was, "See? I can too find my rear end with both hands."

A lot of people around here really dislike Abbott, and though they won't vote for O'Rourke I fear they may just not vote.
Ya mean Dem policies suck and few people like them? Is O'Rourke a Dino? Or a Rino? You have to run as something you are not in order to have a chance? Manchuria candidate? He's stuck in infantilism.
#6
"Mr. O’Rourke has not flip-flopped but has refined his positions on some issues. He still feels as strongly about these issues as before, but now in the opposite way."
#7
O'Rourke is running only because of the cashflow that goes from his fundraising through his "vendors" back into his personal bank account. He sucks as a candidate. I am sure that everyone in Texas outside of Austin knows that he is a clown that you wouldn't hire to run a shift at McDonalds. He said he would take all the guns, LA liberals sent him money, now he says that he won't take guns, no gun owners are fooled. This is all a dodge for him. He will follow up his concession speech with the announcement of his 2024 presidential campaign. What you won't see him do is work a job. Winning is for suckers.

He was not electable for statewide Texas office when people liked Democrats. Dem likability is now -10 nationally, that includes California and Oregon. Beat Hoe has no chance. He is doing us a favor by sucking resources away from viable candidates. Unless he is an idiot, he knows he has no chance. He is electable for office like Mayor of Austin, but that would probably require work and would likely be a pay cut. Because I am not his accountant, I have no idea how much he is raking in with this gig as a failed politician. It must be lucrative or he would be in Stelter’s spot on the CNN Primetime line-up.

The police spokesman in Kwara, Ajayi Okasanmi, said he had yet to be briefed about the incident.
[LaprensaLatina] President Vladimir Putin on Friday praised the unity of the Russian people in the face of what he calls the “special military operation” in Ukraine.
Russia’s brutal war in Ukraine, which has led to thousands of military and civilian deaths and has caused more than three million refugees to flee, has been widely condemned by the international community.
Putin, who praised the heroism of Russian soldiers fighting in the war, which he said was being waged to prevent a “genocide” in Ukraine, was addressing a massive patriotic rally at the Luzhniki Olympic Stadium in Moscow, which hosted more than 200,000 people, according to local authorities.
“Saving people from this suffering, from this genocide, is the main and most important reason (…) for the military operation that we launched in the Donbas and in Ukraine,” he proclaimed.
Putin, who quoted the Bible to justify the Ukraine invasion, said the best expression of the unity of the Russian people is how their soldiers are fighting “shoulder to shoulder” in the neighboring country.
“We see how heroically our guys act and fight during this operation. It has been a long time since we enjoyed such unity,” he said.
Ukraine claims that Russia has suffered over 14,200 casualties since the invasion began on February 24.
“For a world without Nazism!”, “For the president!” and “For Russia!” were the slogans displayed onstage at the event which featured concerts by popular singers with close ties to the Kremlin.
Tens of thousands of people who could not access the stadium followed the concerts in the vicinity of the Luzhniki, which seats more than 80,000 spectators.
“Thanks to the guys who with weapons in their hands defend Russian citizens in the Donbas,” said Sergey Sobyanin, mayor of Moscow.
Sobyanin, one of the Kremlin’s closest aides, has rallied support for Putin, who launched the invasion.
“Half the world has united against us, but Russia is a strong country. Strong because of its citizens, because of its patriots,” he said.
Some of the presenters, singers and attendees wore the Z-shaped St. George’s ribbon, which has become a symbol of Russia’s military campaign in Ukraine.
Russians usually wear the ribbon on May 9, which marks the victory over Nazi Germany in World War II.
The event coincided with the eighth anniversary of the annexation of the Crimean peninsula from Ukraine.

Got anymore FSB propaganda for today or is this it? My good sir, we have not yet begun to propagate!
Looking through a Russian Nationalist filter, Putin is standing up for Russia by fighting NATO, a long-time foe. It's not surprising that some people there like that.
Notice how the messaging from both sides is similar to what we saw with Tea Party/Trump rallies: Howling Mobs of Haters vs Patriots Who Love Their Nation

[NYPOST] Sometimes a newspaper story is just a story about someone. And sometimes the story inadvertently reveals far more about the newspaper itself.
That’s the case of the New York Times
...which still proudly displays Walter Duranty's Pulitzer prize... ’ Thursday piece on Hunter Biden. What the discerning reader learns about the Times is far more important than anything disclosed about the president’s scheming son.
The one bit of actual news is that Hunter Biden took out a loan to pay the federal government as much as $1 million in back taxes as part of a continuing criminal probe about his business ventures with foreign corporations and individuals.
But that fact, which comes in the very first paragraph, is dwarfed by the Times’ bombshell acknowledgment later on. Much later on.
It’s not until the 24th paragraph that the story mentions emails involving Hunter Biden and his associates in those deals, followed by these two sentences: "Those emails were obtained by The New York Times from a cache of files that appears to have come from a laptop abandoned by Mr. Biden in a Delaware repair shop. The email and others in the cache were authenticated by people familiar with them and with the investigation."
Heart be still. It took the Gray Lady nearly 17 months to grudgingly concede even a fraction of what New York Post readers learned in October 2020. Of course, Times readers would have learned all that too if their paper were still in the news business instead of being a running dog for Democrats.
The Post revealed those emails and many, many more after it came into possession of the contents of the same laptop’s hard drive. Post readers also know the Times was part of the Big Government, Big Tech and Big Media cabal that tried to hide those emails from the public during the 2020 presidential election.
The reason for that coverup was simple: Many of the emails to and from Hunter Biden implicated Joe The Big Guy Biden ...46th president of the U.S. S You're a lyin' dog-faced pony soldier... in the international influence-peddling business run by Hunter and Joe’s brother Jim Biden.
If the whole country knew then that Joe Biden was corruptly using his office to help his family cash in, we would now be in the second year of Donald Trump ...Perhaps no man has ever had as much fun being president of the US... ’s second term. That’s a fact because 8% of Biden voters told pollsters they would have supported Trump had they known about the bombshell contents of the laptop.
But the Times, Facebook, Twitter, CNN ...formerly the Cable News Network, now who know what it might stand for... and the deep state couldn’t let that happen. They had spent four years trying to drive Trump out of office, mostly by falsely alleging he had colluded with Russia to steal the 2016 election. They were determined he would not get four more years.
So as a corollary to their reporting fake news about Trump, when they had real news about Biden family corruption, instead of reporting it and letting users share it on social media, they conspired to bury it.
Blame them for Joe Biden’s disastrous presidency.
And now the Times has the gall to act as if it did heroic digging by claiming Thursday the emails "were authenticated by people familiar with them and with the investigation." Oh, please.
Unlike the Times, The Post didn’t rely on anonymous sources, saying openly that Rudy Giuliani gave the paper a copy of the laptop’s hard drive. Giuliani said it came from a repairman in Delaware, whom The Post also interviewed. He said a man who signed his name as Hunter Biden dropped the laptop off for fixes and never retrieved it.

So as we already knew it was a massive election coverup.
Now, will those involved (Hunter-DOJ-FBI-IRS-Biden Admin) in the conspiracy to coverup a felony be criminally indicted?
BTW: If media leaders assisted in the coverup for political reasons, shouldn't they be indicted also?

I will continue to endanger society until the Wuhan Lab can enhance a strain strong enough to kill me, as Super Hose is a CMV negative blood donor to preemies that don’t need clotting issues or other unhelpful side-effects that they hoped to hide for 75 years.

Nearly 200 people have been wounded in the latest protests to erupt in the Sudanese capital over deteriorating economic conditions following a military take-over, a doctor’s union said Friday.
The Sudan’s Doctors Committee issued a statement saying that 187 people were wounded in clashes with police in Khartoum on Thursday, 70 of whom were likely struck by rubber bullets. Three of the wounded were shot in either the head or chest and are currently in intensive care, it added.

[Vdare] As white people from Russia wage war on white people in the Ukraine, and white people in both Europe and the United States care about the event unfolding—potentially plunging the world into another pointless world war—one black writer at CNN is mad we aren’t focusing our attention on Africa.
Moky Makura [Tweet her] is the executive director of Africa No Filter a group “working to shift stereotypical and harmful narratives within and about Africa through storytelling and community building.”
She wrote the piece below for CNN. It basically states: white people may be dying in the Ukraine, but what does this have to do with Africans?

I know African-American men who are appalled that Putin is bombing innocent women and children.

Hate to tell ya Mookie, but not only did you just solidify them, you are giving credence to the wackos who think this whole thing really is just about starting a Euro/Russia nuclear exchange in order to kill 'The White People'.
Its been, what, seven days since the Influencer Call to this subject and this is all she brings?

Applying my basic rule for determining if its racist.
"Would it be RACIST Hate Speech, if Black was exchanged for White and does it focus on 1 Race or Color only and if White was used would they scream RACIST?"
IF, I got to ask the CNN-BLM Liberal Racist talking head one question if would be.
"What are the odds of a NUCLEAR war in Africa vs. the Russia Ukraine Europe situation?

No only do I not care disproportionately about Africa Moky, there are people aplenty there to care about their continent, I most certainly do not care about your mindless, racist, garbage utterings!
The July 23, 2019 rule targeted immigrants across the nation who could not prove they had been in the U.S. continuously for two years or more
Prior to expansion, the rule applied to a 100-mile zone from the border, to those who had arrived by sea or to those who had been in the U.S. 14 days or fewer
A DHS withdrawal notice said that the Trump-era rule had been used so infrequently due to 'operational complexities and limited utility
Currently most people who arrive at the border are immediately deported under Title 42, a CDC coronavirus public health order
The U.S. could be just hours away from another wave of mass migration if Biden lifts Title 42, with 170,000 waiting on Mexican side of border

It would ironic if a Latin American country or a United collection of them used the PUTIN excuse in saying a large number of the residents are Spanish culture and speaking. Then invade certain US Southern States.
[NYPOST] Two people were killed and two others were maimed after a gunman opened fire aboard a Florida transit bus on Thursday afternoon, a report said.
Three other people inside a pair of cars were also injured after their vehicles were stuck by the bus as its quick-thinking driver turned into a nearby cop shoppe after the gunfire erupted, the Sun-Sentinel reported, citing authorities.
The Broward County Transit bus was traveling along West Broward Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale at about 2:30 p.m. when the mayhem unfolded.
Once the driver made it to the precinct, officers raced up to the bus and arrested the suspect as the commuters aboard fled for safety.
"The people came off the bus with their hands up, and the police just started running everywhere, coming from everywhere," witness Natasha McGee, 44, told the newspaper.

OH! that's right, elections are just around the corner, and if the past serves as a prediction.
We should start seeing increases in items that support in LSD Agenda items to support their Anti-"_insert whatever__" narrative and deflection attention away from their major screw-ups.
[THEEPOCHTIMES] Dr. Anthony Fauci said in a new interview that he is considering stepping away from the position he’d held since 1984.Fauci, the longtime director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), was asked during a podcast released March 18 whether he was mulling retirement or transitioning to a less-demanding job.
"I certainly am because I’ve got to do it sometime," Fauci, 81, said.
"I can’t stay at this job forever, unless my staff is going to find me slumped over my desk one day. I’d rather not do that," he added.
Fauci was appointed to his position in 1984 during the Reagan administration.
Fauci’s comments came after Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) failed in his effort to get support for a measure that would eliminate the NIAID and create three new institutes in its stead.
Paul, who has clashed with Fauci during multiple congressional hearings, said Fauci has become has become a "dictator-in-chief."
"No one person should have unilateral authority to make decisions for millions of Americans," Paul, a doctor, said.
Fauci and his agency had not responded to requests for comment on the measure.
Paul and other Fauci critics have taken issue with how the doctor misled the public on his agency’s funding for the Chinese lab located near the first cases of COVID-19 were recorded, his support for harsh measures during the pandemic, and his admission that he lied about the effectiveness of masks because of worries there wouldn’t be enough for health care workers.
Fauci, who has also been preparing for investigations Republicans have pledged into the COVID-19 response, has called Paul a partisan whose accusations aren’t rooted in facts.
Without mentioning Paul, the podcast host asked Fauci in the new interview whether he would leave his post soon, noting that besides Dr. Francis Collins, who exited from his position as director of the National Institutes of Health in late 2021, Jeffrey Zients was stepping down as the White House COVID-19 response coordinator.

He’s a narcissist. He’s not going anywhere unless, MSNBC is willing to pay him Chris Cuomo money. Why would he trust some lackey to not throw him under the bus. As far as Tony is concerned, the American people can’t handle the truth.
