Did Joe Biden Implicate Barack Obama in Ukraine Quid Pro Quo Scandal?
h/t Instapundit
Barack Obama has not been shy when it comes to criticizing his successor, but he's been MIA when it comes to defending his former vice president, Joe Biden. He was conspicuously silent when Joe Biden faced allegations of racism for his past opposition to busing and working with segregationist Democrats. Biden clearly survived the temporary controversy because, I suspect, most people deep down recognize that Biden is not a racist.

But this Ukraine business is another matter entirely. Obama could be out there contradicting allegations of impropriety‐in fact, he should be because his own vice president has been accused of a quid pro quo. Obama may want to be neutral in the 2020 Democratic primary, but his administration has a fresh quid pro quo allegation and Obama remains tight-lipped about it.

..."They were walking out to a press conference. I said, nah, ... we’re not going to give you the billion dollars. They said, ’You have no authority. You’re not the president‐the president said’ ... I said, 'Call him.' I said, 'I’m telling you, you’re not getting the billion dollars.' I said, you’re not getting the billion. ... I looked at them and said, ’I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money.’ Well, son of a b----. He got fired. And they put in place someone who was solid at the time."

With those words, it appears Biden implicated Barack Obama in the quid pro quo scandal. Biden was so sure that he could withhold the billion-dollar loan despite Obama's assurance to Ukraine the loan was a done deal. Biden knew he could withhold the billion dollars because obviously Barack Obama knew, which means Barack Obama had, at some point, approved the quid pro quo to protect Biden's son.

A Japanese tour group showed up, 90% girls, they were feeling a little left out, so I went over and spoke to them, and I was swarmed by cute girls because I could speak Japanese at the time. I told them I was the Shuten-Doji. They squealed with laughter. The German guys were shocked at their unexpected audacity Much hugging, mugging (by the girls) and crazy table dancing (girls again), many snapshots. I distinctly remember the girls taking over both restrooms. The beer was sweet and very strong. Major hangover.

India-Pakistan
Pakistan is ready for war with India over Kashmir, says President
[Yenisafak] The Pakistani army is well-prepared for this war and very experienced, Arif Alvi says.

Pakistan doesn't want any war, but if India starts one the country could have no option other than to respond, Pakistan’s president said on Monday.

Arif Alvi spoke to a group of Turkish journalists in capital Islamabad ahead of Prime Minister Imran Khan's speech, which is expected to highlight the Kashmir conflict at the 74th session of the UN General Assembly.

"We don't want war, it is not good for us to be dragged into war. But what would happen if India wants to start one? The Pakistani army is well prepared for this war and it is very experienced. In the past, we've fought a lot against terror in the country," Alvi said after underlining the importance of dialogue between the two nuclear-armed countries for the resolution of the Kashmir dispute.

Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan will announce action regarding the Kashmir issue after the UN General Assembly, he added.

The leaders of India and Pakistan are set to address the UN General Assembly on Friday.

Mounting tensions between nuclear-armed Pakistan and India flared further following the scrapping of the special status of the picturesque valley, which is divided between the two neighbors in parts with both claiming it in full.

Kashmiri leaders and citizens fear the Indian government's step is an attempt to change the demographic makeup of the Muslim-majority state, where some groups have been fighting against Indian rule for independence, or for unification with neighboring Pakistan.

Balking at New Delhi’s move, Pakistan has also downgraded bilateral relations, suspended trade, and expelled the Indian high commissioners.

"Nuclear weapons under the control of fascists in India"

The recent border skirmishes in the Himalayan region of disputed Kashmir invoked fears of a larger military conflict and a possible nuclear war between the two neighbors.

"The most important problem is that the control of nuclear weapons in India lies with fascists. The world is in great danger," Alvi warned referring to India's ruling Hindu nationalist administration.

Alvi also compared India's anti-minority policies in the last 30 years to Adolf Hitler's ideology, saying: "The party of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi took Mein Kampf (My Struggle) and Hitler as its role model."

He urged India to release political prisoners in Jammu and Kashmir and follow the UN Security Council resolutions on holding a plebiscite in the region.

Since they were partitioned in 1947, Pakistan and India have fought three wars -- in 1948, 1965 and 1971 -- two of them over Kashmir, in addition to the three-week long Kargil skirmish in 1999.

According to several human rights groups, thousands of people have been killed in the conflict in the region since 1989.

#6  How, TW?

When a self-recruiting army has extra-regional resource pools with independent, individualized transportation and support logistics? Against such a beast the Clausewitz model fails unless it is moved into the conflict of commerce, as Trump has.

This is only one limb of the Black Knight however. The roots of the supportive idealogy must be cut out.
.Open the Mosques to inspection for arms and ordinance. Distribute the hoarded food, dilute their value.
.Execute the Imams calling for violence, start at the toes don't hunt for the heads.
.Constrain the casual mobility of 'conscripts' with travel permits and transportation tariffs to battle regions.
.Stop the tithing and neighborhood money export offshore.

Balance with education for all, equal rights for women and lawful protection for children.
End the cultural pedophilia, spousal abuse and drug agriculture.

All the right words, but somehow we just can't get them done for fear of 'what someone might think'.

How is your trip?
Posted by: Skidmark || 09/24/2019 18:15 Comments || Top||

#9  Oh wow, Skidmark. That list is eerily similar to the interior agenda being carried out in India right now. Everything short of offing the imams.

The masjids that weapons or black cash is recovered from are also sealed indefinitely, tied up in litigation forever, ultimately appropriated by the state.

Shariah law practices like child marriage, polygamy, kangaroo courts and divorces made a non-bailable offence, each practice linked to their requisite similar criminal offences like statutory rape.

A non-state presence of communal vigilantism, alway attuned to the dynamics of their taqyia and ready to nip most activism in the bud. The state's reply is simply, 'Sorry if you infuriate the majority, we can't help you by jailing it now can we ? Best you play ball.'

That is only possible when you capture absolute power though (both houses and judiciary), the fear of explaining yourself then dissolves. Even if a State can establish that kind of control, the 'irreconcilably indignant citizen' element has to exist to support it.

#10  Thank you for sharing your thinking, Skidmark.

My trip? Lovely thus far. Trailing daughter #2 and Mr. Daughter, her husband — determined DINKS at this stage — had great fun introducing Mr. Wife and me to their virtual reality toys, which Mr. Wife greatly enjoyed...and I enjoyed watching. We’ve been trying out their favourite restaurants, requiring that tonight we’ll have salads instead. Texas-sized portions need no explanation, I suspect. ;-)

Td#2 and I no longer agree on matters political, though she did admit she would trust President Trump’s government to control driverless cars over her fellow Texans driving under their own control — because, she said, he wouldn’t bother to interfere with the population, whereas Texas drivers are dangerous even before some start shooting each other when they get mad — and she does not understand what a significant admission that is. Still, at her age I held similar opinions, outgrowing them only a decade later; and in her teens she was decidedly conservative as a result of hanging out at Rantburg, which gives her a more solid foundation for additional evolution than I had even without, God willing, another 9/11 to trigger a serious rethink. And her very tall husband is thoughtfully amused by us all — they picked each other well.

Panel Of Third Graders To Dictate Nation's Climate Change Policy
[Babylon Bee] WASHINGTON, D.C.‐At a panel on climate change held yesterday, the Senate brought in a group of excited third graders for ideas on fighting climate change.

"These kids have ideas and they are passionate, so we must listen to them," said Sen. Brian Schatz of Hawaii. "There are no possible downsides to taking kids who have been told the world is ending by the public school system and allowing them to dictate national policies on important issues."

The kids came up with the following list so far, though they say they're "just spitballing" and the ideas need some fleshing out:

  • Bribing the climate with cookies and candy
  • Putting the climate on time-out
  • Just ignoring climate change and playing Fortnite
  • Building a giant magnet and sucking up all the bad climate stuff
  • Buying a Nintendo Switch for every person in the nation (so they'll stay inside and play Nintendo instead of driving cars)
  • Making a big freeze ray gun like in Despicable Me and shooting the climate
  • Pointing and laughing at cows who fart so they'll be embarrassed and stop farting

Hey do you guys want to play some Minecraft? This is boring.
"It's incredibly brave for these kids to volunteer to take over our government's climate change policies," said Schatz as the panel convened for its seventh Fortnite break of the morning. "I'm not sure why we didn't think of this before."

The kids will also be asked to make policies on bedtime, homework, and candy.

Haitian legislator Fethiere: 'Get your hands off of my F-150, now SCRAM damit'
PORT-AU-Pottie PRINCE (Reuters) - A legislator from Haiti’s ruling party fired a handgun during a protest on Monday, injuring a photojournalist as anger rises over fuel and food shortages in the Caribbean country.

Senator Jean Marie Ralph Fethiere stepped out of a white truck near parliament in the capital Port-au-Prince after several protesters yanked open his passenger-side door while gesturing and yelling at the lawmaker, Reuters footage showed.

Fethiere, wearing a black suit jacket and jeans, pulled out a handgun and fired several shots, sending the cluster of people around his car fleeing in all directions.

He then got back inside the vehicle, which sped out of the parking lot.

In short, enriching themselves while annihilating their companies was the best thing the executives could have done, in their own eyes, in our modern economic state where we give businesses such wide exemptions from civil liability.

#4  The LGBT community, as they call themselves, are a bunch of scummy communists and Democratic partisans who don't care a fig for anybody other than themselves and their ideology.

There is nothing abnormal about being gay. But our (their? I am gay, but hardly a part of this community) have destroyed the entire group, militarized the identity to make it into yet another weapon for the Democratic Party and betrayed their people. They are no different than the disgusting "activists" who purport to represent every other liberal identity group, including women. A history of oppression had been seized upon and grabbed by people who just want to put their boot on the throats of others rather than actually wanting the freedom they always claimed they did. It isn't surprising. Progressives, collectivists generally, destroy everything that they touch.

I was isolated from the community when I told everyone else that I believed that gay marriage should be decided by vote at the state level and that the court rulings would set our movement back by years or decades. I am proven more correct every passing year as these worthless creatures grasp for more ways to put the screws on everybody who might disagree with them and exclude everybody who doesn't match their freakish image of LGBT from allegedly community spaces.

Whoa: Text Messages Reveal NYT Reporter Told Kavanaugh Source What To Say
[Townhall] A Senate Judiciary Committee report revealed that New York Times reporter Robin Pogrebin coached sources on what to say and how to respond to her questions based on information she obtained, The Federalist reported. Her motive was to shape a false narrative against now-sitting Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh and allegations of sexual misconduct. Pogrebin is one of the co-authors of the anti-Kavanaugh book whose chapter was featured in the New York Times last week.

More blood pressure medicines recalled over possible cancer-causing impurity
[USA Today] A recall of common blood pressure medication losartan has been expanded for a fifth time after manufacturer Torrent Pharmaceuticals found a possibly carcinogenic impurity in more batches of the drug, federal health officials said.

Three additional lots of losartan potassium tablets and two additional lots of losartan potassium/hydrochlorothiazide tablets were under recall, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration said Thursday.

The lots contained levels of N-Nitroso-N-methyl-4-aminobutyric acid (NMBA) above the acceptable daily intake levels determined by the FDA. NMBA is a "potential human carcinogen," the FDA says.

The recall comes amid a larger string of recalls of blood pressure medications valsartan, losartan and irbesartan that contain trace levels of carcinogens NMBA, N-Nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA) and N-Nitrosodiethylamine (NDEA), the FDA says.

Suspects arrested for stealing elderly woman's wallet in grocery store
[NYP] Two women were arrested after they were caught on camera snatching an elderly woman’s wallet as she was shopping at a California grocery store, authorities announced Monday.

Markkisha Anthnisha Mangum and Martavia Latrice Blount, both 22, were busted on Friday for the Sept. 9 theft at a Safeway in Walnut Creek, according to police.

The two suspects from Stockton, Ca., were slapped with a number of charges, including financial elder abuse, credit card fraud, and possession of stolen property, according to the Walnut Creek Police Department.

The department earlier this month had released surveillance footage of the crime that occurred as the victim was browsing the refrigerated meat section.

As the victim was bent over while inspecting a possible purchase, one of the suspects crept behind her and stole the wallet, video shows.

The other suspect was nearby and appeared to act as a lookout.

Apple Will Manufacture New Mac Pro in Texas After Receiving Tariff Waivers
[LI] Apple announced this morning that the company will manufacture its new Mac Pro in its facility in Austin, TX.
Graphic provided by our correspondent behind the 'Green Door' at Bletchley Park.
There is a slight catch. Apple secured tariff waivers "for certain necessary components" not made in America.

Apple decided in June to move production of the Mac Pro to China. A month after the decision, President Donald Trump vowed not to give Apple any tariff waivers or relief. The company could only avoid tariffs if it builds the Mac Pro in America.

Despite the threat, Apple filed 15 requests for tariff exemptions:
"We can't get these Chinese Backdoored parts anywhere else"
Among the computer components that are now exempt for Apple ‐ and all other manufacturers ‐ are partially assembled main circuit boards and graphics cards, and they are some of the most expensive parts in the machine. These have chips from Intel Corp, Nvidia Corp and Advanced Micro Devices Inc, which are mostly the costliest parts of the machines.

The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative approved 10 of those exemptions. This includes "partially assembled main circuit boards and graphics cards, which contain expensive chips from Intel, Nvidia and Advanced Micro Devices."

Apple CEO Tim Cook stated that the majority of components will come "from 36 states, supporting 450,000 jobs with US suppliers." He also vowed "to continue growing here."

Apple touted its contributions to the American economy in its press release:

Like Russian Collusion, Ukraine Hysteria Is Pure Projection By Media And Democrats
[The Federalist] If the latest media-manufactured hysteria over President Donald Trump’s interactions with the Ukrainian government looks familiar, it’s because it is. The same tired playbook is being run by the same discredited people with the same goal: get rid of Trump, by any means necessary.

Just as the Clinton campaign, Obama administration holdovers, and complicit media allies peddled lies about Russian collusion while engaging in literal Russian collusion during and after the 2016 presidential campaign, so too did Joseph Biden literally threaten to withhold money from Ukraine if it failed to fire the prosecutor investigating his son’s company.

To hear the media tell it, Trump committed treason. The walls are closing in. The end is nigh. Why? Well, the details there are a little fuzzy, as they always seem to be. Somebody heard it from a friend who heard it from a friend who heard it from another that Trump had threatened Ukraine that it must investigate Hunter Biden, the troubled son of Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden...or else.

The media initially hyped their latest faux scandal by claiming a deeply connected "whistleblower" listened to a phone call between Trump and the head of Ukraine’s government, in which Trump allegedly threatened to withhold money if the Baltic nation failed to investigate allegations of corruption by Hunter Biden. Then it morphed into the source reading a transcript or readout of the phone call. And eventually it was buried in the 22nd paragraph of a breathless CNN story that the alleged "whistleblower" hadn’t in fact directly read or seen or heard anything he or she was allegedly blowing the whistle on:

One in 7 adults in New Orleans has a warrant out for arrest, new data shows
[Stamford Advocate] It's Monday morning in the Municipal and Traffic Court of New Orleans - misdemeanor rush hour in a city that traffics more heavily than most in public drunkenness and disturbing the peace.

Fifty-two arrestees, outfitted in orange and maroon jumpsuits, await their first appearance before a judge. Most are black. All require a public defender. And more than half of them are here, their hands chained against their stomachs, because they missed a court date for a minor crime, triggering an arrest warrant.

Lauren Anderson, a public defender and attorney supervisor for Municipal Court, is furious as she looks over a list of their names. "It doesn't make any sense," she says. "We're not making the city any safer," she said. "We're only hurting these people, and we just keep doing it over and over. It's infuriating."

There are more than 56,000 outstanding warrants in New Orleans's Municipal Court, dating to 2002, according to city data. A staggering 1 of 7 adults in the country's 50th-largest city have a warrant out for their arrest.

Antifa members caught on camera harassing Portland police near climate rally
[FOXNEWS] Journalist Andy Ngo, who back in June made headlines after he was brutally attacked by Antifa
...the armed wing of the Democratic Party...
members, reacted Monday after covering a demonstration in Portland, Ore., where young protesters harassed police.

"This group that demonstrated on Friday was a bit younger than what the average Antifa member is ... these were their youth wings," Ngo told "Fox & Friends."

The comments came after Antifa members were caught on camera harassing police in the area of a climate change rally. One member called a police officer a "pig" and another told a cop to "shut the f--- up."

On Friday, hundreds of thousands protested climate change around the world. Australia, with more than 300,000 protesters taking to the streets around the country, saw its largest demonstration since the start of the Iraq War in 2003.

    However,
a lie repeated often enough remains a lie...
in Portland, a faction of masked Antifa forces of Evil dressed in black harassed coppers.
Whoops! We couldn't access this Tweet.

Ngo said that while most climate protests around the world were peaceful, a group of forces of Evil "commandeered" part of the demonstrations and replaced the chant about the climate to "expletives" against the police.

"There were several arrests throughout the day," he said. He also said one of the suspects was found to be carrying weapons such as a hammer, brass knuckles, and a switch-blade.

Ngo added that after the climate rally ended, the group of "masked bully boys" went to a local Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility and threw projectiles at officers there. He said the video he shot showed the protesters running from police.

Syrian choppers swarm jihadist stronghold in northeast Latakia
[ALMASDARNEWS] The Syrian Arab Air Force (SyAAF) has resumed their strikes on the northeastern countryside of the Latakia Governorate after taking a brief hiatus over the last few days.

Led by their attack choppers, the Syrian Air Force swarmed the jihadist-held town of Kabani this evening, inflicting heavy damage on the defenses of Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham, formerly al-Nusra, before that it was called something else
...al-Qaeda's Syrian affiliate, from which sprang the Islamic State...
    and the Turkestan Islamic Party.

These strikes by the Syrian Air Force were followed up with a heavy barrage of artillery and missiles by the Syrian Arab Army’s 4th Armored Division.

According to a military source in the Latakia Governorate, the Syrian Army’s artillery and missile strikes primarily targeted different gathering points used by the jihadist rebels around Kabani.

The Syrian Arab Army is expected to resume their offensive in the Latakia Governorate in the coming weeks, as more reinforcements continue to arrive each day.

    Africa North
Egyptian police said to arrest hundreds over anti-Sissi protests
Follow up on this report from two days ago.
[IsraelTimes] Lawyers say at least 400 people in Cairo and across Egypt held following rare outbreak of Muslim Brotherhood orchestrated public dissent against president.

Egyptian security forces rounded up hundreds of people, following small but rare anti-government protests, rights lawyers said Monday, as authorities moved to take harsh preventive measures against more unrest.

Hundreds of protesters erupted into the streets in several Egyptian cities, including the capital, Cairo, over the weekend, calling for President Abdel-Fattah el-Sissi to step down.

All protests were quickly broken up by police. But they marked a startling eruption of popular dissent, which has been almost completely silenced in the past years by draconian measures imposed under Sissi.

On Monday, lawyers Malek Adly and Khaled el-Masry said security forces had arrested at least 400 people in Cairo and elsewhere across the country.

El-Masry said prosecutors questioned at least 220 people over claims that they took part in activities of an outlawed group, disseminating false news, misuse of social media platforms and taking part in unlicensed protests. Under Egyptian law, the accusations could land them in jail for years.

Prosecutors did not immediately elaborate or offer evidence.

After Friday’s demonstrations, the Moslem Brüderbund, which the government has outlawed and designated as a terrorist group in 2013, voiced in a statement its support for the protesters and urged people to take to the streets to "end the military rule."

Police have been heavily deployed in main squares and streets in across Cairo.

There were calls for more protests in the coming days on social media, from where Friday’s demonstrations took its cue.

Saeed Sadek, a political scientist at the al-Ahram Canadian University in Cairo, however, doubted whether there was wide popular support for fresh protests challenging Sissi’s rule.

"People fear the alternative. They don’t know what will be after Sissi. They don’t want another general. They don’t want the Islamists taking over. They don’t want chaos, they don’t want a civil war," he said.

False information about the protests has appeared on social media, including videos purporting to be live events that were actually of mass protests from Egypt’s years of unrest between 2011 and 2013. But social media has also been vital for getting out authentic videos of protests, since they are the only platform not fully controlled by the government.

Over the past couple of days, internet users reported difficulty accessing Facebook Messenger and other news websites such as the BBC.

Netblocks, a group monitoring internet activity, said network data showed disruption to Facebook Messenger, Facebook image CDN servers, as well as BBC News and other news sites in Egypt with two leading providers from Sunday.

It said the affected sites were previously unrestricted and social media platforms are not generally blocked in Egypt.

    Afghanistan
At least 35 people at wedding party killed during nearby Afghan army raid
[DAWN] At least 35 civilians attending a wedding party were killed and 13 others maimed by explosions and gunfire during a raid by the United States-backed Afghan government forces on a nearby krazed killer hideout, two officials in southern Helmand
...an Afghan province populated mostly by Pashtuns, adjacent to Injun country in Pak Balochistan...
    province said on Monday.

The officials said the house being used by the Taliban
    ...mindless ferocity in a turban...
to train jacket wallahs was located adjacent to the bride's home that came under fire during Sunday night's attack.

A senior Afghan Defence Ministry official said the raid was against "a foreign terrorist group actively engaged in organising terrorist attacks".

"During the operation, a large warehouse of the terrorists' supplies and equipment was also demolished," the official said.

A Jewish Brexit Party politician owns London’s oldest smoked salmon factory
[IsraelTimes] Lance Forman says needless EU regulations cost him hundreds of thousands of dollars annually, causing him to quote economics, not immigration, as his motive for leaving the union.

One of Forman’s pet peeves is the EU’s penchant for regulation and the problem it creates for small businesses like his. As an example, he cites EU dictates that in 2003 forced him to slap a warning label ‐ "May contain fish" ‐ on transparent packages of smoked salmon at a cost of $20,000 for new packages.

It’s "ridiculous," Forman said. "If a person who’s allergic to fish doesn’t know that smoked salmon isn’t good for them, then the allergy is the least of their problems."

For Forman, the nativist arguments for Brexit ‐ chief among them that EU membership increases immigration at the expense of native Britons ‐ take a distant backseat to the economic ones. He believes the euro will collapse within the next 15 years and, when it does, "EU economies will crash and the United Kingdom will get sucked into the mess, just as it has in the past."

Forman is an enthusiastic supporter of Brexit. In May, he was elected to the Europe
...the land mass occupying the space between the English Channel and the Urals, also known as Moslem Lebensraum...
an Parliament for the Brexit Party, the anti-EU party led by Nigel Farage, the provocative British politician who has been criticized for employing anti-Semitic tropes.

Abdul-Hakim Maghaidesh was killed in a drone strike by Libyan Airforce while fighting alongside warlord Khalifa Haftar’s militia
    [TWITTER]

    Details:
For the second day in a row, heavy fighting broke out on Sabea frontline between Libyan Army forces and Khalifa Haftar
...Self-proclaimed Field Marshal, served in the Libyan army under Muammar Qadaffy, and took part in the coup that brought Qadaffy to power in 1969. He became a prisoner of war in Chad in 1987. While held prisoner, he and his fellow officers formed a group hoping to overthrow Qadaffy, so it's kind of hard to describe him as a Qadaffy holdover. He was released around 1990 in a deal with the United States government and spent nearly two decades in the United States, gaining US citizenship. In 1993, while living in the United States, he was convicted in absentia of crimes against the Jamahiriya and sentenced to death. Haftar held a senior position in the anti-Qadaffy forces in the 2011 Libyan Civil War. In 2014 he was commander of the Libyan Army when the General National Congress (GNC) refused to give up power in accordance with its term of office. Haftar launched a campaign against the GNC and its Islamic fundamentalist allies. His campaign allowed elections to take place to replace the GNC, but then developed into a civil war. Guess you can't win them all...
's forces which carried out an attack Monday aiming to seize control of al-Aziziya town that links Tripoli
...a confusing city, one end of which is located in Lebanon and the other end of which is the capital of Libya. Its chief distinction is being mentioned in the Marine Hymn...
    and Gharyan.

A source from the Volcano of Rage Operation said the Libyan Army forces under the command of the Presidential Council's government had foiled an attack by Haftar's forces on the frontline despite the intensity of the Arclight airstrike
    ...KABOOM!...
    s helping the ground forces.

"Haftar's forces had seized Baer Allaq and Sidi Farhat areas near al-Aziziya before the Libyan Army received reinforcements from the western military zone and regained control of them." The source added.

In the meantime, Libyan Air Force air-raided Haftar's forces, including an attack on two operations rooms in Sabea and Sooq al-Khamis.

Airstrikes on Sabea killed prominent big shots from Haftar's forces, including Abdelhakin Magedish, who is convicted of murdering the Libyan prominent holy man and Fatwa House member Nadir al-Omrani.

Magedish escaped to eastern Libya and joined Haftar's forces after he was convicted of the murder and after the Public Prosecutor issued an arrest warrant of him.

The media office of Volcano of Rage Operation said three Russian mercenaries were also killed in the airstrikes on Sabea frontline where they were fighting alongside Haftar's forces.

Islamic State women on trial for attempted attack near Notre Dame
[IsraelTimes] Two French women who pledged allegiance to the Islamic State
...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems....
terror group go on trial today for trying to blow up a car near Notre Dame Cathedral in 2016, in a case that authorities hope sheds light on the wave of extremism that has hit La Belle France.

The trial is also highlighting the role of women in recruiting and violence by IS murderous Moslems.

The Notre Dame terrorist plot fell apart after the gas canisters doused with fuel failed to explode, and no one was hurt.

But the women had been recruited by one of La Belle France’s most notorious jihadists, and prosecutors say the attempted explosion ‐ in September 2016, long before the fire that ravaged the medieval cathedral this year ‐ could have killed dozens of people in one of the French capital’s most-beloved, tourist-friendly neighborhoods.

The two main suspects, who face life in prison if convicted, are subdued as the trial opens in a special Gay Paree terrorism court. Six other people are also on trial for related charges.

    Ines Madani,
...the very connected ISIS recruiter and baby mastermind of its first all-girl jihadi cell, along with Ornella Gilligman, Sarah Hervouet, and Amel Sakaou, who fortunately were considerably less competent than they intended...
now 22, is considered the key player. She was just a teenager when she and fellow suspect Ornella Gilligmann joined a channel on the social network Telegram run by French jihadist Rachid Kassim,
...the young ladies were among many others during his meteoric career as a seducer of French youth...
    according to court documents.

Kassim was central to French recruiting efforts for IS, prosecutors say, and was believed linked to a gruesome attack on a French priest inside his Normandy church and the killing of a French police couple at home in front of their child. Kassim moved to Syria in 2015, and during the summer of 2016 he multiplied his threats against La Belle France on social networks and released a guide detailing how followers should commit attacks. Among his suggested methods were group stabbings or "filling a vehicle with gas cylinders and spraying them with fuel."

Madani and Gilligmann tried to do just that, after sending Kassim videos pledging allegiance to IS, court documents say.

Sheila Jackson Lee Confuses AR-15 for 10 Moving Boxes and a Heavy Machine Gun
[PJMEDIA] Introducing her new gun control legislation, Congresscritter Sheila Jackson Lee
......the clownish U.S. Representative-for-life for Texas's 18th congressional district, serving since 1995. The district includes most of inner-city Houston. She is noted for her lack of tact and intellect. She is a member of the Democratic Party, and almost its epitome......
(D-Texas) proved conclusively that she's just too uninformed to go anywhere near the subject. She claims to have "held an AR-15 in my hand," which weighed as much as "10 boxes that you might be moving." She also claimed the rifle fired a .50 caliber round, and that "these kinds of bullets need to be licensed and do not need to be on the street."

"I held an AR-15 in my hand, I wish I hadn’t. It is as heavy as 10 boxes that you might be moving. And the bullet that is utilized, a .50 caliber, these kinds of bullets need to be licensed and do not need to be on the street." - Rep. @JacksonLeeTX18 pic.twitter.com/U71ir6BHZH

If Lee wants to ban 90-pound .50 caliber AR-15s, I say, "Why not?" While she's at it, Lee could put a ban on flying cars, unicorns, and doing seven impossible things before breakfast. If Lee wants to get heavy .50 machine guns off the streets, well, first she's going to have to get some on the streets.

#2  The AR-15 modified to fire the .50 Beowulf proprietary cartridge exists: "...the .50 Beowulf is best described as a low-velocity, heavy caliber, making its ballistics roughly equivalent to those of early .45-70 Government rounds rather than the higher pressure rounds tolerated by lever-action rifles such as the Marlin Model 1895."

By the way: The .45-70 rifle cartridge, also known as .45-70 Government, was developed at the U.S. Army 's Springfield Armory for use in the Springfield Model 1873, which is known to collectors as the "Trapdoor Springfield.". Ooh! Scary! Not that any sane person would want to be shot by this round, but a big, bad sniper/machine gun bullet it ain't.

TL/DR: "She keeps using that word (.50 caliber). I don't think it means what she thinks it means."

Better schooling? Worse? Or merely not exactly the same, but they won’t be able to go to university in Iraq or get jobs requiring proof of literacy when done.
The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) says approximately 80,000 families are affected by missing documents.

PKK vs Turkey in N. Iraq: 7 PKKs airstruck, 2 Turk troops kaboomed

Turkish jets neutralize 7 PKK militants in northern Iraq
    22 September
(IraqiNews.com) – Turkish fighter jets “neutralized” seven PKK militants in airstrikes on terrorist elements in northern Iraq, according to an official statement Sunday.

The airstrikes in Haftanin region were conducted in coordination with Turkey’s ongoing counter-terror operations in northern Iraq, Anadolu Agency quoted the National Defense Ministry as saying in a press statement.

Turkish authorities often use the word “neutralized” to imply the militiamen in question surrendered or were killed or captured.

The counter-terrorism operations were supported by the Turkish Armed Forces, police, gendarmerie, and the National Intelligence service (MIT).

Two Turkish soldiers killed in bomb attack in northern Iraq
    23 September
(IraqiNews.com) – Two Turkish soldiers were killed on Monday in northern Iraq in an attack blamed on Kurdish militants, the defense ministry said.

The soldiers died after an improvised explosive device (IED) “placed by PKK separatist terrorists exploded as a supply convoy was passing,” Al Arabiya TV channel quoted the ministry as saying.

Israel begins cutting Palestinian electricity in West Bank, citing debts
[IsraelTimes] Power is expected to be shut off for two hours daily in several Paleostinian towns because of unpaid $485 million bill.

Israel’s national electric company said Sunday it has begun reducing power supplies to Paleostinian areas of the West Bank due to a financial dispute.

The Israel Electric Corporation said that it took the step because the Jerusalem District Electricity Co., the Paleostinians’ main power distributor, has debts of roughly $485 million.

Ali Hamodeh, an official with the Paleostinian distributor, said power is expected to be cut for two hours daily in several Paleostinian towns in the coming weeks.

He accused Israel of "exaggerating" the level of debt and called the power cuts a "political exploit."

The Paleostinians rely on Israel for nearly all of their electricity.

According to al-Monitor, the Paleostinian distributor received its first warning in August, prompting it to take out a NIS 100 million loan ($28.3 million) to repay a portion of its debt to the Israel Electric Corporation. This was deemed insufficient, however, and the IEC issued two additional warnings before taking action on Sunday to reduce power to Paleostinian areas.

Paleostinian officials have decried the step as a form of "collective punishment," according to the official PA Wafa news agency.

According to a report by the Kan public broadcaster on Saturday, the IEC, fearing an escalation of violence, will cut power gradually and only in certain areas, stepping up the penalties gradually if the debts remain unpaid.

    India-Pakistan
'Trump told not to take Kashmir issue lightly as two nuclear armed states involved'
[DAWN] Foreign Minister Shah Mahmmod Qureshi ‐ after a meeting of a Prime Minister Imran Khan
...aka The Great Khan, who who convinced himself that playing cricket qualified him to lead a nuclear-armed nation with severe personality disorders...
-led Pak delegation with US President Donald Trump
    ...the Nailer of NAFTA...
on Monday ‐ briefed the media that Trump's attention had been drawn "to the other side of the story" (that of India-occupied Kashmir
...a disputed territory lying between India and Pakistain. After partition, the Paks grabbed half of it and call it Azad (Free) Kashmir. The remainder they refer to as "Indian Occupied Kashmir". They have fought four wars with India over it, the score currently 4-0 in New Delhi's favor. After 72 years of this nonsense, India cut the Gordian knot in 2019, removing the area's special status, breaking off Ladakh as a separate state, and allowing people from other areas to settle (or in the case of the Pandits, to resettle) there....
    ).

Talking to news hounds in New York, the foreign minister said that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi had been showing only one side of the story to the world, while the Pak side showed Trump the other side.

"Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is trying to portray that the matter of Indian Kashmire is not an issue and that the situation will become normal in a few days. We are trying to convince them [the US government] that the issue is complicated and has been becoming more complicated with each passing day."

"We told President Trump not to take the matter of Kashmir lightly. If the US remains unconcerned, if the global community remains unconcerned, two nuclear armed states are facing off and the situation can take an ugly turn," he said, adding that the Pak side "sensitised US President Trump completely" over the issue.

Talking about the issue of human rights
...which are usually entirely different from personal liberty...
abuses in occupied Kashmir, he said that he himself told Trump that all fundamental rights of the people are being violated in occupied Kashmir.

#10  The military has found greater acceptance for its 'cold start' doctrine of gradated assault and expansion with the current political leadership. The problem with Indian leadership was that their ambitions were just too self-obsessed and limited. There also hasn't been any suggestion by economist eggheads or party strategists for expansion-related positives yet. So the military keeps proposing options to the successive PMs every few years, and getting non-committal replies like 'Let the time come' and 'Yes, we'll take that under advisement'.

Suffice to say that so far India has only played defence with them. The day we undertake an offensive, it'll be because we have planned it to the end.

Thunberg Rips UN - Sub Par Overacting: "How dare you“

It's terrible the overacting. That alone should make this whole campaign a joke. I don't pity her one bit. I pity the people still OK with the schools letting their children be part of this act, the schlemiels.
[NYPost] Teenage activist Greta Thunberg condemned global leaders at a UN climate change summit Monday for failing to tackle greenhouse gas emissions - repeatedly asking, "How dare you?"

"This is all wrong. I shouldn't be up here. I should be back in school on the other side of the ocean," said the visibly emotional 16-year-old Swedish girl, who recently sailed across the Atlantic aboard a zero-carbon sailboat.
The Ingrid Bergman movies didn't help one bit.
"Yet you have come to us young people for hope. How dare you? You have stolen my dreams and my childhood with your empty words," she added.

Thunberg told the UN that even the strictest emissions cuts being discussed only give the world a 50 percent chance of limiting future warming to 0.72 degrees Fahrenheit from now, which is a global goal.

"We will not let you get away with this," she thundered in an impassioned speech opening the UN's Climate Action Summit. "Right now is where we draw the line."

The young activist has become the global face of a growing youth movement against climate inaction that mobilized millions in a worldwide strike on Friday.

    UN chief António Guterres
him again, that stupid son of a bitch
called the summit to reinvigorate the faltering Paris agreement, which 66 nations have responded to with promises to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050.
They've pledged to become energy based entities, floating ectoplasm.

These huge future financial liabilities are not reported in any budgets because they would explode the budget.
Many California cities are going bankrupt during good economic times because of these huge pension liabilities.

Rather they want to talk about some other bogeyman crisis of another name, e.g. "climate change".
Any crisis can be used to generate funds to help backfill the pension crisis.
But these other revenue generators will never be able to fill all the holes in the public purse.
The financial crisis is basic math that our children will for certain inherit our huge credit debt.
Global warming predictions are based on very complicated forecasting models that can be easily fudged to produce outcomes in either extreme.
The bottom line is we don't know the future.
I believe only God knows the future.
Anyone claiming to know what the future is or who believes man alone can change the future is playing God.

#22  The financial crisis is basic math that our children will for certain inherit our huge credit debt.

Visiting with trailing daughter #2 and her husband, now thoroughly grown up. Td#2 mentioned she is very privileged — her colleagues at the big international company — university graduates, all — not only have absolutely no idea about saving for retirement, but they know nothing about limiting spending to match income, nor have any concept about budgeting at all. They didn’t grow up working for their spending money, they not only had no idea what their parents made, they didn’t even know what their parents did for a living — if they wanted something their parents either bought it or gave them money. She has been gently educating those around her, because the need is so clear.

I am flabbergasted. I never knew what my parents earnt or the household expenses — they thought that children had no business knowing such things —but I knew what they did to get paid for it, and sometimes was drafted to help; we had to do chores for our allowance; and I knew at least that when all the money is spent, stop until more money comes in, which it always does eventually. They tried to teach us to save, but as that wasn’t a skill either of them had, it didn’t really take. I was clever enough to let Mr. Wife teach all that to the tds, starting with setting up three piggy banks for each as soon as she could count — one each for spending, toys&presents, and university (short term, mid term, and long term goals); and then their weekly allowance came in three coins — and later multiple coins that divided evenly into the total for the math of the thing — which they got to deposit properly, then count up totals until they were large enough to open savings accounts with. When they started earning outside money as soccer referees, they divided it similarly.

    Wikipedia on Orion

    Manufacturer Lockheed Martin
    Airbus Defence and Space

The Orion MPCV uses the same basic configuration as the Apollo Command and Service Module (CSM) that first took astronauts to the Moon, but with an increased diameter, updated thermal protection system, and a host of other modern technologies. Orion will support long-duration deep space missions with up to 21 days active crew time plus 6 months quiescent spacecraft life.[10] During the quiescent period crew life support would be provided by another module, such as the proposed Deep Space Habitat. The spacecraft's life support, propulsion, thermal protection, and avionics systems can be upgraded as new technologies become available.[citation needed]

The Orion spacecraft includes both crew and service modules, and a spacecraft adapter. The Orion's crew module is larger than Apollo's and can support more crew members for short or long-duration missions. The European service module propels and powers the spacecraft as well as storing oxygen and water for astronauts.

There are no NASA estimates for the Orion program recurring yearly costs once operational, for a certain flight rate per year, or for the resulting average costs per flight.

Stacey 'Boxcar' Abrams Under Investigation By State Ethics Commission
[Daily Caller] The Georgia state ethics commission will subpoena bank records from Stacey Abrams’ 2018 gubernatorial campaign and several other groups that raised money to help her candidacy.
Your specific menu may vary. Updates to follow.
David Emadi, a former Douglas County prosecutor who became director of the state ethics commission Monday, announced on Thursday that he will soon subpoena Abrams’ gubernatorial campaign, various political action committees and special interest groups that supported her failed campaign, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

"What I can say about the investigation into the Abrams campaign is in the relatively near future, I expect we will be issuing subpoenas for bank and finance records of both Miss Abrams and various PACs and special-interest groups that were affiliated with her campaign," Emadi said to reporters on Thursday.

It’s not immediately clear what Abrams’ camp is being investigated for specifically, and the new director did not give many details on the matter. The ethics commission, known formally as the Georgia Government Transparency & Campaign Finance Commission, is tasked with collecting reports on lobbying expenditures, vendor grift and campaign finance. The Commission is also in charge of issuing penalties for any violations pertaining to these issues.

Air Force certified Falcon Heavy for national security launch...
[SpaceNews] Following its successful STP-2 launch, there was some confusion as to whether Falcon Heavy is fully certified to fly satellites in the NSSL program.
According to the Air Force, the answer is yes, but not completely.

"I certified them to compete last year," Lt. Gen. John Thompson, commander of the Air Force Space and Missile Systems Center, told SpaceNews in an interview last week.

But that was only the first step. "One of the requirements behind certification is to fly three missions," Thompson said. The STP-2 launch was Falcon Heavy’s third. It flew its first demonstration mission in February 2018, followed by Arabsat 6A in April 2019.

"They have completed that. They are fully certified now," said Thompson. "But that doesn’t mean the work on the Falcon Heavy stops."

What that means is that Falcon Heavy has been certified "for certain orbits," said Thompson. "It’s not certified for all of our most stressing national security space orbits," he said. "We continue to work with SpaceX to mature their design and I think that’s going well."
So, the big question is, since Atlas will end, is the currently un-flown Vulcan certified? For all orbits and missions?

At the Rugby World Cup, It's Japan vs. the Hardest Drinking Fans in Sports
[WSJ] The host nation is preparing for a beer shortage as the world's powerhouses of drinking gather to cheer for their favorite teams

Japan had known for a decade that it would host this year's Rugby World Cup. But only in the final months before kickoff did the city of Kobe grasp what it was in for. Some 36,000 fans from Ireland, England, Scotland and South Africa were on their way. And‐these being rugby fans‐they would be dangerously thirsty.

The Kobe tourist board needed to get the word out. At a seminar in May, it told restaurants, bars, and hotel operators to brace themselves for a run on all liquids hoppy, malty and cold. As it wrote on one fact sheet: "The world's powerhouses of beer drinking to gather in Kobe?!"

Two teenage attendants flagged us on the way in and I’m figuring it’s time to pitch the beer. They walk us over to a table, pull out plastic cups and carefully pour our beers into them for us to take into the game!

Russian military eases tensions along Syrian-Israeli border
[ALMASDARNEWS] Russian military police units deployed to the ceasefire line on the Golan Heights have secured stability and peace in Syria’s Quneitra province, Chief of the Russian Armed Forces’ Military Police in Syria Colonel Alexander Bezklubov told news hounds.

According to him, since the Russian military drove holy warriors out of the area a year ago, local residents have been reconstructing their destroyed homes and building new houses.

Bezklubov added that officers deployed to the Russian observation points were monitoring ceasefire violations and Israel’s Arclight airstrike
    ...KABOOM!...
    s on Syrian targets.

The Golan Heights, which had belonged to Syria since 1944, were seized by Israel during the 1967 Six-Day War. In 1981, the Israeli parliament passed a law unilaterally declaring illusory sovereignty over the Golan Heights. The UN Security Council declared the annexation null and void in its Resolution 497 on December 17, 1981.

During the Syrian war, a large sector of the Heights not controlled by Israel was seized by Syrian anti-government groups and retaken by Damascus in the summer of 2018. Russian military police are deployed to the Bravo Line in the eastern part of the Golan Heights.

"We have received information about the US special services’ involvement in the transferring of ISIS fighters to Afghan northern regions to destabilise the situation on the CIS southern borders and later in Central Asia," Beseda said at the meeting.

According to an official, the security agencies and intelligence services of the CIS countries must identify threats at an early stage to provide security to the CIS states.

The US has been accused numerous times of providing various forms of support to ISIS and other terrorist groups operating in the region.

In 2018 Chief of Iranian General Staff Major General Mohammad Hossein Baqeri accused the US of transporting ISIS turbans to Afghanistan after they were defeated in Syria and Iraq in order to maintain tension in the region, using it as an excuse to stay there longer.

Israel says Syrian military shot down Iranian drone
[ALMASDARNEWS] The Head of the Arab Media Division of the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF), Avichay Adraee, said this past weekend that the Syrian military shot down an Iranian drone in the al-Quneitra Governorate, refuting a previous claim from Damascus about downing an Israeli unmanned vehicle.

"Today we see proof that [the Revolutionary Guards’ Quds Force leader] Qassem Soleimani
does whatever he wants in Syria and certainly doesn’t tell the Assad regime," Adraee stated.

According to Adraee, the drone was launched from an area where the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps’ (IRGC) Quds Force has attempted to attack Israel from in the past.

The Syrian military previously accused the Israeli Defense Forces of attempting to bomb their positions using a drone armed with cluster munitions.

The state-owned Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) later leased a video and several photos of the drone after the Syrian Arab Army invited media personnel to the scene.

The former guerilla leader, who died aged 95, came to power at the end of white minority rule in 1980 and ruled Zim-bob-we uninterrupted for 37 years and seven months.

He was toppled on November 2017 in a military-backed coup, ending an increasingly iron-fisted rule marked by political oppression and economic ruin.

Mugabe's health deteriorated rapidly after the ousting and he made regular trips to Singapore to seek treatment.

"Mugabe had advanced cancer, and had to be taken off chemotherapy treatment because it was no longer effective," said The Herald on Monday.

The information was revealed by President Emmerson Mnangagwa during an address to party supporters in New York on Saturday, according to the paper.

"Doctors had stopped treatment [...] because of age and also because the cancer had spread and it was not helping anymore," said Mnangagwa, cited by the Herald.

Who is the Morristown man charged as a Hezbollah sleeper agent?
[NJ] Said to be a resident of Morristown, he had entered the United States legally and became a naturalized American citizen in August of 2008. There was a marriage of convenience, authorities said, that helped pay the rent. He worked as a software engineer in New Jersey and appeared to have a LinkedIn page.

But all that time, he was allegedly a sleeper agent for Hezbollah, gathering intel for possible targets in New York City and elsewhere, prosecutors say.

Alexei Saab, 42, of Morristown, who was also known as Ali Hassan Saab, Alex Saab, and Rachid, was charged Thursday in a federal indictment out of New York for offenses related to his support of Hezbollah ‐ the Lebanese-based terrorist group that serves as a proxy for Iran
...a theocratic Shiite state divided among the Medes, the Persians, and the (Arab) Elamites. Formerly a fairly civilized nation ruled by a Shah, it became a victim of Islamic revolution in 1979. The nation is today noted for spontaneously taking over other countries' embassies, maintaining whorehouses run by clergymen, involvement in international drug trafficking, and financing sock puppet militias to extend the regime's influence. The word Iran is a cognate form of Aryan, the abbreviation IRGC is a cognate form of Stürmabteilung (or SA), the term Supreme Guide is a cognate form of either Shah or Führer or maybe both, and they hate Jews Zionists Jews. Their economy is based on the production of oil and vitriol...
‐ as well as separate marriage-fraud offenses. He has been in jug since July.

A LinkedIn page identifies Saab as the director of information technology at a Morristown energy firm, which said he was terminated in July, but would not say why. He was also listed as an adjunct lecturer at Baruch College. Officials there did not immediately return calls for comment.

But the 33-page federal criminal complaint unsealed in New York on Thursday, replete with photos and diagrams purportedly collected as part of his alleged intelligence gathering mission, outlined a long-running operation that began long before he swore allegiance to the United States, and continued for years.

"Even though Saab was a naturalized American citizen, his true allegiance was to Hezbollah, the terrorist organization responsible for decades of terrorist attacks that have killed hundreds," said Manhattan U.S. Attorney Geoffrey S. Berman.

If true, the case marked a growing effort by Hezbollah to bring their violent war directly to the United States.

"Intelligence and law enforcement officials have been long been concerned about the presence of Hezbollah operatives and associates in the U.S. and have tracked or investigated their activities," said John D. Cohen, a national security expert now with The Security Studies Program and Center for Security Studies at Georgetown University.

Future US sanctions will hit Hezbollah benefactors, US said to warn Lebanon
[IsraelTimes] A US official warns Lebanese politicians today that future US sanctions would target any party suspected of providing "material" support to the Iran-backed terror group Hezbollah, a Lebanese source tells AFP.

US Assistant Treasury Secretary for Terrorist Financing Marshall Billingslea met Prime Minister Saad Hariri
...Second son of Rafik Hariri, the Leb PM who was assassinated in 2005. He has was prime minister in his own right from 2009 through early 2011. He was born in Riyadh to an Iraqi mother and graduated from Georgetown University. He managed his father's business interests in Riyadh until his father's assassination. When his father died he inherited a fortune of some $4.1 billion, which won't do him much good if Hizbullah has him bumped off, too....
and parliament speaker Nabih Knobby Berri
Speaker of the Lebanese parliament, a member of AMAL, a not very subtle Hizbullah
...Party of God, a Leb militia inspired, founded, funded and directed by Iran. Hizbullah refers to itself as The Resistance and purports to defend Leb against Israel, with whom it has started and lost one disastrous war to date, though it did claim victory...
    sock puppet...

on Monday, during a two-day visit to Leb.

During the meetings, Billingslea warned that US sanctions may extend beyond direct affiliates of Hezbollah, according to a source present at the talks.

"The US will sanction any group that provides material support to Hezbollah, be it through supplying weapons or money," the source quotes Billingslea as saying.

But sanctions "will not target groups who are only tied to Hezbollah politically," he adds, easing concern that the group’s political allies, including President Michel Aoun
...president of Leb, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hizbullah...
    ’s Free Patriotic Movement
Despite its name a Christian party allied with Hizbullah, neither free nor particularly patriotic...
and Berri’s Amal Movement, could be targeted.

As well as maintaining a large paramilitary force that has fought both Syrian rebels and Israel, Hezbollah is a key political force in Leb.

Billingslea, who arrived in the country on Sunday for meetings with banking and government officials, aims to "encourage Leb to take the necessary steps to maintain distance" from the group, says a statement released by the US embassy in Beirut.

A military court on Monday sentenced a Paleostinian man to life in prison for his involvement in a deadly West Bank shooting attack in 2015.

    Four Paleostinians from the Gazoo
...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response...
Strip were also indicted Monday for belonging to the Hamas, always the voice of sweet reason, terror group and taking part in a series of attacks along the border of the coastal enclave.

    Fa’iz Hamed
... a Hamas commander whose name is variously spelt Faiz Hameed and Fa'ez Hamed...
was part of a terrorist cell that killed Malachy Rosenfeld, 25, in a drive-by shooting. Hamed was convicted on a number charges, among them intentionally causing death ‐ the military legal system’s equivalent to murder.

The West Bank Military Court also ordered Hamed to pay compensation to Rosenfeld’s family, but the amount was not disclosed.

Besides the attack in which Rosenfeld was killed, the verdict said that the cell Hamed was a part of also carried out a shooting near the Beit El Settlement days before in which no one was maimed.

Hamed was the third member of the terrorist cell to receive a life sentence for Rosenfeld’s murder.

Rosenfeld, 25, was killed, and three others were maimed when Hamas faceless myrmidons opened fire on their car near the West Bank settlement of Shvut Rachel, north of Ramallah, as they returned home from a basketball game.

Rosenfeld’s three friends, with him in the car, were also maimed in the attack.

The four, all of whom lived in the West Bank settlement of Kochav Hashahar, had been driving near Route 60, the main north-south artery running through the West Bank, when they were attacked.

In July 2015, security forces detained four members of a seven-strong Hamas cell behind the attack, the Shin Bet general security service said at the time.
Six members of the group are from the town of Silwad northeast of Ramallah. The seventh, Jamal Younes, Ahmad Najar's father-in-law, lives in nearby Kusra, the agency said.
Two others were being held by the Paleostinian Authority
...they would be triggerman Maath Hammad or Mu'ad Hamed and Ahmad Shibrawi...
and the ringleader was said to be in Jordan.
...that’s Hamas commander Ahmad Najjar, alternatively Ahmad Najar, who orchestrated and funded the shooting attack from Jordan. He was among the prisoners traded by Israel for captured IDF soldier Gilad Shalit in 2011..
The four Paleostinians from the Gaza Strip who were indicted Monday were accused of carrying out a number of attacks along the border and attempting to cross the security fence into Israeli territory.

They were charged with belonging to Hamas, an illegal organization, and taking part in the terror group’s violent activities along the border from 2016 to 2019.

The four men ‐ Freij Abu Daher, 29; Malek Abu Mandil, 28; Mahmoud Awidat, 25; and Ramadan Abu Gola, 24 ‐ were accused of throwing Molotov cocktails and rocks at Israeli troops along the security fence.

Three of them were also charged with launching kite-borne incendiary devices from the Gaza Strip into Israel.

The four men were arrested on August 30, 2019, when they tried to enter Israel, armed with knives and a grenade.

Idaho Legislator: State Considering Defunding Leftist Agenda on Boise State Campus
[BREITBART] Idaho House Representative Tammy Nichols spoke to SiriusXM Breitbart News Saturday host Matthew Boyle that Idaho’s state legislators are considering defunding Boise State University after revelations that the school’s new president, Marlene Tromp, is seeking to implement a leftist agenda at the university.

“[In] a lot of conservative areas, there’s this attack that’s going on — and we’re seeing things slipping in,” said Rep. Nichols on Saturday. “Idaho has been one of the fastest growing states in the nation, so we’ve been getting people from all over, moving to our state.”

“We had a new president for Boise State [Marlene Tromp] that was selected to take over,” continued Nichols, “and we got a hold of an email that was sent out after she took her position — changes she wanted to make [to the university] — and as we started looking through this email, we became really concerned.”

It seems so hard to believe that things have gotten even worse in a relatively short time (I entered university in the late 00s). The university indoctrination really was a lot worse than in K-12, at least where I was (our school drew very heavily from more conservative areas of our state, so parents might have been resisting better while their kids were in school).

#7  That's exactly a problem I've. How come these kids internalize all this crap? We knew that the teachers are the enemy!

    -Lurid Crime Tales-
Jeffrey Epstein was allowed 90 prison visits with a woman Palm Beach Police had identified as an underage rape victim
    • [Daily Mail, Where America Gets Its News] Documents obtained by DailyMail.com show the Palm Beach County's Sheriff's Office recorded approximately 90 visits between Epstein and Nadia Marcinkova

    • She was born on February 21, 1985 according to the PBSO visitation log, despite almost all reports listing her year of birth as 1986

    • One of Epstein's victims' detailed how Epstein sexually assaulted and raped her in 2002, revealing that Marcinkova was also involved in these incidents

    • Marcinkova would have been 16 or at most 17 at the time per PBSO records, meaning she too was raped and sexually assaulted by Epstein

    • This was all included in the police report and probable cause affidavit of Detective Joseph Recarey of the Palm Beach Police

    • Epstein was also allowed these visits despite being listed as a sex offender, having been entered in the system when he started his term around July 2008

#5  Okay, having mispronounced (?) her name in a limerick, I figured I'd better have a look. Aviation? Not going all "triumph of the human spirit" or anything, but... well, it beats a lemonade stand.

A jacket wallah then walked into the Justice Ministry and Death Eaters attacked the building, clashing with Iraqi security forces, who eventually regained control.

Among the dead were at least 7 coppers and 15 civilians, police and medics said. Three Death Eaters were also killed. At least 50 people were maimed.

Yellow vests protestors join climate change march, clash with police
[ALMASDARNEWS] Violent festivities erupted between anti-riot police and protestors in Gay Paree after yellow vests demonstrators and anti-capitalist activists joined a climate change march.

Yellow vests (gilets jaunes); an anti-government movement took the streets in an attempt to revive their movement as climate change activists were marching on.

Black Bloc activists were also present with their black clothes, some with their faces covered in black masks.

The protestors set fire to bins and smashed the front windows of several shops.

Up to 7500 coppers were deployed to the streets of Gay Paree to disperse the protestors who took advantage of the authorized climate demonstration and a separate trade union protest taking place elsewhere in the city.

Police used tear gas, shields and truncheons as they pushed back the protest. Police said at least 163 people had been arrested as of Saturday afternoon, and nearly 400 received €135 fines for demonstrating in a banned area.

Organized by NGOs and Greenpeace, "March for Climate" protestors were called to leave as "conditions for a non-violent march are not met."
