Kyle Rittenhouse, who fatally shot two protesters and wounded a third during anti-police brutality demonstrations in Wisconsin last year, has been found not guilty of homicide — an outrageous yet unsurprising verdict in a trial marred by controversy.
Rittenhouse, who is white, was 17 when he traveled from his hometown in northeast Illinois to the protests in Kenosha, Wisconsin, last year armed with his semi-automatic rifle. On the night of Aug. 25, 2020, as he carried his gun through the streets, Rittenhouse shot dead Joseph Rosenbaum, 36, and Anthony Huber, 26, and wounded Gaige Grosskreutz, now 27. More at link. Couldn't bring myself to cut-and-past so much slime... Now off to the showers!
Kyle is going to be very, very, rich...
Just had to post this....
From the Bee
KENOSHA, WI As the Rittenhouse trial drew to a close, Antifa rioters were preparing their violent destruction of the city. But their plans were quickly foiled as Rittenhouse emerged from the courthouse a free man, AR-15 in hand.
"The jig is up! Scatter!" cried the terrified commie waifs as they skittered toward shadowy alleyways like cockroaches. "The Rittenhouse has returned! Judgment is upon us! RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!"
Rittenhouse then appeared to descend the courthouse steps in slow motion, surrounded by a flock of doves and a heavenly golden light. At the terrifying sight, hundreds of Antifa fairies and murderous pedophiles shrieked in terror like a den of goblins, crawling into various holes and cracks in the earth.
[NY Post] Kyle Rittenhouse was acquitted Friday on all charges for shootings that killed two men and injured a third during last year’s violence in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
Emotions have been running high in anticipation of the jury’s verdict, with protests and shouting outside the courthouse and Gov. Tony Evers deploying National Guard troops to Kenosha.
The case left Americans divided over whether Rittenhouse, 18, was a patriot taking a stand against lawlessness or a vigilante.
The teen faced five charges, including intentional homicide in the fatal shootings of Joseph Rosenbaum, 36, and Anthony Huber, 26, as well as attempted homicide for wounding Gaige Grosskreutz, 27.
Judge Bruce Schroeder threw out a weapons charge against Rittenhouse on a technicality over the length of the gun’s barrel.
A seventh count against the teen for violating curfew on the night of the shootings was also dismissed after the judge ruled that prosecutors failed to present sufficient evidence.
Rittenhouse was 17 when he brought a semi-automatic rifle and a medical kit to Kenosha in what he claims was an effort to protect businesses as riots broke out on Aug. 25, 2020, following the police shooting of Jacob Blake, a black man who was left paralyzed from the waist down.
Critical Theory teaches that all human interactions are governed entirely by membership of dominant or marginalized groups and that these have deterministic qualities related to success. People who believe simplistically and uncritically in the notion of white privilege are going to have difficulty accepting the ability of non-white people to rise above their disadvantages and make the best of their lives. Their whole philosophy requires this to be impossible and this can lead them into the pursuit of a self-fulfilling prophecy which trashes the legacy of the gains that have been made by black and pro-black campaigners in the last fifty years.

Color me surprised. I totally expected the jury to kick the can down the road so as not to be responsible for the ensuing rioting. My admiration to the jurors for standing up! God bless America

...I will confess to being slightly - though pleasantly - surprised that there weren't US Marshals waiting on the courthouse steps to arrest him for violating the civil rights of the deceased.
Hopefully that kid is on his way somewhere very remote with some bodyguards, because there's people out there who will be literally gunning for him.

I sincerely hope that the damages from all the scumbag media exceeds a billion dollars.
I'm so happy that it turned out this way. As for the wannabe revolutionaries and looters, that loud metallic sound you just heard was millions of charging handles being racked.
People saying that Kyle would never be able to get a job? The oilfield will happily take him. Nobody will hassle him at work, and he'd be with a bunch of people who don't take crap from the soy boys.
Sue every one of those muthaf--king media vipers who libeled him by calling him a "white supremacist" or "Nazi," or falsely accused him of being member of XYZ "hate group."
He was libeled and slandered at least as viciously as Nick Covington.
IIUC, the latter collected many millions in settlements from CNN and other calumny-spitting, deep-pocketed organs of vileness. Rittenhouse should do the same.

Re Biden, note that he slandered Young Kyle BEFORE the election, while he (Biden) was on the campaign trail. So it's not immediately obvious that Biden cannot now be sued for defamation.

Why did the town not remove the leadership that let their town burn.
Someone here said Kenosha used to be the Chicago mafia bedroom community. And the DA and other authorities are all related to each other. So elections there are probably another level of controlled than even Chicago, owned by the Chicago Democratic machine.

Glen, that's the usual approach when a disfavored person is acquitted on state or local charges. I'm not a lawyer, so I don't know if self defense is allowed as a defense against federal charges.

Great news! After 3 days of deliberation, thought the jury would compromise and convict on the lesser charges like the gun charge or reckless endangerment. Glad the judge threw out most of the lesser charges and the jury decided on the merit of the evidence.

President Joe Biden will transfer power to Vice President Kamala Harris while he undergoes a colonoscopy, the White House announced Friday morning.
"President Biden will transfer power to the Vice President for the brief period of time when he is under anesthesia," Psaki announced to reporters.
The president is currently at Walter Reed hospital for the procedure where he will go under anesthesia and will also undergo a physical examination.
White House press secretary Jen Psaki said Harris would work from her office in the West Wing during Biden’s colonoscopy, while temporarily assuming the power of the presidency.
Harris will assume the official title of Acting President Kamala Harris during the procedure, allowing her to issue an executive order or sign legislation. She will also serve as the Commander in Chief until Biden reassumes power.
Psaki cited Biden’s colonoscopy as "routine" and that the White House would release further details of his physical examination on Friday afternoon.
The White House noted that former President George W. Bush had also transferred power twice to then-vice President Dick Cheney for colonoscopy procedures in 2003 and 2007.
Former White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham claimed in a book that former President Donald Trump opted not to transfer power to then-vice President Mike Pence during his colonoscopy in 2019.

Gibraltar is almost fully vaccinated yet cases are climbing again to near their previous highs. Deaths are essentially zero though. Pretty good suggestion that the vaccine does nothing to prevent infection (may even increase the chance) but does prevent deaths from them. (Either that or Gibraltar uses a lot of 'horse medicine...')

Authorities located 10 bodies, including nine that were left hanging from a bridge in Zacatecas, Mexico, on Thursday morning
A Zacatecas state official said the incident in the city of Cuauhtémoc was most likely tied to ongoing feuds between criminal factions
Some of the victims found hanging from the bridge were allegedly residents of the Zacatecas town of Cuauhtémoc
No arrests had been reported as of Thursday afternoon
Gang-related violence in some parts of Mexico has intensified recently, including in the popular tourist zones of Quintana Roo state.
As of September, 21,495 people had died from violence linked to criminal organizations this year, an average of almost 2,400 per month, according to the government.

[Jpost] Since 2001 the UK has solely recognized Hamas's military wing as a terrorist organization. Now the entire apparatus is designated as such.
The British Parliament is expected to pass the terror designation of Hamas' political wing into law in the coming week. Those who openly align with Hamas in Great Britain could face up to a 14-year jail sentence.
The United States, Canada, the European Union, Israel, and Japan have similarly designated Hamas in its entirety as a terror organization. Australia, New Zealand, and Paraguay have only applied the terror label to Hamas's military wing.
Jonathan Schanzer, senior vice president at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, said that Australia was deliberating whether to similarly outlaw Hamas's political wing.
"This could tip the balance in Canberra," Schanzer said.
Patel is expected to address the significant policy change during a security speech she is scheduled to deliver later in the day at The Heritage Foundation in Washington.
According to an excerpt from her speech, Patel will explain that “Hamas has significant terrorist capability, including access to extensive and sophisticated weaponry, as well as terrorist training facilities, and it has long been involved in significant terrorist violence."
The legitimization of Hamas' political wing, "creates an artificial distinction between various parts of the organization – it is right that the listing is updated to reflect this," Patel wrote.
“If we tolerate extremism, it will erode the rock of security," Patel wrote, adding that Britain's Jewish community feels especially threatened by Hamas.
“This is an important step, especially for the Jewish community. Hamas is fundamentally and rabidly antisemitic. Antisemitism is an enduring evil which I will never tolerate. Jewish people routinely feel unsafe – at school, in the streets, when they worship, in their homes, and online," Patel wrote in her speech.
"This step will strengthen the case against anyone who waves a Hamas flag in the United Kingdom, an act that is bound to make Jewish people feel unsafe. Anyone who supports or invites support for a proscribed organization is breaking the law. That now includes Hamas in whatever form it takes," she added.

Within the Hamas constitution there is an article asserting that it is an arm of the Muslim Brotherhood, and the Ikhwan as an organization has never disavowed the use of force. While the UK action is long overdue, the UK would do well to declare the British-based Muslim Brotherhood a terrorist organization because it has long been an asylum for Ikhwan terrorists.
The United Kingdom’s decision Friday to designate the entirety of Hamas as a terror organization and outlaw support for the group is a major blow for the Islamist group, which carries out significant fundraising there, Channel 13 reported.
The UK had proscribed the terror group’s military wing — the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades — in 2001. But Hamas’ political leadership remained technically in the clear until now.
This enabled Hamas to ostensibly raise funds for institutions like Gaza’s Islamic University, even though it is the leading facility for advancing the technology used in Hamas missile and other weapons development, the report said.
[Economic Collapse] Is it just a “coincidence” that gasoline prices have absolutely exploded since Joe Biden took office? The hatred that many on the left have for traditional forms of energy is well known. Many of them are entirely convinced that the changes that are happening to our climate can be reversed if we can just transition away from traditional forms of energy. So on the left there is a lot of interest in finding ways to create incentives for people to use “cleaner” forms of energy instead of “dirtier” forms of energy. For example, the left would love to see all of us driving around in electric vehicles, and one way to accelerate that transition would be to dramatically raise the price of gasoline. Interestingly, that is precisely what is happening right now. In fact, the average price of a gallon of gasoline just hit another all-time high in California…

Market forces can be tricky to interpret, but consider that the massive price spikes have dampened demand and the lagging indicator of tiny price reductions might be reflecting both big-oil attempts to offload building supply and score some media/political relief?
Make no mistake, the political agenda for the Marxists remains to destroy the remnants of capitalism, genuine American independence and the traditional American economy to produce a client state for the Middle Kingdom, feeding it raw materials, agriculture, and a kowtowing market for cheap manufactured goods with short economic life.
[American Greatness] The Washington, D.C.-based Federal Bureau of Investigation has lost all credibility as a disinterested investigatory agency. Now we learn from a whistleblower that the agency was allegedly investigating moms and dads worried about the teaching of critical race theory in their kids’ schools.
In truth, since 2015, the FBI has been constantly in the news—and mostly in a negative and constitutionally disturbing light.
The fired former Director James Comey injected himself into the 2016 political race by constantly editorializing on his ongoing investigation of candidate Hillary Clinton’s email leaks. In a bizarre twist, the public learned later that Comey had allowed Hillary Clinton’s own private computer contractor, CrowdStrike, to run the investigation of the hack. The private firm was allowed to keep possession of pertinent hard drives central to the investigation. How odd that CrowdStrike’s point man was Shawn Henry, a former high-ranking FBI employee.
During the Robert Mueller special investigation, the FBI implausibly claimed it had no idea how requested information on FBI cell phones had mysteriously disappeared.
It was also under Comey’s directorship that the FBI submitted inaccurate requests for warrants to a FISA court. Elements of one affidavit to surveil Trump supporter Carter Page were forged by FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith, who later pleaded guilty to a felony.
The FBI hired the disreputable ex-British spy Christopher Steele as a contractor, while he was peddling his fantasy—the Clinton-bought dossier—to Obama government officials and the media.
Former FBI general counsel James Baker was reportedly the subject of a federal investigation. He allegedly conducted prominent meetings both with media outlets that later leaked lurid tales from the Steele dossier. He also met repeatedly with the now-indicted Perkins Coie attorney Michael Sussman.

[Just The News] U.S. airline passengers are facing unnecessary security risks as they head into the busy holiday travel season because federal efforts to resettle illegal migrants around the country are bypassing well-established security tactics, a Texas congressman says.
Rep. Lance Gooden (R-Texas) says illegal migrants are being provided letters asking the Transportation Security Agency to allow them to skip normal ID verification requirements because they lack official documents, instead being put through an alternate security screening process that checks luggage and ensures they aren't carrying dangerous objects.
Gooden provided Just the News one such letter provided a 46-year-old Honduran migrant who was allowed to travel from San Diego, where he had been detained, to Louisiana earlier this year.
"The individual(s) standing in front of you have recently been discharged from a U.S. immigration detention facility and must cross the country to present themselves for an ICE check-in approximately two weeks from now," the letter read. "They are currently showing you all of their identifications in their possession, which should be adequate for them to be able to be searched in Secure Flight."
The congressman added some U.S. air marshals have told his office they have arrived on what are supposed to be empty planes for a preboarding security sweep, only to find a migrant already pre-boarded.
"We've had several reports of some air marshals, you know, air marshals, when they board a flight, they have to go and identify themselves to the pilot and the crew, 'Hey, I'm armed, I'm going to be on your flight,'" he said. "Typically, that happens before anyone boards, in some cases they've boarded. And ... these packet holders, I'll call them, are already seated in their seats.
Given the reported numbers of Islamic's illegally crossing the southern border, the tinkle poor bkgrd investigations being done due the numbers being processed.

Question: Since a vast majority of EV's can't do a 250 mile round trip without a recharge. How is just a few 1,000 EV's in DC at one time, going to get recharged to get home? Because there are only 746 electric vehicle charging stations within a 30 mile radius of Washington, DC 20260.
So how many portable fossil fuel Generators will be needed to pull this 1,000,000 March off in DC.

The half hour pit stops will make for very exciting races.
Can they not just switch out for a charged battery? I don’t know anything about electric vehicles, I’m afraid, but if seems the kind of thing a clever mechanic could design, if the original plans did not allow it.

[Breitbart] A clinical assistant professor of educational psychology in the College of Education at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana, who specializes in "positive emotions" was placed on paid administrative leave after police arrested him for allegedly locking his son in a dog crate and beating his wife.
Purdue spokesperson Tim Doty said in a Monday email that assistant professor John Froiland was placed on paid administrative leave after allegedly beating his wife with the leg of a chair while his son was locked in a dog cage, according to a report by the school’s student newspaper the Exponent.
Last week Froiland was arrested on preliminary charges of domestic battery, intimidation, interference in reporting a crime, neglect of a dependent, and criminal confinement, the report added.
The 48-year-old clinical assistant professor — who specializes in "positive emotions" and "parent involvement" — allegedly beat his wife in front of a 10-year-old boy, who was locked in the cage. The student newspaper later identified the boy as Froiland’s son.
Police said Froiland confronted his wife at around 4:30 p.m. last week after she returned home from a shopping trip. The professor was reportedly upset that he did not know where his wife had been all day, so he grabbed her and held her against the wall, his wife told police.

[Breitbart] Americans should not have a secure border until they also provide justice for migrants, according to Alejandro Mayorkas, the pro-migration secretary of the Department of Homeland Security.
Mayorkas made the claim after being asked Tuesday by Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR): "What should be a higher priority of the United States Government? Securing our border or giving amnesty to illegal aliens who are already here?"
"Justice is our priority," Mayorkas declared at a Senate hearing, adding "That includes securing our border and providing relief to those [migrants] who qualify for it under our laws."
In 2021, Mayorkas has allowed roughly one million illegal and conditionally-legal migrants from many foreign nations across the southern border with Mexico. He has also sought to bring in roughly one million migrants and several hundred thousand foreign contract workers. These legal and illegal migrants compete for the jobs and houses needed by Americans, including the roughly four million Americans who join the workforce each year.
Mayorkas "doesn’t even consider the possibility that there are competing [justice] interests here," said Mark Krikorian, the director of the Center for Immigration Studies. By not recognizing the damage caused to Americans by loose migration, Mayorkas subordinates the enforcement of Americans’ immigration laws to his own vision of justice for migrants, said Krikorian:
Once upon a time we had an informal agreement between the Democrats and the Republicans that whichever one had the temporary hand of power would keep the game more or less status quo. The Dems would float a pet project or two when they had power, and usually get it. The Republicans might cut taxes a time or two when it was there turn.
All the while our education system, and with it, our government ranks, were swelling with marxist-influenced brain rot.
And thus we've now reached the point where "keeping the status quo" is off the table. The Dems took the White House (literally took it--by theft) and they're doing everything they can to destroy the game before time allows the pendulum to swing the other way.
I read article after article about what the alleged conservatives are going to do when they retake power in 2022 or 2024. I'd postulate that if conservatives of all stripes and positions (including regular Joes like us) don't learn to fight this insurgency, 2024 may be far too late.
[GatewayPundit] The FDA is holding back information.
In response to a Freedom of Information Act request (FOIA) filed months ago the FDA has asked a federal judge to give them 55 years to release data related to the Pfizer COVID vaccines.
Asking is not the same as getting.
Americans are currently being forced by the regime to take this vaccine to hold a job but have no rights to see how this "vaccine" was approved.
But their grand-children may get to see the data in 55 years.
Or we might get it next week, depending on what the judge decides.
The US medical community has all trust and credibility.
Via Israel National News.
In response to a Freedom of Information Act request (FOIA) filed over three months ago, in August of 2021, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has asked a federal judge for 55 years to review its data before releasing it to the public in its entirety.
The data refers to the FDA’s decision to license what is now known as the Comirnaty vaccine against Covid-19, produced by Pfizer in collaboration with BioNTech. Back in November of 2020, when considering Pfizer-BioNTech’s request for emergency use authorization (EUA) of its product, the FDA promised that:
"In keeping with the FDA’s commitment to ensuring full transparency, dialogue and efficiency, the Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee ... will meet to discuss the totality and safety and effectiveness data provided ... The FDA understands there is tremendous public interest regarding vaccines for COVID-19. We remain committed to keeping the public informed about the evaluation of the data ... so that once available, the public and the medical community can have trust and confidence in receiving the vaccine for our families and ourselves."
In September of 2021, when amending its EUA to include booster doses, the FDA reiterated its commitment to transparency, writing:
"As we learn more about the safety and effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccines ... we will continue to evaluate the rapidly changing science and keep the public informed..."
The FDA noted at the time that it was studying data provided not only by Pfizer-BioNTech, but also from the "Israeli Ministry of Health, the University of Bristol, U.K. and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention [CDC]."

[NBCPhiladelphia] "Following the eradication of smallpox, scientists and public health officials determined there was still a need to perform research using the variola virus. They agreed to reduce the number of laboratories holding stocks of variola virus to only four locations," the CDC says on its website. "By 1984, England and South Africa had either destroyed their stocks or transferred them to other approved labs. There are now only two locations that officially store and handle variola virus under WHO supervision: the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta, Georgia, and the State Research Center of Virology and Biotechnology (VECTOR Institute) in Koltsovo, Russia."

The race is on. Approved labs, now that is supposed to make us feel better. How about the ones we are not supposed to know about. No accidents of course.
CDC treats Smallpox as a Category A infectious substance and it never should be handled in less than a Bio-safety Level 4 (BSL-4) facility.
All work with this live virus is done under Bio-safety Level 4 containment conditions at CDC and NOT by outside labs or stored in a open lab area refrigerators like Philly.
BIG NOTE:
By mutual agreement, the Smallpox virus can only officially be stored in only two facilities in the world:
CDC in the United States Atlanta, GA. (which use to be the Webb Gin Rd. storage bunker facility, in Snellville, GA.)
or the Russian State Research Center of Virology and Biotechnology in Novosibirsk, Russia.
So IF this was actually the Small Pox and not a mislabeled VAX bottle, how in hell’s name did it end up in a Philly Merck or CDC lab.
#7
...do you think they're that stupid to release a pathogen that would likely kill off a lot those illegals they've been importing and leave a bunch of old and retired veterans as one of the major surviving group? Then again as amply demonstrated this past year....
#8
^
Yes because they and the media would have a field day with it. Calling it a "New Strain" and go Pandemic Round 3 just in time for 2022/2024 elections.
NOTE: SmallPox, unlike Covid-19/21 can live extended periods of time on non-Biological items.
(CDC) The virus can spread through materials or through the objects contaminated by infected persons. Such as bedding or clothing. People who cared for smallpox patients and washed their bedding or clothing must to wear gloves and personal protective items to not get infected.
So the 65.1% under the age of 50 in the USA are at HIGH RISK of infection.
BTW: Smallpox in Afghanistan continues to be a issue.
I sure hope all those GI's, Afghani Immigrants and Illegals crossing the OPEN BORDER got VAX'd?
In November 16, 2021, it was reported that 15 vials of smallpox (variola) were found at Merck’s North Wales, PA laboratory in a freezer. While many people are panicking about smallpox being used as a bioweapon to unleash on Americans, as Bill Gates suggested just a couple weeks ago, the real question is – were there really vials found, or is this to invoke panic, siphon off another slush fund, and potentially prep for a future false flag event as another cover story to build the human enslavement system the globalists so desire?Whether this is an impending false flag or a future event they wish to roll out, the timeline below paints a very interesting picture, especially the fact that the FDA has had several recent approvals of both vaccines and drug treatments for smallpox under the guise of “bioterrorism,” and continues to add the smallpox vaccines to its Strategic National Stockpile. Furthermore, this isn’t the first time that smallpox vials were allegedly found outside of the CDC. It supposedly happened in 2014, when they found 6 vials in a cardboard box, stuffed away in a cold storage room at NIH. Have these labs been experimenting with it, or were vials really found in these locations?
There are allegedly only two locations in the world who house the smallpox virus, one being the CDC and the other is Russia’s State Research Center of Virology and Biotechnology, also known as the Vector Institute, located near Novosibirsk in Siberia.

They always reveal their plans but most do not pay attention. I also believe there will be no election in 2022. COVID was just a test and the big one is yet to come and it will come when it presents the greatest opportunity and I believe it will come just prior to the 2022 election. The Democrats KNOW they are going to lose their majority in both houses in 2022. Or they will have no in-person election using all mail in ballots so they can steal the election. They are too close to achieving their marxist/communist goals of depopulation, destroying the global economy, destroying America and driving in global communism (Great Reset/UN Agenda 21/2030) to give up now. No way will they allow a legitimate election and every GOVERNOR currently in place is responsible because they refused to do what was needed to prove the 2020 election was stolen.

I had smallpox when I was 15 months old. It was a rather mild case, but ever since, I've never had a smallpox vaccination "take". Drove the Air Force crazy, even though I could show them the scar on my forehead and another on my back. Like Procopius, I'm good. I'm also an over-70 veteran, and a survivor of Covid (also mild), so I'm twice good. 8^)

First off, are wearing Coifs of Legal Immunity +3.
At this point there is no de-escalation, only levels of violence. Pop pinky in the mouth like she deserves. See you in court, if you survive your stab wounds.
[AlAhram] At least 25 people were killed by suspected bad boybutton men in southwest Niger, the government said Wednesday.
Buildings were burned and ransacked in the attack earlier this week near Bakorat village along the border with Mali, Alkache Alhada, the interior minister said in a statement. The government called the attack cowardly and said security sweeps in the area are underway.
This is the latest in a string of bad boy violence linked to al-Qaeda and the Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems.... group in the conflict-ridden West African nation, particularly along the border with Mali. Earlier this month suspected Islamic forces of Evil ambushed a self-defense brigade in western Niger killing 69 people and in March, 137 people were killed by button men on cycle of violences who attacked a series of villages along the border.
While no group grabbed credit for this week's attack, al-Qaeda is most prominent in that part of Niger as it has operated there for many years, say conflict analysts.
The attack signifies a continued rise of bad boy violence in the Sahel, the region south of the Sahara Desert, said Laith Alkhouri, CEO of Intelonyx Intelligence Advisory.
``It further denotes the lackluster security measures that keep the borders porous and provide terrorist groups like al-Qaeda and ISIS, who've been competing for dominance, with opportunities to expand,'' he said.

[BenarNews] Jemaah Islamiyahbandidosgunnies have tried to infiltrate the Indonesian military, police and government ministries for more than a decade, a deputy at the country’s counter-terrorism agency said Wednesday.
The revelation came a day after police arrested three people suspected of involvement with JI, the group linked with al-Qaeda and that Indonesian authorities blamed for the 2002 Bali bombings — the country’s deadliest terrorist attack to date.
Ahmad Nurwakhid, deputy for prevention at the National Counter-Terrorism Agency (BNPT) said JI members were able to infiltrate government organizations and moderate Islamic groups because of a "remarkable" ability to blend in.

[IsraelTimes] Police say assailant was a 16-year-old Paleostinian; one of the officers moderately hurt, the other lightly injured
A Paleostinian teenager stabbed two border guards in an alleyway in Jerusalem’s Old City on Wednesday, police said.
The assailant, identified by Paleostinian media as Amr Abu-Assab, was shot by an armed civilian who was passing by and then again by the Border Police officers he’d attacked. He was pronounced dead at the scene. According to police, Abu-Assab was 16 years old from East Jerusalem.
In graphic video footage from the scene that was released by the police (below), the border guards can be seen walking past Abu-Assab near the Ateret Cohanim Yeshiva in the Old City.
Once their backs were turned, the teenager took out a knife and stabbed the male border guard in the head. The female Border Police officer then pushed Abu-Assab away from her partner, pinning him to the wall and grappling with him.
The teenager stabbed her a number of times, including in the head, before the passerby shot him.
A good reason to expand concealed carry permits, at minimum to members of the IDF Reserve.
The female officer, 19, sustained light-to-moderate injuries in the attack and the male officer, 20, sustained light injuries. She was taken to Hadassah Hospital Mount Scopus for treatment, and he was taken to Hadassah Hospital Ein Kerem.
In addition to the head wound, the male officer sustained a leg wound after he was struck by a fragment of the bullet fired by the armed civilian.
Following the attack, police conducted raids in the Issawiya neighborhood of East Jerusalem, where Abu Assab was from, making a number of arrests, including the attacker’s parents.
The Hamas, the braying voice of Islamic Resistance®, terror group praised the attack, calling it a "heroic commando operation," and claiming Abu-Assab as a member of the organization.
"This is the latest confirmation that our people’s revolution against the occupation will continue until the occupier is swept away," said spokesperson Hazim Qasim.
Officers sweeping the area after the attack detained several suspects for questioning on suspicion they were connected to the alleged attacker. Jerusalem District Police Commander Doron Turgeman later held a situational assessment briefing at the scene of the attack.
[IsraelTimes] Street festivities again shake Sudan’s capital today, a day after security forces rubbed out 15 protesters in the bloodiest day since the military’s October 25 takeover.
Police fired tear gas to disperse dozens of anti-coup protesters who had stayed on the streets of north Khartoum overnight, braving an intensifying crackdown that has drawn international condemnation, witnesses said.
Police tore down makeshift barricades the protesters had erected the previous day.
Later in the day, dozens of protesters returned to rebuild them and police again fired tear gas in a bid to clear the streets, witnesses say.
"Protesters responded by hurling stones at the police," one witness says.

[IsraelTimes] Iraq’s influential Shiite holy man who emerged as a winner in last month’s general elections calls on the country’s myriad pro-Iran ...Formerly a fairly civilized nation ruled by a Shah, it became a victim of Islamic revolution in 1979... Shiite armed factions to disband if they want to join his upcoming government.
Muqatada al-Sadr also asks the factions to hand over their weapons to the government-sanctioned umbrella known as Popular Mobilization Forces. In turn, he also asks the PMF to "purify" its ranks from "undisciplined elements" and surrender "corrupt individuals" to the judiciary.
The militias are certain to reject the demands, which in turn could complicate al-Sadr’s efforts to form a government after the vote. It could also increase tensions between Shiites who support the pro-Iran factions and al-Sadr’s own followers.
The pro-Iran factions lost a significant number of parliament seats in the October 10 elections and have called the vote fraudulent, rejecting the results. Their supporters have held protests outside Baghdad’s heavily fortified Green Zone, home to government offices and foreign embassies.
The protests turned deadly earlier this month, when demonstrators tried to enter the Green Zone, demanding a ballot recount. One protester affiliated with the militias was killed in an exchange of fire, for which the militias blamed Iraq’s incumbent Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kadhimi.
Tensions were further ratcheted up after a failed liquidation attempt against al-Kadhimi at his residence the next day. The prime minister suffered a light cut and several of his guards were maimed in the November 7 attack by armed drones on his Green Zone residence.
There was no responsibility claim for the attack, although suspicion immediately fell on the armed factions.
"Your losses can’t be a pretext for ruining the democratic process," al-Sadr says at a rare presser today, addressing the factions.
[ToloNews] Security forces conducted an operation in Shakardara district of Kabul province, killing two ISIS fighters, officials said on Thursday.
A sanctuary of the ISIS group was eliminated in the operation carried out in the Murad Bik village of Shakardar, the officials said, adding that fighting between the Islamic Emirate forces and the ISIS fighters lasted for five hours. Several people including women and kiddies were taken into custody by the security forces.
"Some other members were arrested and their sanctuary was eliminated," said Inamullah Samangani, deputy front man for the Islamic Emirate.
According to officials, the ISIS fighters had been planning many subversive acts from this area.
The resident of the district called on the people of Afghanistan to not allow suspicious individuals in their areas.
"In the morning, the forces of the Islamic Emirate arrived and the festivities started. All of us, including women and kiddies, were horrified," said Obaidullah, a resident of Murad Bik.
"Our operation lasted until 1:00 pm. We succeeded. Their vast and other kabooms are present here. They were involved in the destruction of power pylons in Shakardar," a security force said.
The Islamic Emirate’s forces recently conducted several raids on sanctuaries of the ISISturbans across the country. Previously, the security officials said that several ISIS sanctuaries were destroyed by security forces in the southern province of Kandahar.
[ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] Populist Iraqi Shia holy manMoqtada Tater al-Sadr ...hereditary Iraqi holy man and leader of a political movement in Iraq. He had his hereditary rival, al-Khoei, assassinated only a few hours after the holy rival's appearance out of exile in 2003. Formerly an Iranian catspaw, lately he's gagged over some of their more outlandish antics, then went back to catspawry... urged the country’s paramilitaries on Thursday to purge what he called undisciplined members and for non-state gangs to hand over their weapons.
Al-Sadr’s remarks come after Iran-backed Shia Moslem militia were accused of an attempt to kill outgoing Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kadhimi by armed drone on Nov. 7.
The militias are disputing the result of an October general election that handed them a crushing defeat and have also staged sit-ins in Baghdad which turned violent mostly peaceful this month.
Al-Sadr, who commands his own militia but opposes all foreign influence in Iraq, including that of Iran, is seen as the main Shia rival of the paramilitaries Tehran has backed.
"You must step back in order to regain the trust of the people," al-Sadr said in a statement delivered to news cameras from his base in the southern holy city of Najaf.
"What you’re doing right now will tarnish your history and increase your alienation from the people."
Al-Sadr did not refer explicitly to recent events, but addressed his message to what he called the losing parties in Iraq’s election.
He called on Iraq’s state paramilitary grouping the Popular Mobilization Units (PMU), which is dominated by the Iran-aligned factions, to purge "undisciplined elements" and for non-state gangs to dissolve themselves and lay down their weapons.
Al-Sadr will likely have a big say in the formation of the next Iraqi government, a prospect that worries his main rivals the Iran-backed groups, according to Iraqi officials and independent analysts.
"If you want to participate in forming the next government, you must hold those corrupt among you to account," he added.

[YouTube] About 200 Red Army soldiers were exhumed September 2021. At present, we cannot determine the exact number, because the corpses were stacked on top of each other in a mass burial, and secondly, there were parts of individual bodies that were collected from the battlefield in the summer of 1945. These battles took place in the Kurland region in Latvia.
The identification of the soldiers is complicated because the battles in this front sector took place from November 1944 to February 1945 and at least ten different Red Army units fought here at different times. Only one medal with a number was found. We hope that this medal will provide valuable information about this soldier and the burial. I have yet to see an update from the Mius Rver Front Exhumation project. The Mius Front was yet another bloody, post Stalingrad battle.
This project uses retired Russian Army officers and "borrowed" Russian Army conscripts.
[Rudaw] The UK government is seeking new powers to make it legal to strip Britons with dual nationality of their citizenship without the need to inform them beforehand, with many warning of a two-tier citizenship with significant consequences for British citizens stranded in Syria.
Clause 9 of the UK’s new proposed Nationality and Borders Bill, which is currently moving towards its third reading in the British Parliament, would essentially exempt the need to give notice of the removal of citizenship unless "reasonably practical", meaning that ministers would be able to strip British citizens of their citizenship without informing them beforehand.
Commenting on the clause ("Notice of decision to deprive a person of citizenship"), the British Home Office said, "British citizenship is a privilege, not a right. Deprivation of citizenship on conducive grounds is rightly reserved for those who pose a threat to the UK or whose conduct involves very high harm. The nationality and borders bill will amend the law so citizenship can be deprived where it is not practicable to give notice, for example if there is no way of communicating with the person."
Last month, it was revealed that the UK repatriated three British children from a camp housing families suspected of being affiliated with the Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. (ISIS) group in northeastern Syria (Rojava), where an estimated 8,500 foreign nationals remain.
In 2013, the Bureau of Investigative Journalism found that "at least 43 people" had been stripped of their British citizenship for undefined terror related justifications, and there have been several high profile examples of British citizens in Syria having their citizenship revoked.
Earlier this year, the British-born ISIS member Shamima Begum lost the appeal to restore her citizenship after it was revoked in 2019, with the Home Office citing security concerns. Begum was 15-years old when she left London to join ISIS in Syria in 2015.
In May, Middle East Eye reported the case of a British man who was finally able to return to the UK after being stranded abroad for four years, after the government was found to have wrongly assessed that he was entitled to Bangladeshi citizenship.
To many, it appears the UK government is washing its hands of citizens in the region by revoking their citizenship, particularly as this proposed amendment was quietly added, and the government is facing accusations of creating an ill-considered two-tier citizenship whereby the stripping of one’s nationality can only be applied if they are "eligible" for the citizenship of another country.
There are several recent examples of Britons in al-Roj camp in Syria having their citizenship removed.
British MPs are continuing to consider the government’s immigration reform plans, which would also dramatically amend the current system of seeking asylum in the UK, seeing people who arrive through irregular means or without pre-authorisation imprisoned.
In her recent Conservative Party conference speech, the British Home Secretary Priti Patel stressed the intention of the government’s New Plan for Immigration to "provide sanctuary to those in need through safe and legal resettlement routes", but the Bill makes no provision for replacing the EU’s Dublin III accords, and the number of other ways to "legally" arrive in the UK are few and far between.
On average, 5-10,000 refugees are selected by the United Nations ...a formerly good idea gone bad... High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) to be resettled in the UK each year. In October, the UNHCR published their full legal opinion on the Bill, concluding that a policy based on claiming asylum in the first safe country reached would be unworkable, "adding more strain to developing countries", and fundamentally at odds with the Government’s commitment to upholding the UK’s international obligations.
[IsraelTimes] In tacit threat, Tehran releases the name, photo and address of an Israeli cyber security expert who specializes in Iranian hacking efforts.
Iran ...The nation is noted for spontaneously taking over other countries' embassies, maintaining whorehouses run by clergymen, involvement in international drug trafficking, and financing sock puppet militias to extend the regime's influence... on Wednesday released the name, photograph, phone number and home address of an Israeli cyber security expert who specializes in Iranian hacking efforts — its latest gambit in an ongoing cyberwar.
The information was published by Fars News, an Iranian outlet operated by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.
The release of the information, or doxing, served as a tacit threat to both the cyber security specialist himself and to other Israelis who perform similar work.
In addition to his name, phone number and home address, Fars also published the cyber security expert’s birth date, email address, social media handles and a photograph of his apartment building. Most of the information appears to have been gleaned from his social media accounts and other open sources.
The Israeli man appeared to have been targeted by the IRGC because of his work in the Israel Defense Forces, in Military Intelligence’s cyber-focused Unit 8200; and in the civilian world, for a cyber security firm, Clear Sky, which has uncovered a number of hacking efforts by Iran.
Israel and Iran have for years been involved in a largely quiet cyberwar, which occasionally bubbles to the surface.
Last month, Iran accused Israel of being behind a cyberattack on the country’s gas stations, knocking them out of service for a week.
Days later, an Iranian-linked hacking group, Black Shadow, targeted an Israeli hosting company, temporarily shutting down a number of websites and stealing user data from "Atraf," an Israeli LGBT dating site.
Black Shadow also stole a vast trove of information from Israeli insurance company Shirbit last year and then sold it on the dark web when the firm refused to pay a ransom.
In 2010 the Stuxnet virus — believed to have been engineered by Israel and the US — infected Iran’s nuclear program, causing a series of breakdowns in centrifuges used to enrich uranium.
Iran disconnected much of its infrastructure from the internet after the Stuxnet virus.
[IsraelTimes] American cyber firm says Iran targeting Israel in espionage attacks; Microsoft reports 6 Iranian groups deploying ransomware in past year
Hackers linked to the Iranian government have been targeting a "broad range of victims" inside the United States, including by deploying ransomware, according to an advisory issued Wednesday by American, British and Australian officials.
The advisory says that in recent months, Iran has exploited computer vulnerabilities exposed by hackers before they can be fixed and targeted entities in the transportation, health care and public health sectors. The attackers leveraged the initial hack for additional operations, such as data exfiltration, ransomware and extortion, according to the advisory. The group has used the same Microsoft Exchange vulnerability in Australia, officials say.
The warning is notable because even though ransomware attacks remain prevalent in the US, most of the significant ones in the past year have been attributed to Russia-based criminal hacker gangs rather than Iranian hackers.
Government officials aren’t the only ones noticing the Iranian activity: Tech giant Microsoft announced Tuesday that it had seen six different groups in Iran deploying ransomware since last year.
Microsoft said one of the groups spends significant time and energy trying to build rapport with their intended victims before targeting them with spear-phishing campaigns. The group uses fake conference invitations or interview requests and frequently masquerade as officials at think tanks in Washington, DC, as a cover, Microsoft said.
Once rapport is built and a malicious link is sent, the Iranians are extra pushy at trying to get their victims to click on it, said James Elliott, a member of the Microsoft Threat Intelligence Center.
"These guys are the biggest pain in the rear. Every two hours they’re sending an email," Elliott said at the Cyberwarcon cybersecurity conference Tuesday.
Earlier this year Facebook announced it had found Iranian hackers using "sophisticated fake online personas" to build trust with targets and get them to click on malicious links and often posed as recruiters of defense and aerospace companies.
Researchers at the American Crowdstrike cybersecurity firm said they and competitors began seeing this type of Iranian activity last year.
The Iranian ransomware attacks, unlike those sponsored by North Korea ...hereditary Communist monarchy distinguished by its truculence and periodic acts of violence. Distinguishing features include Songun (Army First) policy, which involves feeding the army before anyone but the Dear Leadership, and Juche, which is Kim Jong Il's personal interpretation of Marxism-Leninism, which he told everybody was brilliant. In 1950 the industrialized North invaded agrarian South Korea. Twenty-one countries of the United Nations eventually contributed to the UN force opposing the invasion, with the United States providing around 90% of the military personnel. Seventy years later the economic results are in and it doesn't look good for Juche... ’s government, are not designed to generate revenue so much as for espionage, to sow disinformation, to harass and embarrass foes — Israel, chief among them —and to essentially wear down their targets, Crowdstrike researchers said at the Cyberwarcon event.
"While these operations will use ransom notes and dedicated leak sites demanding hard cryptocurrency, we’re really not seeing any viable effort at actual currency generation," Crowdstrike global threat analysis director Kate Blankenship said.
Crowdstrike considers Iran to be the trendsetter in this novel "low form" of cyberattack, which typically involves paralyzing a network with ransomware, stealing information and then leaking it online. The researchers call the method "lock and leak." It is less visible, less costly and "provides more room for deniability," Blankenship said.

"It seems that in exchange for the release of the 15 [falsely accused of being Mossad agents], Turkey demanded something," posited Hay Eytan Cohen Yanarocak, a Turkey scholar at the Jerusalem Institute for Strategy and Security. [BREITBART] Montana Democrat Caucus Chair, state Rep. Laurie Bishop (D-Livingston), announced Wednesday she is suspending her campaign for the state’s new congressional seat due to redistricting to run for reelection in her seat in the state House.
Bishop’s announcement comes roughly one week after the states’ redistricting commission submitted their final congressional map outlining the state’s two U.S. House districts to the secretary of state’s office last Friday.
The new district Bishop was planning to run for was reportedly not as friendly to a Democrat campaign as she had hoped when announcing her congressional bid, in addition to leaving her hometown of Livingston outside of the district.
Bishop was the first Democrat that announced she was running for the seat back in July. However, there is a theory which states that if ever anybody discovers exactly what the Universe is for and why it is here, it will instantly disappear and be replaced by something even more bizarre and inexplicable. There is another theory which states that this has already happened... at the time of her, announcement, Bishop said she "would run in the district that includes liberal college town Missoula even if Livingston was not placed in the same district."
"Public service has always been at the heart of my decision to run for Congress, and at this moment, the most important way for me to be of service is by continuing to lead our caucus at the state level," Bishop said in a statement.
"I am so thankful to have this opportunity and grateful for everyone who joined us. We ran a campaign focused on people, and I’m so proud of the work we were able to accomplish in just a few months," she added. In the last quarter, Bishop had raised roughly $116,000 and saw contributions from over 1,300 people.

The Trunks can play the same game as the Donks.
I spotted an article earlier this week that said the Trunks are better at redistricting than the Dems are. Either way, Dems will be howling like stuck pigs for the next few weeks every time one of theirs gets broomed because of this.

the Trunks are better at redistricting than the Dems are.
Actually the Dems tend to segregate themselves more than Republicans by refusing to live anywhere near "deplorables" or "bitter clingers".
People that look at the data wrote that districting shenanigans account for maybe 6 districts nation-wide. The fact that democrats self-segregate into 80% dem districts account for the rest.

[WCPO] More than 8,000 people have died of COVID-19 in long-term care facilities in Ohio since the pandemic began.
But where they died is still a secret in the state of Ohio.
After fighting the Ohio Department of Health for more than a year in court, WCPO and several others are now taking their cases to the 10th District Court of Appeals in Columbus.
"They’re just asking for the reliable, true statistics of the pandemic and the deaths that it has caused, or hasn’t caused. It’s that simple," said Cincinnati attorney Matt Miller-Novak.

AFAICT, death certificates are public information in the state of Ohio. Cause of death is typically part of the information listed, along with address of the deceased. Am I wrong in this?

[FoxNews] Chinese coast guard ships blocked and sprayed a powerful stream of water at two Philippine boats carrying supplies to troops at a disputed South China Sea shoal, prompting Manila to order Beijing’s ships to back off and warn that its supply vessels are covered by a mutual defense treaty with the United States, Manila’s top diplomat said Thursday.
Philippine Foreign Secretary Teodoro Locsin Jr. said no one was hurt in the incident on Tuesday, but the two supply ships had to abort their mission to provide food to Filipino forces occupying Second Thomas Shoal, which lies off western Palawan province in the Philippines’ internationally recognized exclusive economic zone.
Locsin said in a tweet that the three Chinese coast guard ships’ actions were illegal and urged them "to take heed and back off."
It was the latest flare-up in the long-simmering territorial disputes in the strategic waterway, where China, the Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Brunei and Taiwan have overlapping claims. China claims virtually the entire South China Sea and has transformed seven shoals into missile-protected island bases to cement its assertions, ratcheting up tensions and alarming rival claimants and Western governments led by the U.S.

Rapidly ascending prices also affect the cost of all the goods and services that are an integral part of the American economy. Farmers, manufacturers, delivery companies, repair people...you name it: they're paying more to do their jobs, and they're passing those costs to consumers. So why now, of all times, is the Biden administration selling off America's Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) to Asia?
It turns out that Biden is already tapping into the SPR; he's just not doing it to help Americans. A report in investment circles is finally trickling down into the mainstream news: Biden is selling massive amounts of SPR oil...to Asia!
As the name suggests, the SPR is America's emergency backup supply of oil. The reason we have it is because of the energy crisis in the early 1970s. According to Wikipedia, which is probably accurate about this, "[t]he United States started the petroleum reserve in 1975 after oil supplies were interrupted during the 1973—1974 oil embargo, to mitigate future supply disruptions."
Fast-forward to 2021. Upon entering the Oval Office, one of the first things Biden did was to shut down the Keystone XL pipeline. Henceforth, rather than flowing safely through a pipeline, Canadian oil will come the expensive way, over land, whether in trucks (which are in short supply) or on trains.

[FoxNews] The United States is warning pilots that planes operating at one of Africa’s busiest airports could be "directly or indirectly exposed to ground weapons fire and/or surface-to-air fire" as Ethiopia’s war nears the capital, Addis Ababa.
The Federal Aviation Administration advisory issued Wednesday cites the "ongoing clashes" between Ethiopian forces and fighters from the northern Tigray region, which have killed thousands of people in a year of war. The U.S. this week urged its citizens in Ethiopia to "leave now," saying there should be no expectation of an Afghanistan-style evacuation.
The Addis Ababa international airport is the hub for the state-owned Ethiopian Airlines, a symbol of Ethiopia's former status as one of the world's most rapidly growing economies before the war. The airline in recent years became Africa's largest and best-managed carrier, turning Addis Ababa into the gateway to the continent. Addis Ababa is also the continent's diplomatic capital as home of the African Union.
The FAA advisory notes no reports of disruptions at Bole International Airport and "no indication of an intent to threaten civil aviation," but it says the risk to approaching and departing planes could increase if the Tigray fighters encircle the capital.
The Tigray fighters "likely possess a variety of anti-aircraft capable weapons, including rocket-propelled grenades, anti-tank weapons, low-caliber anti-aircraft artillery, and man-portable air-defense systems," or MANPADS, which could reach up to 25,000 feet above ground level, the FAA advisory says.
In an acknowledgment of Bole airport's importance for onward travel for the African continent and beyond, the U.K. Minister for Africa Vicky Ford last week told reporters that Britain now advises against all travel to Ethiopia apart from the airport for departures and transfers.
The Tigray forces who had long dominated the national government before current Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed took office in 2018 have approached Addis Ababa in recent weeks and joined up with another armed group, the Oromo Liberation Army, with the aim of pressing Abiy to step aside.
The Tigray forces also say they are pressuring Ethiopia’s government to lift a monthslong blockade on the Tigray region, which includes an Ethiopian government restriction on flights over Tigray. No food, medicine or other humanitarian aid has entered Tigray, a region of some 6 million people, for more than a month since Ethiopia's military resumed airstrikes there for the first time since June.
Efforts by an AU envoy, former Nigerian president Olesegun Obasanjo, and U.S. envoy Jeffrey Feltman continue to nudge the warring sides to agree to a cease-fire and talks.

Back before 9/11 the FAA intelligence cell was about 20 people. As an itinerant cargo carrier it was easy to call and find out which direction ground fire was lightest and plan takeoffs accordingly. After 9/11 the cell was flooded with alphabet types and it was almost impossible to get real time usable information to the field
[ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] UN nuclear watchdog chief Rafael Grossi will hold meetings with Iranian officials in Tehran on Tuesday, the ineffective International Atomic Energy Agency confirmed on Thursday, more than two months after Iran ...The nation is noted for spontaneously taking over other countries' embassies, maintaining whorehouses run by clergymen, involvement in international drug trafficking, and financing sock puppet militias to extend the regime's influence... promised to host him.
Behrouz Kamalvandi, front man for the Atomic Energy Organisation of Iran, told state media on Wednesday Grossi would meet Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian and nuclear energy chief Mohammad Eslami. The IAEA did not say in its statement whom Grossi would meet.
"We can confirm that Director General Rafael Mariano Grossi will meet with high-level Iranian government officials in Tehran on Tuesday, 23 November," the IAEA said.
The visit will be on the eve of a quarterly meeting of the IAEA’s Board of Governors and before indirect talks between Iran and the United States on Nov. 29 on reviving their nuclear deal.
Two IAEA reports to member states on Wednesday detailed a range of conflicts between the agency and Iran, ranging from Tehran’s continued failure to explain the origin of uranium particles found at apparently old but undeclared sites, to its refusal to let the IAEA re-install surveillance cameras at a workshop hit by apparent sabotage in June.
One of the reports also said Iranian security officials had continued to subject IAEA inspectors to "excessively invasive searches, which resulted in them feeling intimidated."
Grossi told a news conference on Nov. 12 that aside from technical exchanges with Eslami this will be a first opportunity to have a "serious conversation" with the administration of hardline President Ebrahim Raisi, who took office in August. He added that it was "astonishing" it had taken this long.

The NBC producer who is responsible for the MSNBC journalist who reportedly followed the #Rittenhouse jury bus to photograph them, has deleted all her social media after she was named by Judge Schroeder & her network banned from the courthouse. https://t.co/1WZrDwJgVL
Following the identification of NBC booking producer Irene Min Joo Byon on Thursday as the person who instructed an independent journalist affiliated with MSNBC to follow the jury bus in the Rittenhouse case, Byon has deleted both her Twitter and LinkedIn accounts. On Thursday afternoon, Kenosha Judge Bruce Schroeder informed the courtroom of an incident regarding a man that identified himself as "James J. Morrison," who was pulled over for going through a red light, and was following the secure jury bus at around a one block distance. He told police that he was working for Irene Byon, who is a booking producer for NBC. NBC later confirmed that this Morrison was working for them at the time.
When confronted by police, who issued him traffic citations, he told the officers that Byon had instructed him to follow the jury bus. As a result, Schroeder has banned MSNBC from the courtroom.
"And last evening a person who identified himself as James J. Morrison, who claimed that he was a producer with NBC news but for MSNBC... under the supervision of someone named Irene Byon in New York, for MSNBC. Police stopped him, because he was following in a distance of about a block," said Schroeder.
Despite Byon deleting much of her social media presence, Twitter users were quick to grab screenshots, confirming her association with NBC.

If this were a different (a sane) America the MSNBC reporter would have been charged with a small handful of criminal violations.
Jury Threats and intimidation Jack Posobiec, the senior editor of Human Events, tweeted out that according to a source within the U.S. Marshals, two jurors are holding up proceedings, “outright citing backlash,” worried about the effect a verdict may have on their jobs and families.
Either way MSNBC may have just made Rittenhouse and some lawyer rich $$$$. Given there are grounds for a Civil suit for violating his Civil Right to a fair and impartial trial.

It turns out that "Jump kick man" was identified by the prosecution and interviewed but refused to testify unless given immunity. They refused but did not disclose his identity to the defence thereby denying them the opportunity to call him to testify. He has a rap sheet a mile long. Even if Rittenhouse is convicted he has ample grounds for appeal.

Of course Stelter the mendacious moron repeated the MSNBC flacks' shameless lies about this yesterday.
Note the Ferret-like language of their statement on the matter:
NBC News statement: "Last night, a freelancer received a traffic citation. While the traffic violation took place near the jury van, the freelancer never contacted or intended to contact the jurors during deliberations, and never photographed or intended to photograph them" (1/2)

This entire trial is Chauvin squared. A complete farce that insults all our most cherished ideas and principles regarding rule of law.
Remember the origins of this sick spectacle: a vicious mob consisting largely of some of our society's most violent psychopaths was allowed to rampage and set a small town alight as the police did nothing.
Because... rayciss. Because... whi' s'premaciss.
Because, in truth, the morons who rule us are determined to maintain their iron grip on power and are cynically using these psychopaths and assorted grifting extortionists to push nonsense, lies and rolling anarchy to demonize anyone who dares to resist their moronic cultural Marxism.

Now their entire defense comes down to a sick parody of the "Mr. Gun Violence did it" non-argument. The disgusting prosecutor and idiot commenters at the NY Times are now literally arguing that a citizen who carries a gun to defend private property during a riot is himself the cause of the riot.
By virtue of having a gun.
Because guns "provoke."
IOW, their beloved doppelgänger, Gun Violence, caused the bipolar, off-his-meds violent ped0phile to
a) travel nearly 2,000 miles to Kenosha
b) leave his paramour there and go off his meds
c) nearly kill himself and check into a hospital
d) leave says hospital and join the mob of hundreds roaming the streets
e) bark at his fellow rioters and beg them to kill him ("shoot me now, n***a!")
f) go to a car lot and help the rioters set dozens of cars on fire
g) rage at a 60 year-old lady, a young man and a 17 year-old gathered to protect property and scream at them, "If I catch you alone I'm gonna f-cking kill you" AND "I'm gonna cut your f-cling heart out"
h) upon 'catching alone' said 17 year-old, actually charge him, causing the kid to run for his life
i) upon catching up to the kid, grabbing the barrel of his gun...
... thereby seeking to simultaneously disarm him AND arm himself -- with that gun which the young man legally possessed and legally held in a case of self-defense that is blindingly obvious that one would have to be as sick mentally as Rosenbaum, Huber, Grosskreutz and DropKick to question the kid's innocence.
And the State and its media lackeys try to tell us that it's the kid who's guilty of "provoking" this disgusting horrific berserk monster?

[Garowe] The Somali National Army [SNA] has managed to retake four al-Shabaab ...... the Islamic version of the old Somali warlord... villages in Southern Somalia, following an intensive crackdown that comes at the time the country is preparing for Lower House elections.
Southern Somalia especially in parts of Lower/middle Jubba and Lower Shabelle is dominated by the gunnies who have been seeking to topple the fragile UN-backed Somalia administration, which is considered one of the weakest in the world.
Top army officials said most of the liberated villages are in the Bakool region where the SNA has been pursuing the bad boys. It's just early this week the military foiled an al-Shabaab attack according to officials.
"Our troops liberated Gomor, Aboore, Banjina, and Doonful, near the town of Hudur, from terrorists," Abdi Ahmed Adan, a military official in Bakool, told Anadolu Agency over the phone.
The top army officer said the snuffies were driven out with little resistance and there were no casualties in the operations.
Of course — their method is to flow away from attacks, then flood in when government forces leave.
The villages are strategic in the sense that they are major humanitarian assistance routes in the country.
Shiine Moalim Nuurow, the governor of Bakol, was in the area and assured residents that operations against al-Shabaab will continue until all snuffies are driven out from the region, according to Adan.
For the last couple of months, the Somali National Army and the African Union ...a union consisting of 53 African states, most run by dictators of one flavor or another. The only all-African state not in the AU is
Morocco. Established in 2002, the AU is the successor to the Organisation of African Unity (OAU), which was even less successful... Mission Forces in Somalia have intensified the fight against the al-Shabaab bad boys. Quite a number of towns have been liberated across the country.
Al-Shabaab's latest serious attack was in the capital Mogadishu less than a week ago, where a jacket wallah targeted a convoy of the African Union Mission in Somalia [AMISOM], killing three people and injuring a number of people.
Mohammed Hussein Roble, the Prime Minister of the federal republic of Somalia, visited military bases in the central state of Galmudug ...a semiautonomous region in central Somalia, bordering Puntland on the north. Galmudug is not trying to obtain international recognition as a separate nation, but rather considers itself autonomous within the larger Somali federalism, for what that's worth... on Wednesday, where he commended soldiers and urged them to keep up their "important fight against terrorism."
Al-Shabaab has been seriously degraded according to the State Department but the group can still wage small to large scale sporadic attacks in the country. Thousands of people have died as a result of cowardly attacks waged by the bad boys.

I'm a stamp collector, and Turkey is one of the countries I collect. The first-class postage rate in Turkey in 1985 was 100 Turkish lira (US was 22c). By 2000, the first-class rate in Turkey was 150,000 Turkish Lira. It peaked at about 250,000 lira in 2003, then they revalued the lira. Looks like they're going through the same inflation spiral once more. Remember, money is power, and the easiest way to destroy "old money" is through inflation.

They are journalists, bless their black little hearts. They were born without the curiosity gene.
Have been reading back channel comments while we all await the Kyle Rittenhouse verdict.
One commenter stood out beyond others in overall suspicion of the jury.
He/She/It basically asked....Are they waiting for Friday to announce so that ANTI-FA/BLM and others can use the weekend better for Rioting and Looting?
More than anything I read, it showed me, the depth of mistrust we have reached in the US Justice System.

The time the jury is taking reaching a verdict seems far too long. I suspect there is a small minority of jurors blocking a unanimous decision, and this may lead to a "hung jury".
This is not a problem of the US Justice system but hinges on the members of the jury. Actually the US electorate is as much a problem as the its government has become. Biden's approvers and "Duh" raters are still 47 percent! Get a few of them on any jury and beware.

Since the jury are not sequestered and are going home every now ght the trial is still ongoing. The defense had big headlines rewagarding video evidence shenanigans by prosecuters and the defense knows the jurers will hear about it the evening of the accusation during deliberations. I also believe it could end up as a hung jury and then I think the judge will declare a mistrial with prejudice in favor of the defense.
Given additional data leaking out.
Jack Posobiec, the senior editor of Human Events, tweeted out that according to a source within the U.S. Marshals, two jurors are holding up proceedings, “outright citing backlash,” worried about the effect a verdict may have on their jobs and families.
All going back to the many well documented Jury Threats and Intimidation tactics used by Media and yes even the DA's office taking a blind eye to it.
BEGGING THE QUESTION:
Where is the Wis. State Police? Why they investigating these Civil Rights crimes?

The prosecution had the identity of "Jump kick man" all along but wouldn't call him as a witness because he wanted immunity. They witheld his identity from the deffence. They still used his picture to paint Rittenhouse as an attacker even though it clearly shows him on the ground being kicked in the head. That alone should be grounds for a mistrial and some sort of sanctioning of the prosecution. The prosecution also has another witness that they put in jail on a different charge thereby denying Rittenhouse a chance to question him. This is beyond shameful. It's criminal.

/\ They’d been lying to the defense and the court. Defense investigators had also tried to get that video, but the owner of the company, which went out of business since the riots, said he didn’t have it. See the video below.
"Went out of business" did he? Sold everything. Kept nothing of interest ?

Andrew Branca published the .pdf of the Jury Foreperson's written request to Judge Schroeder as part of his speculations as to her character -- he thinks she's the holdout, based largely on the fact that she's requesting to scrutinize the FBI drone video.
I don't share Branca's conclusions based on his armchair diagnosis of her character or motives, but two facts leap out to my attention:
1) This foreperson evidently knows several of the witnesses. How the hell could she have been allowed to swerve in the jury? What am I missing?
2) She misspelled Rosenbaum's name, with two S's, as Rossenbaum. Any literate person knows that the second S not only changes the pronunciation of the first syllable, turning it from a long O to a short one-- which also makes the name into one that literally does not exist.
And what person with more than a 10th-grade education and living in Wisconsin, a state where every third surname is German, doesn't know there is no such name as ROSSENbaum?
So how the hell did this dope, who should have been sent home during jury selection in the first place, get to be the Foreperson on the jury?

Agree with the ferret re: Branca's psychoanalysis of Juror 54; up to that point he'd been very fact-oriented and reasonable. I suspect the jury dragging out what to him (and most of us) was a slam dunk acquittal has exhausted his patience.
#14
Which of the witnesses is she acquainted with? If she is in fact aiming to convict Kyle, is she friends with ... Grosskreutz?
If so, does she know that this asshole perjured himself? Or that he too is a felon, one who reportedly threatened to beat up his grandmother? Is she like him a comrade in the "People's Revolution"?

I think a mistrial is likely, but followed by a retrial. Repeat as necessary. The process is the punishment. Eventually the kid will make a mistake in his testimony/presentation.

When there is juror intimidation, threats of violence outside the court house, the best thing the judge can do to protect the jurors is to declare a mistrial.

[EuropeanCouncilOn ForeignRelations] On 10 November, US secretary of state Antony Blinken publicly warned Russia not to make a “serious mistake” by escalating its war against Ukraine. The warning came after Russian troops were reported to have massed on the border with Ukraine.
[IsraelTimes] Israel thanks Ottoman Turkish President Erdogan for helping end saga of Natali and Mordy Oknin, arrested for photographing his Istanbul palace; couple thanks ’entire nation of Israel’.
An Israeli couple held in The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...the only place on the face of the earth that misses the Ottoman Empire... for suspected espionage after photographing the president’s palace was set free early Thursday morning, returning to Israel on a private jet sent by the government to bring them home.
The development ended a week-long saga that had involved concrete fears Mordy and Natali Oknin would be in Ottoman Turkish jail for many years.
The Foreign Ministry sent a jet, along with two senior consular officials, to bring them back and they arrived in Israel shortly after
The couple’s lawyer, Nir Yaslovitzh, returned to Israel earlier in the night, without meeting his clients on Ottoman Turkish soil.
The couple was arrested in Istanbul last week after they photographed Erdogan’s palace in Istanbul while on tour and sent the photo to their family. Media reports have said thousands of tourists — including Israelis — regularly take photos of the palace.
Initial hopes that the misunderstanding would quickly be cleared up were dashed last week when a judge ordered them held for an additional 20 days on suspicion of espionage.
The husband and wife were being held separately and granted intermittent access to an Israeli lawyer and Israeli consular officials.
Israel has firmly and formally rejected the allegation that the Oknins, both of whom are bus drivers for the Egged company, are spies. Natali had featured in advertising campaigns for Egged over the years, and their work colleagues dismissed the notion that they were spies as ridiculous.
Justice Minister Gideon Sa’ar said Wednesday that it was "clear to all" that there was no reason for Ottoman Turkish authorities to arrest the couple.
In addition to its own diplomatic efforts, Israel had enlisted the help of a third country in its attempts to free the couple, the Haaretz newspaper reported. The third country had reportedly worked to pressure Turkey’s leaders to free the Oknins.
However, some men learn by reading. A few learn by observation. The rest have to pee on the electric fence for themselves... Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lior Haiat told Radio 103FM that "no foreign countries were involved in this solution."
In the first public comment by a top Ottoman Turkish official on the affair, Turkey’s Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu claimed on Tuesday that the Oknins had "focused" on Erdogan’s residence while photographing it and "marked it."
He told news hounds that prosecutors believe the Israelis committed "what can be called diplomatic and military espionage," but that "the court will decide."
Ottoman Turkish media on Wednesday included widespread coverage of the case. The local media had previously only mentioned the arrests, in what was seen by Israel as a positive sign, because it would lessen public pressure on Ottoman Turkish officials to hold the couple or make demands.
The delicate diplomacy was further complicated because the two governments do not have ambassadors in each other’s countries due to longstanding tensions between Ankara and Jerusalem.
[IsraelTime] After Bennett and Herzog’s calls to thank Ottoman Turkish leader for release of Oknins, TV report says these were a demand made by the latter for his assistance.

If there is a retrial will he testify again? He would either have to say what he said this trial or plead the Fifth to avoid a perjury charge, right?
A Manhattan judge on Thursday formally dismissed convictions of Muhammad Aziz, 83, and Khalil Islam, who died in 2009 aged 74: both were found guilty of Malcolm X's 1965 assassination in Harlem
Aziz spent 22 years in prison before he was released on parole in 1985; Islam was released in 1987
Both men had maintained their innocence for decades and their stories were the subject of numerous books and articles, plus a six-part Netflix documentary released last year, Who Killed Malcolm X?
The FBI and New York Police Department had evidence of Aziz's and Islam's innocence within hours but ignored and suppressed it, a lawyer for both men said
Prosecutors and defendants' lawyers agreed that new evidences suggested they played no part in the murder of the civil rights leader
FBI files showed that the late FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover ordered agents to tell witnesses not to reveal that they were informants when talking with police and prosecutors
One FBI report from September 28, 1965, even contains a description of the man whom some experts have concluded was probably the killer who wielded a shotgun — William Bradley, who died in 2018
Aziz said in a statement he was victimized by the criminal justice system, adding: 'I do not need this court, these prosecutors, or a piece of paper to tell me I am innocent'
Experts believe that Aziz and Islam's relatives could seek $1 million each in damages for the wrongful conviction

[Rudaw] Over 400 Iraqi and Kurdish migrants colonists who have been stuck on the Belarus-Poland border for weeks voluntarily returned to Erbil International Airport on Thursday, with their arrival announced in a statement by the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) earlier in the day.
"Today at 6:30pm, a plane from Belarus will arrive in Erbil, capital city of the Kurdistan Region, carrying nearly 430 Iraqi and Kurdish migrants colonists who have been stuck on Belarus and Poland borders for a long time," read the statement, published on Thursday.
The KRG also said that there are currently over 20,000 migrants colonists stuck on the borders of Belarus, Poland and Lithuania. Jotiar Adil, spokesperson for the KRG, previously said that at least 8,000 are from the Kurdistan Region.
The flight was organized by both Erbil and Baghdad. After landing at Erbil International Airport, the plane took Iraqi migrants colonists to Baghdad. According to the KRG statement, over 460 migrants colonists have requested to return to Iraq and the Kurdistan Region.
Adil told news hounds on Thursday that nearly 95 percent of today's returnees are from the Kurdistan Region.
Ahmed al-Sahaf, spokesperson for the Iraqi foreign ministry, told state media on Thursday that their consular teams in Belarus are continuing to register migrants colonists who want to return voluntarily. The process of registration began a week ago.
KRG representation in Poland said in a tweet that the plane has left Minsk.
The migrant crisis has been a hot topic of international media over recent weeks as border tensions have deteriorated between Belarus and Europe. Minsk has been accused of exploiting these people, mostly made up of Kurds attempting to reach Europe, and using them as a trump card against the European Union ...the successor to the Holy Roman Empire, only without the Hapsburgs and the nifty uniforms and the dancing... . Poland has refused to take in any refugees, instead calling on them to return home.
Belarus said on Thursday that there are currently around 7,000 migrants colonists on its soil, adding that nearly 2,000 are camped on the Polish border.
Many Kurdish migrants colonists are young people, leaving the country in search of jobs and opportunities they feel they cannot get at home where unemployment is high and political tensions and instability leave them with little hope for their future.
KRG Prime Minister Masrour Barzani on Tuesday said that the migrants colonists are being "exploited" by "human traffickers." He acknowledged that the Region has had economic difficulties, brought about by low oil prices, the pandemic, and budget disputes with Baghdad, but said his cabinet has made progress with reforms and job creation. "Many want to go to Europa ...the land mass occupying the space between the English Channel and the Urals, also known as Moslem Lebensraum... in search of a different opportunity; it’s not the flee of desperation."
Watch: Polish forces detain a group of about 100 migrants who were attempting to cross the border from Belarus during the night, the defense ministry says.https://t.co/BkL0u6Rmetpic.twitter.com/UbGq2kYfDa
[IsraelTimes] Jurors in the Unite the Right civil trial are set to hear closing arguments today in a lawsuit that seeks to hold white nationalists accountable for the violence that erupted in Charlottesville in 2017.
Lawyers for nine people who were physically injured or emotionally scarred during the two days of chaos allege that the defendants conspired to commit racially motivated violence. Attorneys for the white nationalists say there was no conspiracy, and their use of racial epithets and blustery talk in chat rooms before the rally is protected by the First Amendment.
Hundreds of white nationalists descended on Charlottesville on August 11-12, 2017, ostensibly to protest the city’s plans to remove a statue of Confederate Gen. Robert E. Lee.
During a march on the University of Virginia campus, white nationalists surrounded counterprotesters and threw burning tiki torches at them.
Were they Democratic Party activists pretending to be Republicans this time, too?
The following day, an avowed admirer of Adolf Hitler ...late Fuehrer of Germany, founder of the Third Reich, currently communing with his pals Himmler and Heydrich. He is reincarnated every few days as a politician somebody doesn't like... rammed his car into a crowd of counterprotesters, killing one woman and injuring dozens more.
The driver of the car, James Alex Fields Jr. of Maumee, Ohio, is serving life in prison for murder and hate crimes and lost an appeal of his conviction this week. Fields is one of 24 individuals and organizations named as defendants in the lawsuit.
The lawsuit seeks unspecified monetary damages and a judgment that the defendants violated the plaintiffs’ constitutional rights. It is being funded by Integrity First for America, a nonprofit civil rights organization.
[NYPOST] Members of an Iranian hacking group accessed confidential US voting information and infiltrated a media outlet’s computer network in an attempt to intimidate Democratic voters in the lead-up to the 2020 presidential election, federal prosecutors said Thursday.
The two suspects, who were indicted by a grand jury in Manhattan federal court, downloaded confidential voter data from 100,000 voters in an unnamed state in September and October 2020, prosecutors said.
They then used the data in an attempt to intimidate voters by sending out threatening emails while posing as members of the far-right group the Proud Boys, according to the indictment.
"You are currently registered as a Democrat and we know this because we have gained access into the entire voting infrastructure," the email stated.
"You will vote for Trump on Election Day or we will come after you. Change your party affiliation to Republican to let us know you received our message and will comply," it continued.
Also in October 2020, the hackers sent emails and social media messages to members of the Trump campaign, Republican politicians and members of the media that claimed Democrats were planning to alter mail-in ballots and register non-existent voters, prosecutors charged.
The messages included a video that purported to show a member of the Proud Boys hacking into state voter websites and using stolen voter information, according to the feds.
The hackers also gained access to an unidentified media company’s computer network, and sought to use it to further spread disinformation about the 2020 presidential election.
The hackers’ attempt to use the media outlet’s network was thwarted by the FBI ...Formerly one of the world's premier criminal investigation organizations, something for a nation to be proud of. Now it's a political arm of the Deep State oligarchy that is willing to trump up charges, suppress evidence, or take out insurance policies come election time... and the company itself, prosecutors said.
The two charged suspects, Seyyed Mohammad Hosein Musa Kazemi, 24, and Sajjad Kashian, 27, worked for a cybersecurity company, Emennet Pasargad, that has worked with the Iranian government, prosecutors said.
The suspects are not in jug and US authorities are offering a reward of up to $10 million for information about their activities.
In a statement, Damian Williams, the US attorney for the Southern District of New York, said Sherlocks are looking to bring Kazemi and Kashian to heel.
"The United States will never tolerate any foreign actors’ attempts to undermine our free and democratic elections," he said.
"As a result of the charges unsealed today, and the concurrent efforts of our U.S. government partners, Kazemi and Kashian will forever look over their shoulders as we strive to bring them to justice," Williams added.
[IsraelTimes] Richard Tobin, 20, plotted with members of US neo-Nazi ...adherents of a philosophy that was seen even at the time as pure evil, which makes them either consciously and purely evil, or attention-seeking ratbags. Pick one, or both.... group ’The Base’ to vandalize properties belonging to Jewish or Black groups
A New Jersey man accused of conspiring with members of a white supremacist group to vandalize synagogues in the United States Midwest was sentenced on Tuesday to a year and a day in prison, according to NJ.com.
Richard Tobin, 20, was charged in federal court with conspiracy against the rights of minority citizens, a charge that can carry a maximum sentence of 10 years. Tobin was accused of plotting with members of the neo-Nazi group "The Base" to vandalize properties belonging to Jewish or Black groups in 2019 when he was 18 years old.
Law enforcement officials became aware of Tobin after a number of synagogues in the Midwest were vandalized in 2019. Tobin had dubbed the plot "Kristallnacht" after the 1938 night of terror in Nazi Germany in which synagogues and Jewish businesses were destroyed and nearly one hundred Jews were murdered.
Tobin was alleged to have planned the attacks and directed other members of the group located in the Midwest on how to execute the attacks from his home in Brooklawn, New Jersey.
According to the Anti-Defamation League, The Base is a neo-Nazi group that "embraces Hitlerian ideology" and "envisions a coming race war." Tobin pleaded guilty to the charges earlier this year, saying he was enraged by the site of Black shoppers at a nearby mall and felt "triggered by the state of the country."
Rachael A. Honig, New Jersey’s acting US attorney who prosecuted the case, celebrated the sentence in a statement.
"Richard Tobin encouraged hateful acts of violence against individuals and their houses of worship, based on their religion or the color of their skin," Honig said in a statement, according to NJ.com.

Even if a nursing home doesn't close, many will have to cut their bed capacity, which would the same impact -- fewer available spaces for a steadily increasing number of potential residents on a systemic level.
