Will Smith Goes All in for Black Lives Matter, Says Critical Race Theory Should Be Called ‘Truth Theory'
[Breitbart] Disney’s Aladdin star Will Smith has shown his support for the Black Lives Matter movement and proponents of critical race theory, going so far as to say critical race theory should be re-branded as "truth theory."
"I'm down with you black people. Please pay to see my movies!"
The Hollywood star also backed the spirit of the "defund the police" movement, but suggested it should be promoted in a different, less threatening way.

In a GQ interview, Will Smith praised the Black Lives Matter movement for the directness of its name and message.

"This is a difficult area to discuss, but I feel like the simplicity of Black Lives Matter was perfect," the Men in Black star said. "Anybody who tries to debate Black Lives Matter looks ridiculous. So when I talk about the marketing of our ideas, Black Lives Matter was perfection."

#6  In a GQ interview, Will Smith praised the Black Lives Matter movement for the directness of its name and message.

He has not been paying attention to their messaging beyond the slogan. The multi-million dollar houses, the communist statements against families, the silence while black businesses are burned down by white kids int he name of BLM, the death of black cops.

Will Smith is a fool desperately trying to scatch his way back to relevance.

Democrats' $3.5 Trillion Package Includes $700,000 Penalties on Companies Violating Biden Coronavirus Mandates
[Breitbart] Companies that fail to adhere to the Biden administration’s coronavirus rules, including the anticipated employer vaccine mandate, could face fines up to $700,000 thanks to Democrats, who snuck the severe monetary penalties into the controversial 2,465-page spending bill.

The far-left’s $3.5 trillion spending bill includes severe penalties that can be levied against companies that fail to comply with the Biden administration’s coronavirus rules outlined by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), which crafted an emergency coronavirus rule over the summer. It was published in the Federal Register, essentially deeming the Chinese coronavirus a "workplace hazard."

However, this month, Biden also directed OSHA to develop a directive requiring employers with over 100 employees to either mandate vaccines or implement mandatory testing requirements.

Page 168 of the Democrats’ massive spending package outlines fines as high as $70,000 for "serious infractions" of the rules, but it can go up to $700,000 for "willful or repeated violations."

RAAF Releases Cockpit Footage of Military Jet Flying Among Brisbane's Skyscrapers
[Sputnik] A rehearsal for the Sunsuper Riverfire air show took place on 23 September in Brisbane, Australia. A Boeing C-17A Globemaster III strategic aircraft of the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) flew between skyscrapers and office buildings at a breathtakingly low altitude of about 300 feet.

New footage of the Tuesday flight appeared on YouTube on Wednesday, depicting an incredible view from the pilot’s cabin.

Antibodies in Fully Vaxxed With Pfizer, AstraZeneca Decline Steeply After Several Months – Study
[Sputnik] Swedish national broadcaster SVT described the new findings as a piece of the puzzle why Sweden and other heavily-vaccinated countries are now seeing more and more breakthrough infections among those who duly received their two shots.

Antibody levels among fully vaccinated people wane faster than researchers previously thought, a major recent study performed in Sweden has concluded.

Kathleen Sebelius Admits the Vax Doesn't Work
[Breitbart] Former Obama administration Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius said Wednesday on MSNBC’s "All In" that Americans who have not received a coronavirus vaccine are like "secondhand smoke" in that they can make people sick.

Sebelius said, "I think what President Biden has done is balance between what the science says and trying to cajole, encourage, make it easy for people to follow the science. When that turned out not to be as effective, then he turned to more hardened mandates. But what people don’t have a right to do is make other people sick, put other people in jeopardy, risk other people’s lives, risk children’s lives. So I think the president has been walking a line of balancing science and safety and security at every step along the way. Hoping that the mass majority of the American public would follow that lead."

She added, "It’s a lot like secondhand smoke. You have a right to be a smoker. The science is very clear what smoking will do to you, what cancer will be caused, what kinds of health conditions. You have a right to be a smoker. You don’t have a right to smoke next to my desk, to blow smoke on people, on my children, to force me to live in a housing facility where I am subjected to more smoke. That is a line that we have in this country, which delineates what your individual rights are. I think we’re looking at very much the same situation. OSHA, you’re absolutely right, has always provided guidance and mandates about safety in a workplace. This is not a safe workplace if I’m working with a person that may make me and my family sick. That’s not acceptable."

Professor removed after refusal to grade black students on a curve sues UCLA
[JustTheNews] A lecturer removed from the classroom after refusing to grade on a racial curve is now suing UCLA and his dean for costing him at least $500,000 in consulting contracts in just the past year — and an estimated $10 million long term.

Gordon Klein also accused the public university, where he's taught accounting since 1981, of retaliation by halting his long string of merit-pay increases after his email response to a student went viral.

It has ignored his requests for security escorts in light of "serious physical threats," including anti-Semitic death threats he reported as recently as March, Klein alleges. He said a psychiatrist diagnosed him with PTSD last summer.

UCLA and its Anderson School of Management engaged in a "disingenuous publicity stunt to promote that it was at the forefront of rooting out racism" and to chill the speech of Klein and other faculty, the state lawsuit alleges.

Klein claims breach of contract, violation of privacy, retaliation and "negligent interference with prospective economic advantage," and is seeking both compensatory and punitive damages.

Student activists had been threatening harassment against faculty in multiple UCLA schools if they didn't offer black students preferential treatment, including "no-harm" final exams, following the death of George Floyd in May 2020.

Iraq
Iran builds military outpost on Cheekha Dar mountain, highest peak in Kurdistan Region, Iraq
[Rudaw] Iran
...a theocratic Shiite state divided among the Medes, the Persians, and the (Arab) Elamites. Formerly a fairly civilized nation ruled by a Shah, it became a victim of Islamic revolution in 1979. The nation is today noted for spontaneously taking over other countries' embassies, maintaining whorehouses run by clergymen, involvement in international drug trafficking, and financing sock puppet militias to extend the regime's influence. The word Iran is a cognate form of Aryan. The abbreviation IRGC is the same idea as Stürmabteilung (or SA). The term Supreme Guide is a the modern version form of either Duce or Führer or maybe both. They hate Jews Zionists Jews. Their economy is based on the production of oil and vitriol...
has recently built a military outpost on the peak of the Kurdistan Region and Iraq’s highest mountain, locals say.

Cheekha Dar mountain in northern Erbil province, located 15 kilometers northwest of the Haji Omaran border crossing with Iran, stands at 3,611 meters. It is close to Mount Halgurd, which stands at 3,607 meters high.

Iran has recently took control of the mountain peak and fenced it with barbed wire, building roads leading to it from Iran.

Mountain climbers used to recreationally climb the mountain.

"Not only the people of Kurdistan, but foreigners asked us to take them to the Cheekha Dar mountain," said Salar Ismael, a mountaineer. "We used to climb Cheekha Dar and measure its height. It’s higher than Mount Halgurd."

Local officials say Iran has defacto annexed the territory between it and the border.

"The 57th and 40th land plots are Iraqi territory, but Iran built a wall and included the two plots within its borders," Abdulwahab Mahmood, mayor of Haji Omaran, told Rudaw.

"The presence of Iraq’s border guards is not good enough. They lack logistical capabilities. Even with the presence of the Support Forces 1 [of Peshmerga], these areas can be controlled, but a large portion of the border areas are outside the control of the Kurdistan Region and Iraqi border guards. As a result, Iran has trespassed on the territory," he added.

Iraq and Iran have discussed reviewing their border over the past six months.

"This is a matter between two countries and not an internal Iraqi matter, we might act in case anything happens," said Major General Tahsin al-Khafaji, front man for Iraq's Joint Operation Command. "However,
if you can't say something nice about a person some juicy gossip will go well...
dialogue and those allowed to hold this dialogue is definitely the Iraqi government and the foreign ministry, but work is being done on this matter and we are in continuous contact with them."

Local officials tell Rudaw that Iran has built dozens of military outposts in the border areas of Pishdar, Choman and Sidakan.

#1  Ironically, the Iran–Iraq War that began on 22 September 1980 ostensibly started with a full-scale Iraqi invasion. However, war was initiated months before by a series of Iraqi invasions and occupation of Iranian borderlands. It seems that this Iranian occupation signifies nothing more than Iraqi weakness. We shall see.

India-Pakistan
Lashkar terrorist was paid Rs 20,000 to deliver arms after infiltrating
[OneIndia] A 19 year old terrorist from Pakistain said that he was paid Rs 20,000 by his handlers too cross over to India. He was told that he had to take arms supplies to Pattan in Baramulla, Jammu and Kashmir
...a disputed territory lying between India and Pakistain. After partition, the Paks grabbed half of it and call it Azad (Free) Kashmir. The remainder they refer to as "Indian Occupied Kashmir". They have fought four wars with India over it, the score currently 4-0 in New Delhi's favor. After 72 years of this nonsense, India cut the Gordian knot in 2019, removing the area's special status, breaking off Ladakh as a separate state, and allowing people from other areas to settle (or in the case of the Pandits, to resettle) there....
He also said that he was promised a second instalment of Rs 30,000 after the arms were delivered. The terrorist Ali Babar Patra had surrendered to the Indian Army during a counter-infiltration operation by the Army in Uri on Monday. He also said that he was trained at a Lashkar-e-Tayiba camp in Muzaffarabad and later infiltrated with a group of six other Lions of Islam on September 18.

An infiltration bid was made by Pak Lions of Islam along the Line of Control in Uri Sector on the intervening night of 18/ 19 September 2021 and the same was eliminated over succeeding nights, the Indian Army said..

Taking advantage of dark night, uneven ground, bad weather and thick undergrowth, Pakistain harboured terrorist group Lashkar-e-Tayiba attempted to infiltrate six Lions of Islam from the general area of Pak post Jabri. During the infiltration attempt, while two Lions of Islam were crossing the LC, own patrolling party established contact with them. Taking advantage of the thick undergrowth, four Lions of Islam ran back towards the POK side of LC while remaining two Lions of Islam managed to enter into own area.

Additional forces were inducted and multiple patrols were launched in the suspected areas and the getaway routes were blocked.

Afghanistan
Biden Administration Bars Flight Carrying Americans From Kabul From Entering U.S.
[PJMedia] "Project Dynamo" has flown hundreds of Americans out of Afghanistan since the non-government-sanctioned airlift began after the Biden administration, the same old faces in slightly different places, the same old ideas, the same old graft
...the gang of subgeniuses trying to pass themselves off as the adults in charge of the series of calamities characteristic of the administration of a mentally challenged geriatric case...
’s incompetence left thousands of Americans and tens of thousands of Afghan allies stranded in Afghanistan at the end of August.

Tuesday’s flight with more than 100 citizens and green card holders, as well as 56 children, was supposed to be routine for the civilian organization. Project Dynamo and the Human First Coalition had gotten the necessary clearances from the state department and the passengers had all been screened and vaxxed.

After the plane took off from Kabul, the groups issued a blurb thanking the "U.S. State Department and the United Arab Emirates’ Ministry of Foreign Affairs for their cooperation in challenging circumstances to secure the safe return of these U.S. citizens, U.S. Legal Permanent Residents, and Afghan allies."

But some pencil-necked bureaucrat decided to throw his weight around and keep the citizens, green card holders, and special immigrant visa (SIV) holders from entering the U.S. This, after giving the flight permission to land twice.

Initially, according to reports, the flight was cleared to land in New York City but the destination was later changed to Dulles International Airport near Washington, D.C., before being disallowed altogether.

BizPac Review:

Bryan Stern, himself a veteran and the organizer of the evacuation flight, said that the flight took off from the international airport in Kabul but then was held on the tarmac in Abu Dhabi for roughly 14 hours with 117 people on board, including 59 children.

"Right now we have 59 children sleeping on airport chairs and cold airport floors — not the warm bed with a hot meal that we’d arranged for all of them stateside — because the US Government denied our flight clearance into ALL US ports of entry," said Project Dynamo, which is in charge of the evacuation flight, according to a post on the organization’s Instagram page.

"They escaped the regime they were running from only to have the government they were running HOME TO, turn them away. This cannot be what America does to Americans," the post adds.

Obviously, Mr. Stern underestimates the desire of the Biden administration to maintain total control of the evacuation — even at the expense of making 56 children suffer the indignities of being forced to spend the night sleeping at an airport.

In a Rooters interview, Stern said the initial plan was to transfer all of the passengers to an Æthiopian Airlines flight charted to fly into JFK International in New york. But U.S. Customs and Border Protection then switched clearance to Dulles before barring the flight altogether.

Rooters said that a Biden administration official claimed the reason for the delay is that it takes time to confirm manifests of charter flights before they are permitted to land in the U.S., but that seems arbitrary given that DHS had cleared the flight to land twice before banning it altogether. What’s more, the flight is filled with American citizens as well as Afghans who have already been cleared to the point of being given green cards and SIVs.

The problem is entirely the making of the bureaucracy. Someone at CPB suddenly woke up and realized, "Hey! We’re in charge of vetting these people before they come into the U.S., and nobody told us they were coming." The agency promptly placed a hold on the flight despite DHS approving it and the passengers already having been vetted to receive SIVs and green cards.

It shouldn’t be this hard. But it is.

Norway charges professor with violating nuclear sanctions on Iran
[IsraelTimes] German-Iranian instructor at university in Trondheim accused of giving guest researchers access to ’knowledge that could be useful to Iran’s nuclear program’.

A German-Iranian professor at a Norwegian technical university was charged Wednesday with violating sanctions on Iran
...a theocratic Shiite state divided among the Medes, the Persians, and the (Arab) Elamites. The term Supreme Guide is a the modern version form of either Duce or Führer or maybe both. by inviting four guest researchers from the Islamic Theocratic Republic and giving them access to a laboratory.

A Norwegian prosecutor said the visiting researchers had access to knowledge that could be useful to Iran’s nuclear program.

Norwegian broadcaster NRK reported that during the period from February 2018 to 2019 the professor, who was not identified, invited four Iranian researchers to NTNU university in Trondheim, the Scandinavian country’s third-largest city. The duration of the guests’ stay varied.

"The serious thing here is that people from Iran had access to knowledge, and this is knowledge that could be useful to Iran’s nuclear program. We do not say that it is, but it is the potential danger here that is serious," prosecutor Frederik Ranke told NRK.

Ranke said the professor was charged with violating the Iran sanctions, export control regulations and Norway’s data breach legislation. If found guilty, he faces up to 10 years in prison.

Non-European Union
...the successor to the Holy Roman Empire, only without the Hapsburgs and the nifty uniforms and the dancing...
member Norway has adhered to all UN Security Council resolutions on Iran’s nuclear program and has supported EU restrictive measures against Iran for a number of years.

According to his Norwegian lawyer, the professor denies wrongdoing. Lawyer Brynjulf Risnes told NRK that his client has left Norway but is willing to return to stand trial.

"There is nothing in the information they have received and the projects they have worked on that enables them to contribute to the nuclear industry in any way," Risnes told NRK.

PST, Norway’s domestic security agency, suspected the professor of having contributed to a data breach by giving others unauthorized access to a computer system, NRK said.

The actual data breach occurred when a program — given by one of the guest researchers — was installed. He could then retrieve data, even if he was not affiliated with NTNU, according to Ranke.

Bjarne Foss, head of the engineering cybernetics department at NTNU, told the university newspaper that the professor and the Iranian guest researchers "used a special lab, called the nano-mechanical lab, relatively intensively over a short period."

The paper said that one can do advanced analyses of the properties of various metal alloys, such as their strength and hardness, in the lab.

After learning this, university officials contacted PST in early 2019, the Universitetsavisa said.

In Cairo, top Biden aide discusses Gaza reconstruction with Egypt’s Sissi
[IsraelTimes] US National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan is slated to meet with his Israeli counterpart in Washington next week after his Mideast trip.

It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. Fifteen of the nineteen WTC hijackers were Saudis, and most major jihadi commanders were Saudis, to include Osama bin Laden. Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman quietly folded that tent in 2016, doing terrible things to the guys running it, and has since been dragging the kingdom into the current century...
and the United Arab Emirates on Tuesday.

According to a statement from Sissi’s office, the meeting focused on regional tensions and the ties between Washington and Egypt. Sullivan and Sissi also discussed reconstruction efforts for the Gaza Strip, as well as maintaining the ceasefire brokered between Israel and Hamas following the 11-day conflict in May, according to the Egyptian presidency.

Earlier this week, the IDF conducted a series of raids on a Hamas cell in the West Bank, during which at at least five Paleostinians were killed, four of them known members of terror groups, and two IDF soldiers were seriously injured.

Sissi’s office said the talks also addressed efforts to revive peace negotiations between Israel and the Paleostinians, as Egypt continues to play an important role as a mediator between Israel and Hamas amid rising tensions in recent weeks. Cairo has also been serving as a conduit for indirect talks between Israel and Hamas over a potential prisoner exchange.

Sullivan and Sissi also discussed the situation in Libya as well as a decade-long dispute over a massive dam Æthiopia is building on the Blue Nile, the main tributary of the Nile River.

#1  Sissi undoubtedly recalls: CAIRO - 15 October 2020: The release of State Department emails while Hillary Clinton was in charge has reminded Egyptians of how the U.S. policy favored the Muslim Brotherhood from 2011 until 2013 at the expense of the Egyptian people. The emails do not reveal something new. But they certainly reminded Egyptians that although the U.S. was seemingly supportive of the secular opposition in Egypt, its policy and its ambassador at the time, Anne Patterson, helped entrench a religious rule in Egypt, which cost the country a lot of money and lives to get rid of and a lot more to mend the damages it left. Robert Hormats, undersecretary of state for economic growth from 2009 to 2013, sent an email on Aug. 39, 2012 to Jake Sullivan, deputy chief of staff to Clinton, saying he and other U.S. officials met with Hesham Qandil, the prime minister in the governmen of late Muslim Brotherhood President Mohamed Morsi, and other Egyptian ministers. They discussed means of reviving the Egyptian economy. etc.

Europe
Report lists 670 European firms with alleged links to Israeli settlements
[IsraelTimes] Don’t Buy Into Occupation, a coalition of 25 Paleostinian, regional and European groups, urges companies to stop their dealings with firms that do business in the West Bank.
*sigh* Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) v.73240822b. How boring.
More than 670 European financial institutions have ties with companies that are involved in Israeli settlements in the West Bank, a report by a group of 25 Paleostinian, regional and European organizations said Wednesday.

The report called on the companies "to end all investments and financial flows" into the settlements, arguing that they are illegal under international law.

The findings detail financial dealings worth $255 billion (218 billion euros) between 2018 and May 2021 directly or indirectly linked to the settlements — including loans or share and bond purchases — involving major European firms like BNP Paribas and Deutsche Bank.

More than 600,000 Israeli Jews live in the West Bank and East Jerusalem, territories captured by Israel from Jordan in the Six Day War of 1967. Many large Israeli companies are active in those communities.

The report is not an account of financial dealings directly occurring in Israeli settlements. For example, many of the European companies named have been implicated because they hold shares in non-Israeli firms, like machinery giant Caterpillar, whose products have been used in settlements.

The "Don’t Buy Into Occupation" coalition that authored the report claimed these European companies "have a responsibility to ensure that they are not involved in violations of international law and are not complicit in international crimes."

Last year, the United Nations
...where theory meets practice and practice loses...
released a list of 112 companies with activities in Israeli settlements, including Airbnb, Expedia and TripAdvisor. That list was produced by the UN human rights
...which are usually entirely different from personal liberty...
office in response to a Human Rights Council resolution demanding a "database" of firms that profited from business in settlements.

The UN’s Human Rights Council has long been accused by Israel, the United States and others of bias against Israel, passing more resolutions condemning the Jewish state than against all other countries combined.

Most of the international community considers settlement construction a violation of international law. The Trump administration in 2018 announced that it did not consider this to be the case, backing Israel, which rejects the position that the territories are occupied, saying they were captured from Jordan in a defensive war.

The Verge: Blue Origin ‘gambled’ with its Moon lander pricing, NASA says in legal documents
[TheVerge]Bezos’ Blue Origin “gambled” with its Moon lander proposal last year by hoping NASA would be willing to negotiate its $5.9 billion price tag, agency attorneys argued in blunt legal filings obtained by The Verge. NASA, cash-strapped with a tight budget from Congress, declined to negotiate and turned down Blue Origin’s lunar lander in April and picked SpaceX’s instead, sparking ongoing protests from Bezos’ space company.

NASA officials haven’t talked much about Blue Origin’s legal quarrels beyond occasional acknowledgements that the company’s protesting — first at a watchdog agency and now in federal court — is holding up the agency’s effort to land humans on the Moon by 2024. But in hundreds of pages of legal filings The Verge obtained in a Freedom of Information Act request, agency attorneys exhaustively laid out NASA’s defense of its Artemis Moon program and doubled down on its decision to pick one company, SpaceX, for the first crewed mission to the lunar surface since 1972.

ROUND 1: A COSTLY BID
In NASA’s main response to Blue Origin’s protest, filed in late May, senior agency attorneys accused the company of employing a sort of door-in-the-face bidding tactic with its $5.9 billion proposal for Blue Moon, the lunar lander Blue Origin is building with a “National Team” that includes Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman. Blue Origin was “able and willing” to offer NASA a lower price for its lunar lander but chose not to because it expected NASA to ask and negotiate for a lower price first, the attorneys allege, citing a six-page declaration written by the company’s senior vice president Brent Sherwood in April.

In the declaration, Sherwood complains that NASA “did not afford Blue Origin, a well-funded private space company backed by Jeff Bezos, any opportunity to submit a revised business position” when NASA found out it wouldn’t have enough money from Congress to fund two lander proposals. He said Blue Origin had already committed “almost one billion dollars” of corporate contributions and private investments to the Moon lander bid, and “had the financial potential to increase” that.

Backed by the world’s richest second richest man, Blue Origin indicated in its protest that the $5.9 billion price — nearly double SpaceX’s proposal — was partially based on an assumption that NASA would have more than enough money from Congress to pay for the proposal, even as Congress had been indicating a month before Blue Origin submitted its proposal last December that it wouldn’t give NASA all the funding it said it needed. In NASA’s response, the attorneys said companies were instructed to submit their best proposal first. They pointed to seven instances where NASA told bidders its award decision, and whether to pick one or two companies was based on how much funding it’d end up getting from Congress.

But Blue Origin argued that NASA should’ve canceled or changed the terms of the program when Congress voted to give the agency only a quarter of what it requested. Blue Origin has also argued that it was unfair of NASA to only invite SpaceX to tweak parts of its proposal after selecting it for a potential award, one of many claims that NASA attacked over hundreds of pages of legal rebuttals.

Overall, NASA effectively called BS on that argument, saying “Blue Origin made a bet and it lost.”

One focuses on class-based politics, wealth redistribution and defunding police. National Democrats have in many ways adopted this politically fraught and practically flawed proposition.

The other approach centers on unity, growing the economy for all, supporting businesses and reforming, rather than defunding law enforcement. Without question, this mode of governance should be the one the party adopts. And it is now resurging with the rise of Eric Adams

Afghanistan
All government employees will get paid, money transfer allowed: Taliban
I guess all the opium money they collected now has a better purpose.
[KhaamaPress] Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan said that they have partly or/and completely paid salaries of five ministries namely education, higher education, public health, finance, and the central bank.

The officials said that they are working to pay on a mechanism based on which they will pay the salaries of all the babus government employees.

Speaking in a presser in Kabul on Wednesday, September 29 deputy Prime Minister Abdul Salaam Hanafi said that they have established an exclusive commission to address the looming humanitarian crisis in Afghanistan.

Abdul Salaam Hanafi said that the commission has allowed all the private banks in Afghanistan to conduct money transfers in order for the traders to access their money and import food ingredients and medicine.

"We have created this exclusive commission so that we address the ongoing economic problem, a spike in prices, and preparation for the upcoming winter season." Said Hanafi.

The deputy Prime Minister said that they will leave the customs of the country 24-hour open and will fight against the mafia that does not allow imports into Afghanistan.

Abdul Salaam Hanafi also called on the US to release the assets of Afghanistan because the money belongs to the people of Afghanistan not to any government.

Cash Withdrawal Limits Problematic for Customers

[ToloNews] Dozens of citizens on Tuesday criticized restrictions on bank withdrawals that were imposed by Afghanistan's Central Bank.

Many of those who spoke to TOLOnews have come from across the country to Kabul and said they have not been able to withdraw even 20,000 Afs, despite waiting in lines for hours and even days.

Mahdi Behzad came from Bamiyan

province to withdraw his money from the bank.

He spent approximately 6,000 Afs to get 20,000 Afs from the bank.

"You have to wait for three days to withdraw 20,000 Afs. People will not trust the banks if the banks continue like this," Mahdi said.

"People are coming at 1:00 AM to take turns and stand in line. An old person cannot receive money," said Kabul resident Nazer Jaafari.

"The government has to solve people’s problems. Women are standing in line and are being insulted, this is not by an Islamic government," Hafiza said.

Some employees who withdrew their salaries are facing the same problem.

"I came to take my salary but it is so crowded here. Problems are so big," said Mohammad Zarif.

At the same time, the Ministry of Culture and Information said the process of trading and withdrawing money will normalize very soon.

"This is a complex problem. We ask the people to be patient," said Jawad Sargar, a member of the cultural commission at the ministry.

Afghanistan's Central Bank, or DBA, issued an order restricting bank withdrawals to 20.000 Afs ($200) for each customer per week.

"This represents one of the most significant joint actions we have taken with a Gulf Cooperation Council partner to date and underscores our extensive bilateral cooperation on countering terrorism finance," Blinken said in a statement.

Nearby Bahrain also took action by freezing the bank accounts of al-Banai's nephew on the island and will prosecute three people, the Treasury Department said.

China-Japan-Koreas
No One Outside Of China Allowed To Attend 2022 Winter Games In Beijing
[DailyWire] The International Olympic Committee said on Wednesday that the only people allowed to attend the 2022 Winter Games in Beijing, China, are those who live in China.
Whooosh! There goes any chance of local businesses making any profits to offset the horrendous cost of building the central stadium and other sports venues.
“Tickets will be sold exclusively to spectators residing in China’s mainland, who meet the requirements of the COVID-19 countermeasures,” the IOC said. “Specific requirements on COVID-19 countermeasures for spectators from China’s mainland and the details of ticketing arrangements are under discussion and development, and will be released to the public in due course once they are finalized.”
Not that we’d be silly enough to risk our health by going there now, but it will be interesting to see how China deals with forged Covid passports from the folks at home.
The measures were put in place after consultations with international experts and the Chinese authorities, the release said.

There have been widespread calls for the U.S. and U.S. companies to boycott the 2022 Winter Olympics over communist China’s oppression of religious minorities in the country.
Oh? Possibly this isn’t about infection, but merely saving face when nobody comes to their party.
“Our position on the 2022 Olympics has not changed,” White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said earlier this year of Democrat President Joe Biden’s position on the 2022 Winter Olympics. “We have not discussed, and are not discussing any joint boycott with allies and partners.”
Because dissing the people who hold his reins would be impolite.
The move comes as international pressure is once again in ramping up from the World Health Organization and other entities to get to the bottom of the origins of the coronavirus pandemic.
The People’s Liberation Army scientists dunnit, with some funding and connivance from Dr. Anthony Fauci and his arrogantly foolish little friends in the American government. What’s your next question, O Daily Wire journalist?
“A new team of about 20 scientists—including specialists in laboratory safety and biosecurity and geneticists and animal-disease experts versed in how viruses spill over from nature—is being assembled with a mandate to hunt for new evidence in China and elsewhere,” The Wall Street Journal reported. “The possibilities that the new team is charged with examining include whether the Covid-19 virus could have emerged from a lab,
...yes. Next?
according to WHO officials, a hypothesis that has especially angered China.”
Given that they invested heavily in WHO personnel, they no doubt feel they’ve bought the right to be angry.
The new effort comes after Beijing restricted the WHO’s first investigation into the origins of the pandemic, refusing to hand over raw patient data from early cases to investigators. China has sought to deflect attention over the possibility that the pandemic started in one of China’s labs that had serious safety issues by falsely blaming the United States, claiming without evidence that the coronavirus could have come from a lab in the U.S.

???

China is the safest place in the world from the virus.

The "vaccine passports" aren't paper books. Inside Alipay app is a "health code" function. The authorities scan the code and if a virus carrier is later found to be near you, your code turns colors and you can be found or quarantined. I'm not sure how that could be forged.

Inflation Alert: Dollar Tree will become 'Mostly Dollar Tree'
..
CHESAPEAKE, Va. (AP) — Dollar Tree embedded in its very name what it stands for: Behind these doors, everything can be had for just $1.

The mantra to which the Chesapeake, Virginia, company has held true for decades will now be only mostly true.

After expanding nationwide from only a handful of stores in Georgia, Tennessee and Virginia, Dollar Tree is breaking the mold and will sell items in some locations that exceed the tantalizing $1 grab-n-go price.

The cost of clothes, cars, food and just about everything else has soared this year as the global economy emerges from a pandemic uppercut and Dollar Tree has not been untouched. ..

The company had already begun testing higher prices at several hundred of its nearly 8,000 locations in a section of the store called "Dollar Tree Plus" with items that can go for as much as $5. Items that can go for $1.25 to $1.50 will soon be found in the mix at some locations amid the typical assortment of $1 products.

Cyber
New video game lets players 'free Palestine' and fight Israel
[Jpost] A new video game headed for Steam will see players take part in the Israeli-Paleostinian Conflict — from the Paleostinian perspective.
And with more results requiring much less application and guts.
Titled Fursan al-Aqsa: The Knights of the al-Aqsa Mosque, the game is developed by Nidal Nijm, a Brazilian resident of Paleostinian origin.
Meaning Brazil let him live there, but he's not into lambada and pretty girls and Carnaval and that sort of thing.
The game promises to let players take the role of Paleostinian freedom fighters and break what it calls "the cliché of portraying Arabs as Terrorists."
Sure, sure. Just a cliché. Just ask Leon Klinghoffer.
"You will play in missions across Paleostine with many objectives to accomplish, epic battles, powerful guns, vehicles to drive, and more," the game's page on Steam notes.
Just like real life, huh? As they say in Russian, "Bayyyy!!"
The game is currently slated for a December 2021 release, and user reviews are currently not available on the platform. However,
the hip bone's connected to the leg bone...
a free playable demo is available for download.
Like they say in Chinese, "Huaaaau!"
The game's story follows protagonist Ahmad al-Falastini,
Kinda like Mahmoud al-Filistini, only spelled different and with a different cliché first name.
who was "unjustly tortured and locked away
Book 'im, Zvi!
" by the IDF for five years and who lost his family in an IDF Arclight airstrike
...KABOOM!...
, as noted on the Fursan al-Aqsa website. Now free from prison, Falastini is out for Dire Revenge™ and to retake his homeland by joining the titular Fursan al-Aqsa, a new Paleostinian resistance movement.
They play video games to resist Zionist aggressors and then they have parades where they wear stifling but identity protective masks and they festoon themselves with belts of machine gun ammunition. They're really very fearsome. I'm sure the Zionist Entity™ doesn't rest easy in his bed at night.
The story and gameplay combined promise a high-octane action experience, with the story taking place over adrenaline-packed missions on the ground, sea and sky. It will feature a wide variety of guns, settings, vehicles and even boss fights.
Guns! Vehicles! Boss fights! As they say in San Francisco, "Like, wow, man! Hand me the toilet paper wouldja?... Whaddya mean, 'We're out?'... So what am I supposed to use? My fingers?"

ABC excludes Obama's criticism of 'open borders' from televised portion of interview
[FoxNews] ABC News left out a remark from former President Barack Obama describing "open borders" as "unsustainable" from the televised portion of his interview on ABC's "Good Morning America."

"Immigration is tough. It always has been because, on the one hand, I think we are naturally a people that wants to help others. And we see tragedy and hardship and families that are desperately trying to get here so that their kids are safe, and they're in some cases fleeing violence or catastrophe," Obama told co-host Robin Roberts in the excluded portion on Tuesday.

"At the same time, we're a nation state. We have borders. The idea that we can just have open borders is something that ... as a practical matter, is unsustainable," he added.

ABC did air a portion where Obama blamed Republicans for the failure of comprehensive immigration reform to pass Congress, and highlighted his administration's approval of temporary legal status given to Haitian migrants following the devastating 2010 earthquake there.

ABC included Obama's full comments in the online article about his interview, although they weren't mentioned until the 13th paragraph.

Security chaos in Daraa Local group's commander in 4th Division killed in western countryside
[SYRIAHR] Daraa province: SOHR activists have reported that the leader of a local group affiliated to the 4th Division died of the wounds he sustained earlier this morning, after being shot by button men who raided a commercial office in Taseel town, west of Daraa.

It is worth noting that the victim and his group joined the 4th Division in Taseel in western Daraa, after settling their security situations in 2018.

Since the beginning of the security chaos in Daraa in early June 2019, Syrian Observatory activists have documented more than 1,181 attacks and liquidation attempts by gunfire and detonations of IEDs, cycle of violence-bombs and car-bombs. These attacks and liquidations claimed the lives of 843 persons, categorized as follows:
  • 247 civilians, including 14 women and 24 children

  • 387 regime soldiers, loyalists and collaborators with regime security services

  • 149 fighters of factions that struck “reconciliation and settlements” deals with the regime and became in the ranks of regime’s security branches, including former commanders

Top EU court cancels Morocco trade deals over W.Sahara
[AlAhram] The EU's top court on Wednesday cancelled two trade deals that had allowed Morocco to export farm products and fish to the bloc from the disputed Western Sahara, a ruling hailed by the Polisario independence movement.

Morocco, a key trading partner with the 27-member European Union
...the successor to the Holy Roman Empire, only without the Hapsburgs and the nifty uniforms and the dancing...
, views the Western Sahara as an integral part of its territory, but the Polisario, recognised internationally as the representative of the Sahrawi people, has long sought independence there.

The EU's Court of Justice ruled that the deals, allowing exports from the former Spanish colony as well as the rest of Morocco, had been signed "without the consent of the people of Western Sahara", adding that the Polisario's status allowed it to bring complaints against the bloc.

Therefore they had "infringed the European Union's obligations in the context of its relations with Morocco under EU and international law," it said.

In conclusion, the ruling annulled EU-Moroccan agreements "amending the tariff preferences granted by the European Union to products of Moroccan origin and, second, the Sustainable Fisheries Partnership Agreement", it said.

The accords will however remain in place for two months in order to "preserve the European Union's external action and legal certainty over its international commitments", it ruled.

- 'GREAT VICTORY' -
Morocco controls around 80 percent of the territory and has offered autonomy, while insisting it must retain illusory sovereignty.

At stake are an overland route to West African markets, plentiful phosphate resources and rich Atlantic fisheries along the territory's 1,100-kilometre (680-mile) coastline.

The Polisario's EU envoy Oubi Bachir welcomed the ruling, tweeting that it was "A great victory for the Sahrawi people!"

After the court ruling, Morocco and the European Union issued a joint statement underlining that their trade partnership would continue.

"We remain fully mobilised to continue the cooperation between the European Union and the Kingdom of Morocco, in a climate of serenity and commitment," the bloc's top diplomat, Josep Borrell, and Moroccan Foreign Minister Nasser Bourita said.

The two sides signed an association deal in 1996, giving Morocco preferential tariffs including on products from the Western Sahara.

The farm products protocol was renewed in 2012, and the fishing one in 2019.

Rabat's main benefit is lower costs of exporting its agricultural goods to the bloc, while the EU benefits from access to Atlantic fishing waters.

The fishing protocol, cancelled by Wednesday's ruling, had allowed up to 128 European ships to access Moroccan and Western Sahara fishing waters for four

Use of Shah-Era Constitution Not Final: Source
Unexpectedly.
[ToloNews] Although the Ministry of Justice on Tuesday said the constitution from King Zahir Shah’s era will be enforced for an interim period, a source from the government told TOLOnews on Wednesday that the decision is not final.

The source, speaking on condition of anonymity
... for fear of being murdered...
, said the government has not finalized the decision to enforce that constitution.

Meanwhile,
...back at the shootout, Butch clutched at his shoulder. Ow! he exclaimed, with feeling......
officials from the Cultural Commission of the Ministry of Information and Culture said if articles of the constitution which was enstated in 2004 (current constitution) are not in conflict with Sharia Law, they will remain in use until a new constitution is promulgated.

Anaamullah Samangani, a member of the commission, said efforts have started to draft a new constitution based on the Koran and Sunnah. "The government is working so that Afghanistan will have a constitution that can address the demands of a real Islamic system," he said.

In the meantime, a number of lawyers said most parts of Zahir Shah’s era constitution are not compatible with the current situation.

According to the lawyers, most parts of the first chapter of that constitution are about constitutional monarchy and the authorities of the king. Article four of the Shah-era constitution says Afghanistan’s flag is tri-colored and article six says the king symbolizes the national illusory sovereignty of Afghanistan.

"Enforcing the 1964 constitution might be questionable to the people of Afghanistan because that constitution was drafted for that period," said Subhan Misbah, a lawyer.

"Currently the country is in an unknown situation. I think this (enforcing the constitution) is good news," said Sayed Ahmad Silab, an MP.

King Zahir Shah’s constitution has 11 chapters and 128 articles. The constitution was ratified in 1964 by a Loya Jirga (grand assembly).

Afghanistan
India, Turkey, Uzbekistan to resume flights to Kabul
More chances to get our people out?
[KhaamaPress] International Radar has reported one flight from New Delhi, Istanbul, and Tashkent each to land in Kabul International Airport on Thursday, September 30.

It will be the first time Kabul is hosting commercial flights from these countries after the Taliban
...Arabic for students...
takeover.

Earlier, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in a letter asked the Indian government to resume their commercial flights to Afghanistan.

The letter which is sent from civil aviation of Afghanistan to civil aviation of India reads that the technical team of Qatar
...an emirate on the east coast of the Arabian Peninsula. It sits on some really productive gas and oil deposits, which produces the highest per capita income in the world. They piss it all away on religion, financing the Moslem Brotherhood and several al-Qaeda affiliates. Home of nutbag holy manYusuf al-Qaradawi...
has activated the Kabul International Airport and is fully functional now.

Prior to the exclusive plea, the ministry of foreign affairs of Afghanistan had asked all the countries to restart their commercial flights to Afghanistan.

Currently, Pakistain and Iran
...a theocratic Shiite state divided among the Medes, the Persians, and the (Arab) Elamites. Their economy is based on the production of oil and vitriol...
are the only countries that are carrying out flights to and from Kabul International Airport.

Qatar is only conducting chartered flights from the airport.

Koxinga - The Pirate King of China
[YouTube] Kings and Generals' historical animated documentary series on the history of China continues with a video on Koxinga. This admiral became the pirate king of China and fought the Dutch Empire and the Qing dynasty. The episode covers the battles of Lialuo Bay and Fort Zeelandia.
More background from Chinese texts my wife has read. Taiwan was tribes of head hunters and the like that was the Polynesian and Melanesian root stock. The Dutch, Portuguese and Spanish came and made Taiwan into colonies. The Dutch in the south, Spain in the north and the Portuguese just a port. The Dutch and Spanish could not get good work out of the natives on their sugar and other plantations so they bought Chinese from the Chinese pirates just like in the new world they bought Blacks from African tribal chiefs, and then populated Taiwan with these Chinese beholden to them. The Chinese emperor and the pirates had some discussion resulting in the emperor chartering the pirates to take Taiwan and populate it with Chinese. The pirates defeated the Dutch and Spanish - leaving the port-holding Portuguese alone - and populated the island and ruled it for a long time. Later the Japanese came and played the same sort of colonization and all hunted the native tribes for sport. This is background for this relationship. The Chinese that the Dutch, Spanish and the pirates brought over became the Taiwanese. After the Chinese Civil War the people and armies that retreated to Taiwan became known as Chinese, the Chinese and Japanese already there became known as Taiwanese and the Tribes remained known as Tribes.
Whew! Okay, now to watch the video:

#3  Alright. Part of why I was asking: there's a current theory in vogue in China that a lot of groups in Western and/or Southwestern China and points beyond, like the Tai and related peoples, actually came from Taiwan once upon a time. As in during the 2000-4000 years ago time frame.

I have my doubts about a lot of these alleged facts because I was given to understand that the groups in question are semi-related to the Tibetans and Burmese more than that.

#4  Anyway, I thought the pirates of that place and time period were all a kind of mixture of Japanese and South Chinese outlaws and that the government was trying to fight them by depopulating the entire coastal zone, and that coastal Chinese trying to get away from that were a major driver of Chinese settlement in Taiwan (and the Philipines, and Nanyang (?) further south.

Home Front: Politix
Schumer Announces Stopgap to Fund Government Through December
[EpochTimes] On the Senate floor Wednesday morning, Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) announced that Democrats are crafting a stopgap bill to fund the government through December to avert a shutdown on Friday.

Schumer said that the bill will extend government funding to Dec. 3, and will provide “long-sought” emergency relief to areas affected by Hurricane Ida as well as emergency funding for the ongoing Afghan special immigrant crisis. On Monday, Senate Republicans successfully filibustered a bill with the same measures by blocking debate on the continuing resolution.

With these ongoing crises, Schumer said: “the last thing the American people need is a government shutdown. This proposal will prevent one from happening.”

Democrats have also emphasized that the nation’s first ever default could arise from a failure to raise the debt ceiling. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen has warned that the results of such a default would be “catastrophic.” House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) warned Tuesday that this default could destroy the value of the dollar and wipe out “trillions in family wealth” for middle Americans.

Schumer claimed that the crisis was caused by “Republican stupidity.” Democrats “are working to prevent such an outcome,” Schumer said.

Republicans Predict Measure Will Fail

Republicans have argued that the crisis is of Democrats’ own making. In a petition drafted by Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) in early August, 46 Republican senators refused to approve a debt limit increase. They explained that Democrats were on an “unprecedented deficit spending spree,” and argued that approving a debt limit increase would enable future Democratic spending.

The petition boasted several big-name signatories: Sens. Ted Cruz (R-Texas), Rand Paul (R-Ky.), Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), and Mitt Romney (R-Utah), as well as Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.).

Still, many Democratic leaders, including Schumer and President Joe Biden, assumed that these Republicans were bluffing. Monday’s vote demonstrated that practically every Republican, even those who did not sign the petition, opposed a debt limit increase.

At a Tuesday press conference, Pelosi also argued that the broad majority of spending came from debts incurred under President Donald Trump. “This is not about future spending, this is to pay the bills that were incurred,” she said, adding, “Only 3 percent of this is about Joe Biden’s presidency.”

Schumer said of the vote, “Republicans unanimously voted in favor of default.”

In the petition, Republicans warned that the United States should not be allowed to default, but demanded that Democrats raise the debt ceiling on their own through reconciliation, the process being used to pass Democrats’ $3.5 trillion budget. In early September, Pelosi rejected the move; Tuesday, Schumer restated that opposition.

“Going through reconciliation is risky to the Democrats country and is a non-starter,” the senator said, adding that using reconciliation to raise the debt limit is “very, very risky,” and said, “We’re not pursuing that.”

Speaking to reporters Tuesday, Cruz predicted that such a stopgap bill would be proposed and would fail.

He accused Schumer of “trying to hide from responsibility for the trillions in debt that Democrats are irresponsibly trying to load onto the backs of our children and grandchildren.” The majority leader, he said, was “trying to find an outcome where 10 Republicans vote with him so he can blame those Republicans for Democrats’ irresponsible debt. It’s a game. It won’t work. Schumer knows it won’t work.”

While McConnell suggested that Republicans may be open to such a resolution on Monday, Cruz said that this new move will fail as well.

“When this fails, I fully expect Schumer is gonna surrender,” Cruz commented, “and he’s gonna do what he could have done weeks or months ago, which is [to raise] the debt ceiling using Democratic votes.” He added, “Accordingly, Democrats will bear responsibility for the trillions in debt that they’re saddling on the country.”

Tunisia’s president has appointed Najla Boudin Ramdan as the country’s prime minister

Tunisia' president appoints Najla Bouden Romdhane as country's first woman PM
[ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] Tunisian President Kais Saied named Najla Bouden Romdhane, a little-known university engineer with World Bank experience, as prime minister on Wednesday nearly two months after he seized most powers.

Romdhane, Tunisia’s first woman prime minister, will take office at a moment of crisis, with the democratic gains won in a 2011 revolution in doubt and as a major threat loom to public finances.

For all the latest headlines, follow our Google News channel online or via the app.

A geological engineer, Romdhane was responsible for implementing World Bank projects at the education ministry, but she has little experience of government.

Speaking in a video published online, Saied said her appointment honored Tunisian women and asked her to propose a cabinet in the coming hours or days "because we have lost a lot of time."

The new government should respond to the demands and dignity of Tunisians in all fields, including health, transport and education, he added.

Saied dismissed the previous prime minister, suspended parliament and assumed wide executive powers in July and has been under growing domestic and international pressure to form a new government.

Last week he brushed aside much of the constitution, saying he could rule by decree and control the government himself, during an emergency period that has no defined endpoint.

Tunisia faces a rapidly looming crisis in public finances after years of economic stagnation were aggravated by the coronavirus (aka COVID19 or Chinese Plague)
...the twenty first century equivalent of bubonic plague, only instead of killing off a third of the population of Europe it kills 3.4 percent of those who notice they have it. It seems to be fond of the elderly, especially Iranian politicians and holy men...
pandemic and political infighting. Government bonds are under pressure and the cost of insuring against their default has hit a record high.

The new government will have to move very quickly to seek financial support for the budget and debt repayments after Saied’s power grab in July put talks with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) on hold.

However,
a hangover is the wrath of grapes...
after Saied’s announcement last week that the government will be responsible to the president and that he can select or sack cabinet ministers, the role of prime minister will be less important than in previous administrations.

-Lurid Crime Tales-
Two charged in defrauding airlines out of $550,000 in false lost luggage claim scheme
[ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] Two men from Louisiana in the US have been charged with defrauding airlines out of $550,000 by filing dozens of false lost-baggage claims, a statement released by the Department of Justice (DOJ) on Friday revealed.

The two men, Pernell Anthony Jones, 31, and Donmonick Martin, 29, are accused of running the scam on several airlines following 180 flights in and out of Louis Armstrong International Airport in New Orleans, despite never traveling with checked bags.
Donmonick?
"Jones was charged in a two-count Bill of Information with Conspiracy to Commit Mail Fraud," the statement read, adding that if he were to be convicted, he faces a maximum term of twenty years in prison "as to each count and/or a fine of $250,000 or the greater of twice the gross fain to the defendant or twice the gross loss caused by the offense."

He also faces a term of supervised release of up to three years "as to each count and a $200 mandatory special assessment fee."

The other culprit, Martin, was charged with "one count of Conspiracy to Commit Fraud," the statement read. The 29-year-old now faces a maximum of five years in prison and the same $250,000 fine to each count.

Martin also faces up to three years of supervised release and a $100 mandatory special assessment fee.

"According to court documents, beginning in or around 2015, Jones and his co-conspirators submitted over 180 claims to commercial airlines, including American, Alaska, Southwest, United, and JetBlue, requesting over $550,000 in reimbursement for luggage that Jones falsely alleged had been lost," the statement read.

The airlines paid over $300,000 in fraudulent claims.

"The Bill of Information alleges that Jones would take flights with commercial airlines under false or fictitious identities using fraudulent identification cards. When he arrived at the destination airport, Jones would falsely claim that his baggage had been lost and would request reimbursement to compensate him for his lost luggage."

Martin, however, was charged for his role in the scam which involved going into the airport in January 2020 under a "fictious identity" and "falsely telling American Airlines that his bag had been lost on a flight."

"Martin’s Bill of Information also alleges that, on four occasions, Martin agreed to accept reimbursement funds from airlines for false claims for lost baggage," the statement added.

Biden snubs Mahmoud Abbas during UN General Assembly
[IsraelTimes] White House reportedly told Paleostinians the US president couldn’t meet, contributing to PA leader’s decision not to attend United Nations
...boodling on the grand scale...
confab in person.

US President Joe The Big Guy Biden
...46th president of the U.S. We hold these truths to be self-evident. All men and women created ... by the — you know — you know, the thing...
reportedly rejected a request from Paleostinian Authority President the ineffectual Mahmoud Abbas
...aka Abu Mazen, a graduate of the prestigious unaccredited Patrice Lumumba University in Moscow with a doctorate in Holocaust Denial. While no Yasser Arafat, he has his own brand of evil, just a little more lowercase....
to meet last week on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly.

Citing US and Paleostinian sources, the Axios news site reported Wednesday that Abbas and his aides inquired about the prospect of a meeting with Biden when considering whether to attend the annual gathering.

The Paleostinians were told by the White House that Biden wouldn’t hold any bilateral meetings while in New York and was also unavailable to meet in Washington, according to the report, which said this message contributed to Abbas’s decision not to address the General Assembly in person and instead speak remotely by video.

The White House would not comment on the report, which noted Biden held several bilateral meetings during his brief stay in New York.

Biden has not made the Israeli-Paleostinian conflict a top foreign policy priority since taking office. In his speech to the UN last week, Biden reiterated his support for the two-state solution but did not call for an immediate resumption of Israeli-Paleostinian peace talks.

His administration has instead been encouraging efforts to "advance peace" and Hady Amr, deputy assistant secretary of state for Israel and Paleostinian Affairs, is due to visit Jerusalem and Ramallah next week, the Axios report said.

In his own UN speech, Abbas demanded Israel withdraw to the so-called 1967 lines within a year or face repercussions, while Prime Minister Naftali Bennett omitted the Paleostinians altogether in his address to the General Assembly.

New York State hospitals immediately suspended and fired HUNDREDS of workers who refused to comply with vaccine mandate
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news]
  • New York's state health department issued an order last month mandating that all healthcare workers receive at least their first COVID-19 shot by September 27

  • Hundreds of healthcare workers across the state have been suspended without pay and will lose their jobs in the coming days if they do not get the vaccine

  • Of the 43,000 employees at the New York City's 11 public hospitals, about 5,000 were not vaccinated according to head of NYC Health + Hospitals on Monday

  • Some hospitals say over 90% of staff are vaccinated, but others reported vaccination rates of under 70% last week

  • Healthcare workers fired for refusing to get vaccinated will not be eligible for unemployment insurance
NORTH CAROLINA HOSPITAL SYSTEM FIRES 175 UNVACCINATED WORKERS IN ONE OF THE LARGEST MASS TERMINATIONS FOR DEFYING VACCINE MANDATE
Novant Health, which has more than 35,000 employees in 15 hospitals and 800 clinics, mandated that its employees get vaccinated late July.

They had until September 15 to comply. Last week, about 375 employees were suspended for not being vaccinated, but 200 received the jab before Monday's deadline, Spokesperson Megan Rivers said.

Rivers didn't say how many workers were granted exemptions, but Novant Health acknowledged that some were and required them to undergo weekly coronavirus testing. They also must wear N95 respirator masks or other personal protective equipment and eyewear protection while working in Novant Health facilities.

The large wave of terminations follows the Delaware-based healthcare system ChristianaCare, which fired 150 employees earlier this week for not getting vaccinated.

DHS Secretary Mayorkas is threatening to FIRE Border Patrol agents who aren't vaccinated by November, whistleblower reveals
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news]
  • DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas ordered all Border Patrol agents be fully vaccinated against coronavirus by November 2021 or else face termination

  • A whistleblower revealed the information to Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee

  • Ranking Member Jim Jordan and Subcommittee on Immigration and Citizenship Ranking Member Tom McClintock wrote a letter to Mayorkas about the order

  • Said it would lead to staffing issues and further exacerbate the border crisis

  • 'While our border is facing this serious crisis, we learned that you are threatening to terminate a significant portion of CBP workforce,' they wrote

Given the number of adverse reactions case numbers seen in other countries finally available and the number seen in US Hospital ER's leaking out. I can understand why some medical staff are refusing the VAX.

But as the numbers today clearly show despite a 75% VAX in the USA as of today, we remain the #1 nation for "claimed" infections?

Also given the US Official sources have told us repeatedly that Medical Staff Infections ran high causing patient beds and treatment to be in short supply.

So why require Medical Staff with Natural immunity and show C-19/21 defensive Anti-Bodies?

Defensive Anti-Bodies, which seems to last as long or longer than the 5-6 month VAX.

UN reports 10% global drop in new virus cases
[AlAhram] The World Health Organization reported that the global number of new coronavirus (aka COVID19 or Chinese Plague)
...the twenty first century equivalent of bubonic plague, only instead of killing off a third of the population of Europe it kills 3.4 percent of those who notice they have it. It seems to be fond of the elderly, especially Iranian politicians and holy men...
cases and deaths continued to fall in the past week, with an estimated 3.3 million new infections and about 55,000 deaths, marking a 10% drop in both

In its regular assessment of the pandemic issued on Tuesday, the U.N. health agency said the biggest drops in new cases were seen in the Middle East, the Western Pacific and the Americas.

WHO first reported a substantial decrease in cases in mid-September at 4 million new cases, with declines seen in all areas of the world, the first time in more than two months that COVID-19 cases had fallen.

WHO said all regions reported more than a 15% decline in deaths, except for Europe, where the number of deaths was similar to the previous week and Africa, where there was about a 5% rise.

In Asia, the number of deaths dropped by nearly a quarter. WHO warned there would likely be more spikes of COVID-19 as the Northern Hemisphere enters winter. The disease spreads more easily during winter as people spend more time indoors. Social distancing restrictions also are being relaxed in many countries that have a relatively high level of vaccination.

BUT CHEER UP
If you lived in Cameroon they had a +688,900% increase in claimed infections with only 0.03% vaccinated. But for some strange reason Cameroon's death rate is only 3 Per/Million vs. the USA's 35 per/million with 75% vax rate?

Biden slammed as 'delusional' over Afghanistan withdrawal during Milley hearing
[NYPOST] The Ranking Member of the House Armed Services committee slammed President Joe Biden
...... 46th president of the U.S. Former Senator-for-Life from Delaware, an example of the kind of top-notch Washington intellect hacked up by the World's Greatest Deliberative Body. The guy who single-handedly lost Afghanistan......
on Wednesday for the "extraordinary disaster" of the chaotic US withdrawal from Afghanistan in which 13 service members were killed, calling the president "delusional" in his assessment of the event.

In his opening statement prior to hearing the testimony of Gen. Mark Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Rep. Mike Rogers (R-AL) accused Biden of misleading the American people after vowing to stay in Afghanistan until all Americans were out, adding that the withdrawal operation "will go down in history as one of the greatest failures of American leadership."

"I fear the president may be delusional," Rogers said.

"This wasn’t an extraordinary success, it was an extraordinary disaster. It will go down in history as one of the greatest failures of American leadership."

Milley appeared before the House Armed Services Committee on Wednesday for a second day to review the 20-year Afghanistan war and the botched withdrawal that ultimately led to the deaths of 13 US service members.

He testified alongside Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin and Gen. Frank McKenzie, the head of Central Command who oversaw US troops in Afghanistan.

During his opening statement on Tuesday, Austin repeated his acknowledgment that the withdrawal went awry, listing several reasons for the various failures.

Austin laid out that the US "did not fully comprehend the depth of corruption and poor leadership," in the Afghan government, as well as the "damaging effect of frequent and unexplained rotations" by Afghanistan's Caped President Ghani’s command.

"We did not anticipate the snowball effect caused by the deals that the Taliban
...the Pashtun equivalent of men...
commander struck with local leaders in the wake of the Doha agreement," he said, pointing to the "demoralizing effect" that had on Afghan soldiers.

Afghanistan
Afghanistan bitches about airspace violations
[PUBLISH.TWITTER]

What they’re upset about, the more so because despite driving us out they can’t actually do anything about it:
US illegally occupying Afghanistan’s Airspace: Taliban

[KhaamaPress] The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in a statement on Tuesday, September 28 said that the US has no right and is illegally occupying the airspace of Afghanistan.

The Taliban
...mindless ferocity in a turban...
say that the US’s drones have recently been seen to be flying over the airspace of Afghanistan which is in violation of the international laws and the pledges of the United States.

"This violation of international law has to be rectified and stopped." Reads the statement.

The statement reads that the government of the Taliban is safeguarding the land and aerial space of Afghanistan and all the countries including the US must respect the international laws and pledges and have to get engaged with Afghanistan based on mutual respect.

Earlier, Pentagon spokesperson John Kirby had said that the US needs drone attacks against bandidos gunnies in Afghanistan and they do not need permission from the Taliban.

Kirby also said that he was not sure to be needing such permission in the future.
Tolo News adds:
“We retain all necessary authorities to execute over the horizon counterterrorism operations and we remain confident in these capabilities moving forward without speaking to specific rules of engagement surrounding airstrikes. There is currently no requirement to clear airspace with the Taliban and we do not expect that any future over the horizon counterterrorism strikes would hinge on such a clearance,” US Department of Defense spokesman John Kirby said on Saturday.
