if Santos resigns during 2024 there are a number of possible outcomes, e.g., special election, seat remains vacant, etc.

#6 The Dems have set the low bar at sleeping with your brother in an immigration scam and being the play toy of a Chinese agent. Pending further info, I think he clears that bar. Incidentally, Tonya Harding clears that bar. That is my strong endorsement for him.
