#10 if I were a jihad wouldn't it be a good tactical decision to locate in a muslim neighborhood with lots of mosques nearby and where many public officials are either moslem or afraid to do anything to antagonize a moslem

#11 It is at the 20% tipping point of Muslims. They will own the town and make it a huge hive for jihadists. Too hard to clean them out. Most regular citizens are squeamish at the thought of a counterattack on jihadists to save their civilization.
