#3 "Norwegian minister roasted?" At first blush, I took this to mean literally since such things have happened because people have spoke out. Sometimes they were beheaded or roasted alive even when they didn't speak out in the ME. There have been revenge killings in Europe, the U.S. and other places as well because people spoke out.
