EL Quddafi. His people didn't work also. The mass exodus of foreign workers shows us that. El Quddafi needs only call them back so he and his economy are back in business. This is the Arab world in my opinion. The people don't work so they haven't the skills, resources or the will to fight for any length of time. The few control the power and the wealth of their nation. This is not an empty culture to those who belong. Here then is the core of Dubai. Tribes are the true power. The glue that binds them together.
