#1 Satellite pic showing the destroyed ships looking relatively un-destroyed. As I understand, tugs are normally used in docking maneuvers which makes me suspicious of the "being towed" part.

The comms center definitely got waxed though.

#2 You know, for a country without a navy, Ukraine has been having a butt-kicking naval war.
Which probably says more about how navies are run than anything else. (As in, you gotta have big gray boats to fight a navy.)
