#4 Gruesome has been targeting gun manufacturers for some time. Basically, he's running a Fast and Furious op in the entire state. Flood the state with murderers, then blame the manufacturers for the carnage. Rinse n repeat. His last gambit was for private citizens to be able to sue manufacturers and distributors. So far, the courts have found that problematic.
