#1 If a Zulu misplaces his cellie, it is not the individual's fault, the fone has made itself difficult to find. A very supersticious culture with a seemingly genetic knack for blaming misfortune on others, the weather, or innate objects.

#3 HPD says they will not be filing charges against anyone involved in what was essentially a false report.

I can think of someone who needs to be charged.

#4 to #1: Interesting info. My wife (not Zulu) blamed the cat for items she couldn't find. I just ignored/eyerolled it, until the day we caught the cat hiding her keys between the sofa cushions. Found quite the cache there.
