#2 And even should Republicans win back the Senate in 2014, President Champ promises heavy executive action--action that will surely violate the Constitutional delegation of powers.

Just pass authorization bills one by one for his veto. In some cases (DoE,EPA,et al), no legal authorization for funding at all. When the government shuts down, there's only ONE person to blame. It's simpler. When he says he'll print money without authorization, just pass a joint resolution telling the citizens they have no obligation to pay taxes either (since the inflationary effect of just printing money is the same as taxes in reducing their real income).

#4 I saw a good idea somewhere (think PJMedia) that while no one will impeach the first black president, hamstringing him is easier if the Republicans have both houses.

Cut off funds for his pet projects and impeach jr. level people from his organization. Take him down like the FBI does with the mob. Take out the little guys, work your way up and starve the mob of funds.

#5 Prosecution would make a martyr of him and then the folks would start to rally around him again. I'd rather win elections than get justice or revenge.

My example is Pinochette who was allowed to leave power with a deal not to be prosecuted. Many opposed such a deal but getting him out of power peacefully was more important to the nation of Chile. The president that dictators can be bought off adn removed without bloodshed is far more powerful and useful than justice (at least in most cases).

#7 I have been saying for some time that I would LOVE to see a County Sheriff with a pair show up when Champ lands within his county some day. And attempt to arrest him.

Nice and polite. The SS won't allow it, but it would be AWESOME theater - the list of charges he could be placing him under arrest for could be quite lengthy. Think of the Administration trying to defend the President being a fugitive. LOL Love it!
