#1 Sounds rather ominous until you realize the odious Koskinen sent the investigation to the 'agency's Exempt Operations Office' as opposed to the Criminal Investigation Division.

How Criminal Investigations Are Initiated

The Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation Division conducts criminal investigations regarding alleged violations of the Internal Revenue Code, the Bank Secrecy Act and various money laundering statutes. The findings of these investigations are referred to the Department of Justice for recommended prosecution.

#5 IRS Commissioner John Koskinen referred the congressional charges to the agency's exempt operations for investigation? This is a waste of time since the IRS has been turned into a weapon to be used against conservatives. Probably true for the FBI and FTC too. Confidence in federal agencies has taken a huge hit under Obama.

#10 The investigation might be better served by this guy: Charles K. Ortel. His website has a great deal of information. Site. Ortel has done a lot of digging into this money-laundering organization. He also thinks that individual state investigations of the Foundation might be more fruitful than having the Feds do it.

#15 Timing is more than curious. Just after Wiki says more leaks are coming and will in in include the CGI suddenly the IRS, the most crooked fed agency now after the civil rights division of DOJ, is investigating. How fortunate for Josh Ernest and the Clintonians to have the crutch of no comment during an investigation. Almost like they are anticipating a major scandal and damage control.
