#1 So. They (the TSA) will, just maybe, have a 'plan' to address the 'shortcomings' by December 2012? Six months? Why not just check the immigration status of the students right now?

A TSA alien pilot certification program that does not check whether the student pilot is in the country legally. Sounds like they are creating future business for themselves.
