#1 13-year-old schoolgirl was kidnapped, raped, killed

13 & even 9 is plenty old for marriage. Can't convict of rape without 4 willing adult male witnesses. Being a victim of unwilling sex that is not provably rape is a capital crime. So, nothing to see here, move on along.

If I can't swallow the above line, then I feel that we have some kind of obligation to help these victums to at least have the government on their side. George Bush is a hero of mine for his efforts to bring freedom to others. Hey, it's Sunday and I haven't put my cynical armour on yet. Give me a minute. Ok, it's on now. Better. I can hardly feel the pain now for these children.

Although given the sometimes shocking misuse of DNA evidence in the UK and USA I sometimes wonder if they'd(the police and victims families) want the help.
