They are surplus to requirements, Bright Pebbles — all those matching baby girls who were aborted, and they can't buy enough from North Korea and India/Pakistan to replace even most of the missing. But the surplus men will be too old in about ten years, so the window of their usefulness for war fighting is quickly closing.
