#1 If Socialism and Communism is really about the People and is governed by the People.

Then why is the People's Republic of China leadership known for acting like murderous dictators and treating its people like Cattle-Serf's?

Or, is Socialism and Communism really just a Tyrannical Royalty/Dictatorship using different titles for names, while using the same methods for population for control?
