Law Enforcement Entrapment as defined by the US Occasional Justice Dept.

So IF (more likely than not) the Fed's, Congressional Police or the DC Police steered the protesters in the Federal buildings. While they were focused on protesting OUTSIDE on the Streets.
Then victims may have grounds to legally claim Entrapment.

#2 These poor souls at least have one hell of a fighter as their attorney. A nice profile by NYP's Miranda Devine of of former NYC public defender Joseph McBride.

McBride is a brave man, but our legal profession generally is a disgrace:

“I made my bones at Manhattan Legal Aid and the Innocence Project,” says McBride.

“None of my colleagues from those places have supported my representing [my client Richard Barnett aka] Bigo in any way. This is because … they fear being canceled by their own group more than anything.”

#4 I wonder if these "agent provocateur" individuals were sworn LEOs or did they come from a more clandestine government agency, or even better, a private contractor group that has clandestine links to the Wilderness of Mirrors? Something that might prompt the answer would be the screen shot of an NCIS/SIPERNET inquiry by an investigator with SCI access? Just a thought, no basis for it beyond spitballing...
