#1 The Basijis have a lot to thank Khomenei for, including their noisy lives. The Ayatollah's legalization of marriage to 9 year old girls (read: pedophilia) has almost doubled the population of Iran since 1979. By May 2002, high unemployment caused by the child marriage laws, caused Iran's parliament to raise the age of consent to 13. The mad-mullahs still disgust me.
