#4 I'm not sure I believe Mr. Boyd's stuff, but if what he says is true then either:
- Jimmy Carter is too stupid to be allowed to monitor elections or
- Jimmy Carter likes dictators (as long as they are left wing).

#6 The title probably meant to say "Recall defeated. Chavez moves to weaken democracy" and not that the recall defeated these moves by Chavez.
