I am not certain which bit of undergraduate doggerel pleases me the most: The "so-called enemy of the state" bit despite the fact I have never heard this expression used to describe anyone at Gitmo or the superfluous "á" in Guantanamo. You can tell this plonker affects a Spanish accent every time he refers to "gringos" or "Yanquis" over his prawn cocktail in Islington.
