#2 They should install bidets for the prisoners. Just a low-pressure stream of water that comes out of the wall after you push a metal button, with a drain on the floor underneath it. Then wash your hands after.

It's a lot more hygienic than TP, too.

#5 If reports that the conversion to Islam among prison inmates is exploding, then the use of TP shuold be declining at a comparable rate. this should be a non-(t)issue.
