#3 I tried to submit this last night for your delectation, Fred. I can only assume the title violates one of the proscribed word bans. I hope the article brought a smile to your face.

#4 I got an email today from the "Paypal Protection Service." To whit:
Dear PayPal Customer,

We apologize for the problem you encounter but your
credit card information could not be verifyed.

One possible problem could be that you
entered a different address than the one where you receive
your bills for this card. If this is the case, the solution
is as easy as entering the correct information.

If your bank has two addresses on file for you,
be sure to enter the address your credit card issuer
considers your primary address.

This address may be different than the address
where you receive your statements.

------------------------------
1. Go to this link https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_home
2. Log in to your account.
3. Enter your credit card information.
4. Enter the address where you receive billing statements for this
card.
5. Click the "Confirm" button.
Hanging the mouse over the paypal.com URL shows the link actually pointing to 60.209.5.203/www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?_cmd=home. Whois tells us that 60.209.5.203 is Chunghwa Telecom Data Communication Business Group, of Taipei Taiwan.
