#1 Great! However, I support a change in war-fighting. Short term investigative detentions in hot areas must be used for intelligence gathering. I suspect that Iraq allies would be less reticent to total destruction of terror nests. And whatever is gained from show the flag patrols, is offset by propaganda concerning IED and sniper attacks. Casualties can be reduced.
