#1 The arrival of droves of foreign tourists, especially Israelis, seemed to have put the beaches on the cross-wires of Lashkar-e-Taiba and Harkat-ul-Jihadi-al-Islami operatives working within the country and across the borders

The Israelis have been going to Goa for years. It is the flood of articles in the press about their presence that attracted the jihadis. Reading any of these articles, one senses the disappointment of the journalists that no Israelis have been killed.

#4 Are people blind to what is going on? I think al Qaida are being evacuated to Gaza by Iran using submarines. The wall with Egypt was blown to allow these individuals to escape Gaza into Egypt without going through any border controls and being detected. The path would be from Iraq to Iran over land, from Iran to Gaza by submarine, from Gaza to Egypt via the breeched wall and from there to Sudan/Chad/wherever.
